We have been to this location 3 times,and each time was bad. Tonight we went because we got a card for Christmas. When we got there the guy tried to seat us at a nasty table. I pointed out the crumbs and dirt on it so he offered the next table that rocked more than a rocking chair and was also nasty, final table had a tilt to it and a ton of coasters under one table leg. Waitress came she took our order, and never once brought bread. We had to ask for it after we had already gotten our food, then my husband ordered a medium well steak, he got medium rare, his steak was bleeding into his plate. Manager told him it was medium, and said he ordered medium. I corrected him that my husband always orders medium well, which may have a slight bit of pink and clear juices not a plate full of blood. He did eventually remove the steak that my husband did not even touch after cutting it from our bill, and that was all. We will never go back to this location.

Food and service is always good. Ive been coming here a lot with a small group of friends. After taking a small break, trying out places, we came back as it has always been reliable for good food and service. Admittedly, I forgot what the beer selection was on my last visit, so I asked if they had Yeungling and the waitress just stared at me like I was crazy and speaking Chinese to her because she tried to repeat it back to me. It sounded like made up bad Chinese. Nonetheless, it was quite priceless and humorous. Of course I later apologized (did not want bodily fluids in my steak after all) as I did state right after that moment that it is like one of the oldest breweries in America. Later did I find out she was brand new and probably not of drinking age, so all was understandable!

Ordered a to go hamburger "all the way". My car was in the shop, so a co-worker picked up lunch. She came back with lunch and my burger had no ketchup, mustard or mayo packs in the bag or on the sandwich. I had to walk two blocks back to Longhorn to return the burger and get it fixed. Bartender was quick to get my order in. I asked to see the manager. Burger was ready before the manager came out. Told her the issue, all of this eating into my lunch hour by the way, and she was kind enough to offer me a free iced tea. So, my sandwich was not hot by the time I got back to work and I had to hurry up and eat because I had been clocked out for so long. Thanks for the iced tea offer Ebony Kirby. From now on, I will get burgers at 5 Guys up the street, where they know what they are doing.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Absolutely the WORST service in Atlanta! With a 7:40 pickup $60 to-go order, we arrived at 7:50 only to be rudely ignored by the entire staff and brushed off when we asked for our order. We didnt get our order until 8:10 with no apologies or even acknowledgment. All the food was cold so what was the hold up?! The steak was barely rare when ordered medium, the chips all clumped together and when broken apart, uncooked and soggy in the middle. Absolutely disgusted by this restaurant. Im sure the strip club next door serves better food than this dump.

Only reason Im not giving 1 star was the service....our server was cheerful and attentive. The food was what earned 1 star. I ordered a 8oz filet medium rare and it wasnt seared on either side....just cooked to grey and very red in the center. Spongy texture/mouthfeel, nasty. And I had to send it back 2x to get it seared right. Steak was also very oily, especially for a filet (which has no fat on it...). Never had steaks cooked this way at any steakhouse. Ive loved Longhorn in the past but I might not be back.

Been there many times worst service ever 3 hours to get food and steak was cooked wrong , drinks and other food didnt show up had to ask 5 times , manager should have taken care of all of it , but the group of ladies got there food right the first time , refilled drinks Pronto we were forgotten , this was the worst experience Ive ever had at sandy, springs location, food cold and not right angry as hell, and still paid 58 bucks for food I didnt get to eat

This is a lousey longhorns the waiters running around with your food and passing it off to other people, sitting and wondering probably where their meal is. This place is not crowded at this time and the service is extremely poor. The manager manage to get it wrong as well. Come on over to alabaster Alabama where you can get real service. I have never sat in a restaurant where they allow people to curse and not address their behaviors...the group of girls were cursing, talking very loudly, and were very rude. The staff did not do anything to make other customers feel comfortable. It was a horrible experience! The server instead was cursing with them! A waste of $55.00!!! Never again!

We went with my in-laws and they ordered t-bones. My mother-in-laws t-bone was BURNT from one side, but she did get a new t-bone. But the fact that they serve it BURNT was unexpectable. My father-in-laws was dry after he had order his t-bone medium. My husbands steak was too under cooked after the fact that he also ordered his medium.

Great steakhouse with consistent favorites. Only downside is that the menu items are always changing. I would love for them to keep the pumpkin cake on the menu and recently found out, its only a fall menu. However, I do think they have some of the best steak in town and would highly recommend the tableside steak sauce.

The food was excellent but the service was ABYSMAL. Our waitress (we dont know her name because she never introduced herself) was cold and rude; we were waiting at least 20 mins after being seated before we had to find someone to take our drink orders. Id probably find a different longhorn in the future

Had lunch here while I was waiting on my car getting washed next door at Mikaels Auto Spa. Ive been to a few lLonghorn in my day but this one is a step above most. The steak I ordered was a little over done but other than that, the service was amazing and better than any other Longhorn Ive been too.

The food was on point, Terence is a great waiter and the Manager came to our table asked us if everything was ok When we arrived a waiter came to let us know the hostess was on her way, the hostess was very nice cheerful and smiling . Just a great experience

Good food have been here twice and not had the issues others had. I have been here in day time only when less busy but have been treated nicely and my 7 year old likes the food. Just wish I could take home all the bread its so yummy!

One of the finest places to get steak. The price is expectedly high for the good slab but well worth it. They give out free peanuts at most bars if you ask, but save on the beer as youll want to savor as much of the meat as you can.
