We have a bad experience every time we come here. Tonight has been exceptionally bad. We come in and are seated at a table (we prefer booths but none of their vacant booths had been cleared and we were never asked our preference). The table has a slimy feeling and our menus are obviously disgusting with greasy prints all over them (this is something I often overlook, especially eating toward the end of the day). We ordered a tailgate sampler to share (onion rings, cheese sticks, boneless wings, and nachos). We get our food and everything is good except the wings. They are cold and have been "sauced" for so long the breading is soggy and falling off. The waiter brings us refills and asks how the food is and as lance begins to tell him the wings are cold he walks away from us (in mid sentence) to go to the table of pretty girls behind us. He doesnt come back for 15 minutes. Both of our drinks are empty at this point and have been for some time. Lance just asks for the check and he gives it to us in less than 2 minutes. Comes back less than 2 minutes later and clears our leftovers without any indication from us we didnt want them. (We had only touched 2 of our wings because they were gross, and he dumped all the leftover sauces on them before we could react, so there went 6 very overpriced wings to the trash.) He then disappears doesnt come back for over 5 minutes to get the check. This is most definitely the last time we will be coming here.

NOT GOOD FOR GLUTEN FREE! Explained to the waitress that I have celiac and my food should be gluten free then proceeded to order off the allergen menu. I ordered a side salad, careful to specify NO croutons. The saladepth came and it was clear that the croutons so had been removed, crumbs all through the salad and all over the plate. The waitress even noted gluten free as she wrote our order. Do not trust this restaurant if you have celiac or an intolerance. My guess is, you will get glutened.

Was first time ordering this & was over-phone to go order. Clerk spoke so fast I had to ask her to repeat her questions. After the order was placed, found out was a miscommunication about it. Called back twice to change part of the order, and both times was on hold so long voicemail engaged or could type in an extension. 10-15 mins had passed by now, so I knew we were pretty much stuck w/ the order. The Mild that I had asked for; was hot enough to make lips & tongue burn.

The service here is terrible, 99% of the time. It really is; it takes forever to have your order taken and longer than forever to get your food. Two lifetimes to pay your check. However, the food is awesome. Normally I wont return to a restaurant with such terrible service, but the food is so good that I keep going back.

Somewhat pricy but good food. Staff isnt always the greatest, even managers, and it is jam packed during games. Even take out takes forever and dont be fooled by them saying theyll bring it out to you. I waited 20 for mine until I went back in and it had been sitting in their heater.

Some friend and I went to see Kentucky Plat in the Sec Tournament. We new it was gonna be busy. We were lucky to get some bar seats and we ordered drinks and everything and turned out alright considering but if I go during a basketball or Football game go early

service sucks.. food is just plan ok.. absolutely nothing special!!! and WAY over priced for what it was/is... oh and dont go there to drink, after like 3 beers they will cut you off.. seriously 3 beers... wtf.....my 12yr can handle 3 beers heehh lolol

This is my go to place for some buffalo wings or strips. My husband and I have date night here, even though we dont care for sports. We love the atmosphere, and the view is nice. The food is delicious and the staff has always been super.

This was a great experience. Our food was out in 10 minutes (usually 30-40) at other stores. Quality was good. It was very clean and just an enjoyable experience. Hopefully this is their service all the time.

Ran out of coke had to wait for drinks. Ran out of boneless wings. Cheese fries were cold by the time came out. 1 hour later. Waiter bought our food and tried to take care of us by taking the bill.

I come here for the Food. The Burgers are amazing always! The wings are good, just order extra sauce on the side because sometimes they come out with not a lot on them, and Easy fix and free!

Love this place. Coldest tap beer. Would give it a 5 but not much healthy on the menu I can eat. Be nice if they grilled or baked more and deep fried less.
