MY EXPERIENCE WORKING HERE WAS GREAT AT FIRST UNTIL THE MANAGEMENT STARTED CHANGING AND ACTING LIKE WE WERE NOT DOING OUR JOB ALL THE TIME WHEN WE ARE CONSTANTLY OVER STAFFED .ONLY SPECIAL PEOPLE GOT HOURS AND I WATCHED A MANAGER LIE IN MY FACE TO A GUEST AND TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR THE COOKS MISTAKE WHICH HAPPENS A LOT, AND THE GUEST GOT ANGRY AND TOLD THE MANAGER IT WAS A LIE AND HE WATCHED ME CALL THE ORDER BACK AND THE WORKERS BACK THERE ROLLED THEIR EYES FOR THE SPECIAL REQUEST. THE GUEST DECIDED TO TELL ME I DIDNT NEED TO WORK THERE AND OFFERED ME A JOB ELSEWHERE, WHERE INTEGRITY WAS IMPORTANT. HE COULDNT BELIEVE MANAGEMENT WOULD STOOP LOW TO MAKE A COOK LOOK GOOD AND BLAME ME. THEN GOT MAD AT ME AND PULLED ME OFF THE FLOOR TO GO HOME, BECAUSE I WAS TELLING THE GUEST THE COOK MESSED UP THE ORDER, I ONLY CARRY THE PLATES. WHAT A DISHONEST FOOL! I MISSED ONE DAY SINCE I STARTED AND WAS SICK DIDNT HAVE DOCTORS NOTE AND TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE COME IN ANYWAY AROUND FOOD SO SHE COULD SEE MY SICKNESS. WHAT AN IDIOT! WHO DOES THAT IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS AROUND FOOD.!! I WAS VOMITING AND DONT HAVE INSURANCE SO I STAYED HOME AND BOUGHT HOME REMEDIES, ESPECIALLY WHEN MANY PEOPLE CALLED OFF AND LEFT WITHOUT AN EXCUSE. WHAT A WAY TO GET PEOPLE TO QUIT WHEN YOU MAKE UP THINGS AS YOU GO ALONG. WHO COMES IN TO WORK TO PROVE THEIR SICK AROUND OTHER EMPLOYEES, GUESTS, AND FOOD!! SCHEDULED ME 2 DAYS FOR 2 WEEKS IN A ROW, SO I COULDNT AFFORD A DOCTOR! THEN SCHEDULE ONE PERSON 1 DAY AND OTHERS 40 HOURS FOR FAVORITES. THIS ISNT HIGH SCHOOL GROWN PEOPLE BE FAIR AND WHEN SOMEONE SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT IT, MANAGEMENT TALKS DOWN AND CONDESCENDING TO ME AS IF IM A RETARD WITH NO EDUCATION. I WORKED HARD AND DID MY JOB, AND ONLY MISSED ONE DAY SINCE I STARTED. MY TABLES WERE GIVEN FREE MEALS SO MUCH FOR WRONG FOOD BEING BROUGHT OUT BUT ALWAYS FOUND A WAY TO BLAME ME WHAT AN INSULT!! MY GUEST SAID HIS MEAL WAS FREE 3 TIMES BECAUSE IT WAS MESSED UP, AND HE WASNT COMING BACK BECAUSE OF IT, BUT I GOT SENT HOME FOR IT. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO BUSINESS IN MANAGEMENT. ALSO WHO ASK EMPLOYEES FOR AVAILABILITY AND THEN SAYS IT HAS TO BE APPROVED. HOW CAN YOU ASK PEOPLE WHEN CAN THEY WORK, AND THEN SAY WE HAVE TO APPROVE IF YOU CAN WORK THOSE HOURS, BUT NEVER GOT AN APPROVAL AND SCHEDULE PEOPLE HOW THEY WANT TO , THEN BLAME THEM WHEN THEY DONT COME IN. THAT WASNT STATED WHEN THEY NEEDED PEOPLE TO OPEN THE STORE. NO ONE ELSE HEARD OF THAT EITHER. BUT I LET THE SO CALLED MANGER WHO DOESNT NOW WHAT THERE DOING HAVE IT AND LET THEM KNOW AT 2.13 AN HOUR ITS NOT WORTH DISHONESTY, FAVORITISM, AND NASTY COMMUNICATION, AND NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. NO INTEGRITY IN THIS PLACE AND DONT WANT TO WORK WHERE THE MANAGER ACTUALLY WANTED ME TO WORK SICK AND WANTED TO SEE ME THROW UP AT THE JOB BEFORE I GET SENT HOME AND KNEW THIS IN ADVANCE!!! NOT A SMART MOVE AT ALL!!! SO I QUIT IM DONE AND OTHERS WILL BE LEAVING SOON AS PER OUR MANY CONVERSATIONS ABOUT THE MESS GOING ON IN THERE!!! GOOD LUCK EATING AT A PLACE WHERE YOUR ONLY FAMILY IN TRAINING AND AFTER THAT WE ALL WERE WONDERING WHY WE FEEL LIKE WE ARE DOGS!! NO STRESS HERE BUT I KNOW GOOD ENVIRONMENTS WHEN I SEE ONE, AND HOPE YOUR FOOD COMES OUT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, AND KNOW GOOD EMPLOYEES WHEN YOU SEE THEM INSTEAD OF RUNNING THEM AWAY AS MANY HAVE. CANT WORK AT A PLACE WHERE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT EACH OTHER LIES!!! LITERALLY!!! I WAS DONE SO WRONG BUT GOD HAS A BETTER PLAN FOR HIS PEOPLE.

This was our (me and my parents) first time here. Over a decent experience, but not perfect. I had the burger with jalapeños and it was cooked correctly despite our server not writing anything down, or the server we were transferred to writing anything down either. Which, as a server myself, I consider to be bad form no matter how good of a server you are, but as long as everything comes out right who cares. Overall the staff was polite, although not exactly warm. Maybe they just wanted to go home but it was an hour before close (8pm). The manager hit our table, which was nice. Server didnt offer us apps or desert, but she did describe the specials to us. Host was very friendly, opened the going in and out. They use this weird iPad checkout system, which probably slows down service as the server has to explain how it works 10 different times to the demographic that they are targeting (older people). Whats wrong with a normal register? I would give the service a 3/4 and the food a 5/5. My burger was okay, but its not a burger place so thats probably my fault. Parents would return, I probably wouldnt. Note to management. If you are going to have 6 servers stand around doing nothing, at least have them do it in the back.

I dont usually leave reviews however I couldnt resist sharing my experience here. My 2 daughters and 2yo grandson had the pleasure of indulging in some amazing dishes. We enjoyed the huge portions that were provided. I had the Cajun chicken Alfredo soooo good. One daughter had the chicken and waffles. Crispy chicken, light & crunchy waffle with an awesome strawberry butter with hot sauce infused syrup need I say more. My other daughter had the chicken plate with mash potatoes & sautéed squash & zucchini mixture. Again the food was amazing. We plan on going back real soon. So now the service, we had such an attentive, high energy, efficient server name Dionne. She was great, very helpful with the menu, understanding with the 2yo, she completed the whole experience. Great food,, great ambiance, and amazing service that is what I call the ultimate dining experience!!!

This was our second trio to Roswell and I researched where to eat local. Based on reviews we chose Metro Diner. Unfortunately our food was mediocre and service was just bad. It was 2 pm and not busy. It took a long time for food to come out and based on our waitresss recommendation I ordered the eggs Benedict. The eggs were hard and I sent it back. When I asked her for new eggs she just picked up my plate and walked away. I wasnt upset but she gave me attitude. I had to ask for a refill on my coffee. She just acted like she didnt like us at all and really didnt like her job. The English muffins were so hard on the bottom I could barely cut them. The manager brought me new eggs...waited 5 more minutes for hash browns. Based on service and food quality I would not go back. Sorry but not a pleasant experience.

I dont like to overdo it on reviews, but honestly, I cannot think of a reason for less than 5 stars. The place is brand new and looks it. Everything is clean. Lots and lots of seating. If you are from NY or up north and are missing a diner experience, I dont think youll be disappointed. I ordered the pastrami on rye expecting a so-so sandwich like most places give you. It was an ample amount of pastrami, good quality, cooked well and on good rye bread. Fries were so-so. They mentioned they would be expanding and would love to see them a little closer to my home in Johns Creek, but well definitely be going back. Service was top notch along with the food. We had an Apple Cobbler desert out of this world.
