If I could give this disgusting restaurant zero stars I would. First off, the sweet tea that I ordered was not even remotely sweet, and it tasted like the tea urn hadnt been cleaned in months. You can taste when tea is dirty and this tea was not good. Then it took our waitress forever to take our order, then even longer to bring the food out. When we finally got our food, the butter pecan syrup on our table had ants all over the bottle, which we didnt realize util it had been poured. We told our waitress when she finally came back to the table (I swear she was avoiding us because she knew something was wrong) and instead of bringing us a brand new bottle, she wiped it down and brought it back to the table, still covered in ants. At this point we were totally put off our meals. She offered us a 10% discount, the manager even came to the table and we told her the bottle was still covered in ants and she picked it up and said "Oh well we didnt know, sorry." When we got to the register to pay, the waitress again avoided us so we asked for a manager instead. After explaining what happened to the second manager they were like "Oh well we can offer you the 10% discount." I told them no, what you should do is comp the meal that was ruined by your ant infested syrup bottles. I will never ever ever eat at this IHOP ever again, we should have gone to the Flying Biscuit.

Man what a bummer, me and my family have frequented this IHOP for years and after today I will never return. Gross is the best way to describe my experience this morning. Upon entering I got a wiff of the bathroom, as if they had a toilet overflow or some water issue. I proceeded to my directed seat which hadnt been cleaned but wasnt terrible so I decided to order and roll with it. After I ordered I went to the restroom to wash my hands and there was a "Caution wet floor sign", in the hall leading to the restrooms so Im guessing maybe a toilet had overflowed or maybe they just mopped either way the odor was strong. Once I got in the restroom the soap dispenser was sitting on the counter, the paper towels were sitting on the counter as well even though there was a roll in the automatic holder. I sat the soap up so it would be easier to dispense then when throwing my paper towel away I see a used panty liner on the top of the trash, that really did it and as hungry as I was I decided eating here would be no bueno. I let the waiter know I wanted to cancel my order and promptly left and headed over to another restaurant. Total fail, it looks like management has changed because I didnt see the usual guy.

Update 01/01/17- No change. we came by to see if something changed. I guess the owner of this IHOP does not give a..... Staff yelling at each other across the restaurant. The place if 3/4 empty there are like 5 waitresses good luck if you want to get any service. If they are not yelling at each other they are bunched at the front. Literally right now there is a line of four customers trying to pay. Nobody is helping them WTF is wrong here.... Original Post:The service is tardy, horrible, unprofessional, rude... Feud between employees and manager on the floor where the whole restaurant could hear. The staff just does not care.Where are the owners of this restaurant?? WTF.... Never have I felt so uncomfortable. It was so bad I left the restaurant leaving more than half the food on the plate.

Worst ihop Ive ever been to. The people before me had to wait 10 minutes for napkins and utensils AFTER the food came and had to get up to get them. Then we waited they werent busy because they had the hip hop station literally all the way up with a cpl kids and fams in there. We heard all their gossip about their coworker girl in college who is running for student council or something but she will nevr get it. My friend got their food and it was warm mine had been sitting there for a while my eggs dried. I ate it cause it was late and I had no food all day. Too bad I was onthe toilet for the next two days. Dont go here at night I can only hope the day shift is better on every level. Worst service worst food annoying gossip and loud hip hop music when u wanna just eat and relax

This place was T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. From the hostess seating tables of 4 and 5 that walked in after us party of 3 first to waiting over 45 minutes for our food and this was just breakfast. From the waitress who rolled her eyes and sighed when she realized a elderly couple was seated in her section. The food on the floor....smh. I truly feel this store should be closed retrained then opened again. We asked to speak to the manager twice and it wasnt until after we received our food then weve got a visit from the manager who looked like he didnt even care to want to speak with us. When we brought it to the attention of the manager, he gave us a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Needless to say we wont be coming back to this IHOP anytime soon.

Had planned to have breakfast at this particular location for 24 hours. I was fasting for labs for annual physical. So looking forward to a great breakfast. What I got was the furthest from enjoyable. Environment was "sticky". I slipped on some "greasey" spot on the way to table. Pot of "coffee" brought to me was old and cold. Thought Id just play it safe and ordered standard French toast with scrambled and sausage links. Bread for French toast was old and hard. So hard I couldnt cut it with a fork. So were the sausage links.eggs were just as hard and rubbery. Wait staff was pleasant, though I did not receive a receipt with my change. Over all, a very unexpectedly unpleasant "break fast " for me. Very disappointed.

Cant believe the past reviews. Well I guess theres new management because I came here today and the service was beyond great. I called ahead and it was ready when I got there but I didnt specify I wanted everything on the side so the young woman who had glasses and her hair was in twists....she was a manager and very well spoken, fixed my order just went above and beyond to give outstanding customer service. She will turn this location around and everyone who came up to the counter made sure I got help. I wouldve never expected past reviews with the kind of service I received today. Hate I didnt get her name but she was all of that.

saturday my husband and i went to ihop we waited almost half an hour to eat not only that our waitress was behind sitting down chtting to her friends instead or cheaking on our food when we finally got to eat my husband ordered raw onions in his eggs not cooked onions the bacon was hard and over cooked now for mine i had sunny side up eggs with sausage well done it was raw now to top it off a hair was sitting on top of my egg yolk i wanted to throw up the manager come to the table and took care of the check i will never will go back to have a great breakfast we will keep with roswell dinner awsome food
