Subways website indicates that after signing up for text offers, the customer will receive an offer for a free 6-inch classic sub with the purchase of a 30-ounce drink. So I signed up, got the offer, and walked in to this location. I started to tell the sandwich artist about my coupon, and before I could finish my sentence, she abruptly told me that they dont honor any coupons at this location. So, I left. Im sure I can find a decent roast beef sandwich somewhere else. This store doesnt even honor coupons that have their specific locations information on the mailer. Take your patronage elsewhere. Do not spend any money at this Subway location. If you want good customer service, coupon or not, this is not the place for you. Zoes Kitchen, Chicken Salad Chick, Panera Bread, and Chick-fil-a are all also located in the Roswell Corners shopping center, and they would be glad to serve you...unlike these folks at Subway. Most of these other reviews here are spot-on. Dont bother

No customer service skills. Unfriendly Lady working did not want to even make food much less ask if we wanted it heated, with cheese, oil and vinegar and all the shakes would have been too much to ask. Asked for combo and was suppose that read her mind to find out what drink size went with it. She had a bad attitude from the start and I should have ran away fast. This whole experience sux. Will never eat her and suggest that anyone in the area not think of stopping her.

This location is a typical Subway...or seemed like it on my visit. I certainly didnt feel the "Trapdoor to Hell" vibe that sent frissons of horror down the spinal columns of the other reviewers. The store was clean, not busy, but not deserted. My sammitch was constructed in record time and seemed perfectly edible. Id return, the next time that I am in the market for a Subway sub and am in the area.

Leaving two stars only because it was clean. Staff was unfriendly and borberline rude. Asked for a medium sub and she told me we dont have that, come on just ask me 6 or 12 inch without attitude. Didnt ask what kind of cheese just put on what she wanted. Didnt ask if I wanted it toasted, I had to request it. Just overall not pleasant experience. Also its summer turn on the a/c!!

Im not understanding why there are so many bad reviews. Im not a regular here though every time I do come here the service is fast and the employees are always nice. Ive been to some pretty crummy subways before that I would not visit again but this one is definitely not on that list.

Great subway! Really clean and food looks fresh! Ive been into plenty of subways but none of them are as nice or clean as this one! Friendly staff. This is now my subway home!

I went to get some sweet tea and it was horrible. It was as if it wasnt changed in the last few days. The had no spinich and they had few Bread choices. Bad customer service
