Absolutely disgusted by this establishment. The food was BAD. I dont mean just that it tasted bad, I mean it had gone bad, was rotten. The fresh meat-chicken AND beef- at the Hibachi Grill had turned brown and the blood was congealed. The egg drop soup had congealed, so had the sweet and sour sauce. The fried rice was hard and brittle, the eggs in it had hardened to cardboard. The sushi was dried out and you could see that the fish had started to turn color at the edges. The food that wasnt rotten was just bad in general. For instance, the crab legs were served with not butter, but butter flavored popcorn oil. There was mold and mildew on the walls and window coverings, a LOT of mold and mildew. I started attempting to take discreet images, but believe that they noticed because one of the employees came and stood behind my chair and wouldnt leave. I took my family and left, and was still charged for food we could not eat. The language barrier made getting things handled ridiculous. They finally gave us the number to the "owner", which turns out to be their LAWYER! He states that he receives calls like mine all the time, but its because people dont know what Chinese food is supposed to be like or because they just dont want to pay for "exotic foods". He asked me if I had ever had Chinese before, and was that why I didnt know it was supposed to be like that. I mentioned again the rotten meat, and he said, and I quote, "Since no one has died yet, thats not a problem. If they end up in the hospital they can just send us a bill". A restaurant with a lawyer on call for food complaints has a serious issue. We are visiting from out of state and this experience ruined part of the day for us. ETA: The person posting as "owner" is the lawyer individual we spoke with. According to him, the REAL owners do not speak English. The reviews arent fake, he is just being paid to try and protect their reputation. That is why he is so hostile, rude, and condescending to any complaints regarding the food/service/location. Shameful!

We have been here multiple times. It was alright, the food wasnt spectacular but it was decent. Until one visit when I asked for coffee and was handed a hot cup of water and an instant coffee packet... Same visit, my roommate was super excited to try, what they apparently call, Super man ice cream. Poor man took one bite and was afraid to ever do it again. Tasted like straight chemicals. I tried a small bit myself and confirmed that yes indeed it tasted something that would be closely related to as chemicals. Upon bringing this to someones attention so that another customer (especially a child) did not get sick or raise a much higher stink about it than we did, we were told that its because its new that it taste like chemicals.... Okay then. I guess thats some kind of Chines traditional flavor now. And to top it all of for just that one night, we received or bill for over $30 for just two people with no additional or add ons... By no means is that restaurant worth $15 a person. Even on a good day. We did not go back for a while and being it is the only Chines buffet near by for two people that rely on uber to get us to and from where we need to go, we decided to give them another chance, It has been awhile maybe management had changed. Maybe service has changed? Oooooor maybe not. On top of forgetting they charge at least $15 per person for dinners (out bad for forgetting) and we did arrive about an hour before closing, we were not expecting anything glorious, but as former food service workers, we know its frustrating to have people walk in last minute, but it doesnt stop you from doing your job properly and efficiently. Waitress came to our table three times just to make sure we were almost done. I got one refill and then she brought the ticket. I had one plate of food and two drinks and wanted no more to do with the place. They need new management or SOMETHING, make it at least worth 32 freaking dollars. We wont be going back again.

The food was horrible! The General Tsao chicken had the consistency of rubber, the crab Rangoon had minced or dehydrated onions in it, the coconut shrimp was made with mayonnaise of all things! My child wouldnt even eat any of her food, including the gelatin, which barely had any flavor. Then when we complained.... The manager told us that it would be different if we werent the first ppl to complain, and offered to give us a $2 discount on $38 order for TWO ADULTS AND ONE CHILD! The manager did not offer us a better discount until they saw I was on my phone about to call LPD. Overpriced.... Bland.... And totally disgusting! Also.. After reading the responses that the manager has made to people who have left negative reviews, youll definitely never see us in your restaurant again sir. Youre a rude person who lacks the ability to take constructive critique. Instead of lashing out at those who have given you negative reviews, perhaps you should listen to the comments, investigate the accusations, fix the issue or find another career field. Btw.... food was terrible I have eaten at this establishment many of times and this is the first time it was like this. I complained about some of the food tasting terrible it was chicken and it had turned a green color and smelled awful. instead of them pulling the tray of food out they ran around having the chefs try it and still allowing people to eat it while running around instead of pulling the $2.00 worth of chicken and fixing it. i know it was not supposed to taste or smell like this because it is my favorite dish there i eat it once a week at the same establishment. needless to say i wont be coming back , which sucks because their coconut shrimp is amazing but im not willing to get salmonella for it. the man at the counter tried telling me it was normal an it was the smell of vodka from cooking the bourbon chicken?????????????? vodka in bourbon chicken seriously it tasted like bad chicken and was green????? i do know what exotic foods taste an smell like i have been all over the world while serving 8 years in the military. sorry you had a good customer and you lost one

Literally worst service ever. The server didnt fill our waters once. Then proceeded to push our check on us before we finished eating. Came by repeatedly to peer over us at our check. Then when I finally gave her my card she ran it, brought back the slips and waited right beside me until I was done signing it. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Ive also seen some other less than savory reviews being responded to by the owner and there are no legitimate apologies or resolutions just passive comments and rudeness and accusations being a fake Google account. Check me out Im a real person, flesh and blood who had a bad experience, and I work in the industry so its even more disappointing because I know the kind of standard I hold myself to. But Im sure they dont care. Way to keep it classy. We wont be back.
