Let me start off my saying that this restaurant is a fluke dont i repeat dont order from here unless yu like half done or too done chicken and some crusty looking fried rice. i think if yu eat in the food is way better cause when i was sitting waiting for my food a man was brought a plate of shrimp fried rice that actually looked like it taste good with veggies and NO white rice spots. but i was oh so wrong. when i got my food first they gave me the wrong type of chicken for what i ordered. since when did sesame chicken turn into sweet and sour chicken with that red sauce on the side? yup thats what they gave me the sweet and sour breaded chicken with sesame sauce on the side? the the rice was even worse. like the below review said spotty white rice with parts of soy sauce. no veggie no nothing. i was really disappointed i had half the mind to take it back and raise hell but i deiced this would be much better. if i were yu and really wanted to try this restaurant i would not take out the food EAT IN.

Food was over priced and small portions. Food was also not what we ordered. We took it to go and after driving 30 minutes to get home realized food was wrong. Tried to call back, spoke to manager who said I can bring food back. Told her I was not driving 1 hour round trip and wanted a credit or something for next visit. I was told she cant do this and I asked to speak to another manager. She said she was only one for all week and then I asked to talk to the owner. She said he wasnt there and she took my number down to have him call me, of course no phone call ever came. Will never eat there, or take out there again.

China House is the only Chinese restaurant I visit on a regular basis. Until China House opened my family and I would go all the way to Atlanta to get decent Chinese food. The staff is AMAZING, they recognize frequent customers and are always extremely polite if you call for take out. When dining in the service is prompt and amazing. It has been addressed but again China House does not deliver. Very few restaurants in this area do deliver and it is a shame that the business received a bad review about a particular service that isnt even advertised/offered.

Previous review claimed it had the best General Tsos in Atlanta. It was hard, chewy & tasted like it was 2 days old. And what they called fried rice looked, and worse TASTED, like white rice with a little soy sauce in it. And the vegetables, which consisted of 4 or 5 small pieces of broccoli, were put in the container with the crapy General Tsos thrown on top so that the broccoli was limp and all you could taste was sauce. It was a to go order so I cannot rate the service but with food this bad it really doesnt matter!

With times as hard as they are for folks, these people are very greedy and rude. I called one night when I was sick and it was only 9:30 and they wanted to know how much money I was going to spend before they would tell me if they would deliver to me or not. I was very disappointed, as I had ate there before and the food was pretty good. But I guess they only care about one thing. They wont get anymore money from me!! And I will tell other customers as well about their lack of customer service.

Greetings, I absolutely love this place! Finally a Chinese restaurant near my area with real chicken and beef. Me and my son always come here and get sweet and sour chicken. Food is always fresh, cooked and served at correct temps. Staff is very friendly, place is very sanitary, great family business!!!! Now it is a tad bit pricey, but hey sometimes you pay for quality ingredients and its a small business. I love it here more importantly my kid loves it! Keep up the good work

Dear Julie, I am sorry that you were disappointed with China House. For your future information we do not do deliveries at all. Our small staff does not allow it. Every now and then we may do a delivery as a favor to our customers but of course we must set a minimum before we will deliver. You expect to get a level of customer service that exceeds what we even do. We are a dine-in and take-out restaurant. We excel at those two things and will continue to excel.

My first time coming and I knew it was going to be delicious by how amazing this place smells when you walk in! Very clean and cozy if you want to eat in. I ordered beef and broccoli. FINALLY a Chinese restaurant with real, cooked through beef. I got tired of ordering beef that not only looked but tasted fake, chewy and like rubber. Not this place! I love it!!

A most excellent take-out dining experience... finally a decent Chinese restaurant in the McDonough area. Granted, it is not quite at the level of Queens or Manhattan cuisine but then it is a long drive to NYC. Hoping to find a comparable or better place in Atlanta proper... To a meal proffered from this establishment, I say, "Yao, xie, xie".
