We ate here before and got so so service and enjoyed our food (I had the fried chicken cobb salad and my husband had the wings). Today was a different story. We went to eat here bc its across from my work. They were packed and we waited for a table which was fine. Our waitress came to take our drink order and left. Another waitress came over and said the computer had a "gliche" and asked what we had to drink again. Then the first waitress came back to take our order. The 2nd girl came back over about 10 mins later and said she was going to be our waitress now that the other girl was "too busy". Well we waited another 15 or so mins and our new waitress comes over to tell us that our order that we gave to the other girl never got put in!! During all this I could see them talking to each other and figured out myself what happened before she even came to tell us. I used to be a waitress and its not hard just a lot of running around. They need some smarter girls there that are not rude!

I have been to this location a few times. I always have had good service. Tonight I went in and was served by Taylor and she did an awesome job. Not only is she very attractive, she was very attentive to what I needed. My burger was a little rare for my taste and she quickly apologized and returned it to kitchen. It came back cooked great and even got fresh ff. The Mgr also stopped by to check on my meal being correct. Would have been 5 stars but for the food issue. Will stop by again in future.

Food was too greasy, literally dripping grease. Felt sick for the next two days didnt vomit but definitely felt under the weather. So what if they have boobs if they cant make good food, I didnt expect much. Didnt get much, service was kind of slow for a half full place. The prices were alright, really was not much notable.

I hadnt been here in a decade until my wife wanted to eat some wings for her birthday. She suggested Hooters to my surprise. We had a great experience. Our server was very nice and professional. Despite the stereotypes, its remarkably family friendly. And the wings still put Buffalo Wild Wings to shame.

Not very attentive for sitting at bar. No contact other than to refill my already empty glass. Do not recommend to sit at bar here. Bartender very bitter for some reason, thank goodness for shift change. Wont come here for a while, off need to go to Hooters, go north! Newport is great!

Girls are good and friendly, cept maybe one, and Im not sure she understands Im 67 from a different generation. Nah, shes OK. Just left there and Im happy. Bloody beer is damned expensive when it doesnt need to be. And get the Sam Adams Boston Lager back in!! Willy May, Lexington, Ky.

One of the worst Hooters I have ever been to, it is almost as bad as the one in Columbus, GA. The service was awful and it seemed like no one in the restaurant care for any of the customers. If you are thinking of going to Hooters I would pass on this one.

Now I remember why I dont come here anymore. One bar tender, not enough. Can only get 20 wings with two flavors, more flavors cost more. So much for customer service. Will not be coming back. Thanks for reminding me. Poor service

Disgusting! The worst Hooters I have ever been too! Wings were so cold and barely any sauce. Most of the chicken had no sauce. And the drinks was bad. All the girls look the same...such isnt saying much. #FAIL

First time customer - food is below par, wings are expensive, and this restaurant is about 30 years outdated. After eating half of my food I felt sick and had to throw up. Save your money and go elsewhere.
