Ive ate at several Wing 101 locations and I will not return to this location. Im the type to never leave a review however I wanted to voice the concern below. 1. When placing an order over the phone I was quoted a different price. Even after the person that took my order confirmed the order and total twice Only to arrive to be told its two dollars more. A SIDE order of shrimp fried rice should not be $10.99. Even PF Chang rice starts at $8.99. 2. When I looked at the wing and fried rice meal, I was advised that it would never 2 dollars more than the listed price. 3. There were several flies flying around in the short time I was in there. Save yourself the trip. There are three other locations throughout the city that does not charge 2 dollars more than the advertised price. You can also choose your choice of protein in the rice, wings and drinks for cheaper. One of the locations being in Roswell Ga. You will also receive more than "side" size at these locations.

Called ahead to place my order they told me $8 and change ready in 10 mins. left work got there took 10 mins. the price was somehow now $13 and change (probably a thief at the register) i waited an extra 15 mins and im pretty sure i only got my food as fast as i did because i complained. over all worst experience ive ever had with a restaurant. told one price arrived on time made to TWICE AS LONG and the price was changed to 60% more. just imagine you go get a 40$ dinner and the bill comes $65 and took twice as long as the person told you it would take. i really have no idea how this location is in business.

Customer service needs to be stepped up. Called at 10:51 am and a female answers the phone and says "we dont open until 11" then hangs the phone up in my face. Well..... at that point dont you think it is best to just not answer the phone as opposed to hanging up in a customers face? If you open at 11 why are you opposed to taking a call ahead order 9 mins before open with pickup after 11? Seems that the customer would be pleased as opposed to walking away after being hung up on. The food is good. Customer service 101 needs to be reviewed with all employees.

The foods good, but ive given it 2 trys. I have a 30 min lunch and it took 24 mins to make a pilly cheese plain, and i was order 3 for the day so no crowd. Went back a week later got order #7 so again no crowd and wait 16 mins for only am order of fries. This is the slowest speed possible for any food chain to move. They should put up a warning," this fast food joint takes half an hour just to cook anything so dont come here for lunch."

Great food! Customer service has dwindled within the past 6 months. I have stood there and watched a young lady pick up the phone and have someone to hold on but never to return until she has taken everyones order in line. Each time I call the line is busy or when this young lady answers she place me on hold and my family has arrived at the restaurant before she ever return to the phone to take my order.

This place sucks!! Wings dont have flavor at all. Wings are to thin. And the both cashier are rude!! Got my order wrong and when asked if i could please have fries instead of rice the lady rolled her eyes and when she hand me my food i said thank you but all she did was roll her eyes again and not even say ypur welcome! I highly not recommend you eating here.

Good quality of food and very clean. Im just disappointed with some of the employees. They seem like they dont want to be there and get pissy with everyone and makes me feel like I dont want to order there. Also their phone services suck, and you dont see the smile in their voice.

Trash off rip. Gave me the wrong order, couldnt even dab my wings in the ranch because I didnt get my ranch. Then on top of that, I ordered some fries and didnt get it. TRASH. Mind you, I placed an order on the phone and got a different price when I arrived.

Lots of variety...Fried rice, wings, cheesesteak, gyros...Some of it is better than the rest of it, but its all pretty decent food. Wings are very good. They offer a military discount. If its really crowded, expect a wait for your food...Its not McDonalds...

After reading the comments I had to make sure this was the same place. The service is horrible. Wings okay but very small. Fish has no season and did I say the service is AWFUL. Even managment! Bad Deal Completely!!!

Really good food and clean place. The only bad thing about this place is the customer service. The Spanish girl in there is super rude and it seems like she doesnt wanna work there. They should hire friendly people.

Best wings I have ever had. I got the hot wings and couldnt put then down. Am still thinking about them right now. Definitely will visit again and the prices are reasonable.

They have many combinations and the best deal for me was the 15 wings deal. I would have liked a beer but no alcohol sales. The place is very clean and service is great.
