MANAGERS of HOLA NEED TO PAY ATTENTION - Have to agree with the review by Chase Wall - I love the food - but the service is horrible! This is the third time I have been there and every time, the service is lacking, but this past visit was the worse. Friday night we went around 8:30. They weren’t packed as there were several tables open. The hostess - and I use that term VERY loosely, asked how many and I said two. She picked up the menus and just started walking to a table - there was no Welcome" "how you doing" Nothing. We followed her to the table, she laid down the menus, didnt say have a great dinner, thank you for joining us - NADA! Just left. I wish I had gotten her name, she treated other guest the same as well as we were seated near the front door. I didn’t get her name, but she was a short and had long black hair and worked Friday night. We sat for about 15 minutes and no one recognized us at all. I had to stop someone passing by our table to get someone to wait on us. Once waited on – we ordered guacamole which took forever to be delivered. Then our waiter asked us what we order as they had a computer glitch – however, other people around us seemed to get their orders and they were seated afterwards. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit – the restaurant has so much potential – but seems to have a lack of leadership and management skills.

I took my kids out for an early Sunday dinner and sat on the patio to enjoy the gorgeous weather. Our waiter was very friendly and the food was good. A couple walked in with their dog and got seated at the table next to us. When the waiter took their order for drinks, they ordered 3 waters. I thought they were joking but the waiter did serve them 3 glasses of waters. Halfway through our dinner, I turned around only to see the couples dog slurping water from the glass. I understand that to some people their dogs are like their babies, but other humans will be drinking from the same glass. I also understand that those glasses will probably be washed in a dishwasher with a high temperature that may kill germs... etc., But, I think dogs should not be drinking from peoples glasses in a public restaurant and the restaurant staff should have said something to that couple. This experience made me think twice about eating out in general and more specifically places that allow pets.

My Husband and I decided to go here after reading some reviews, and it was so worth it. Everything these guys make is made in house, starting with the salsa and going all the way to the end. The Salsa is worth going to this restaurant all by its self. It is so flavorful and not super spicy. Then we moved onto the tacos!!!!! I have had a lot of tacos around the area because they are our favorites. These tacos are incredible. From the reg...to their lamb and brisket. Each one has a unique flavor. And the Sides, normally I skip those, because they are just not worth getting filled up on. Their black beans had so much intense flavor and then we moved to the jalapeno corn. ::swoons:: Just go experience it for yourself. They are just a great restaurant and the service was top notch they really take care of their customers.

I ordered from this restaurant through uber eats, unfortunately I was disappointed with HOLA! They missed added notes like extra sour cream and tortillas. Mistakes like that are very disappointing when the manager on duty tells you "well sometimes that happens," and it has never happened with other restaurants Ive ordered with through uber eats. I would have enjoyed my meal if I could have had more than a baby spoon of sour cream, and didnt have to eat my steak with out enough flour tortillas. I guess two tortillas is what the restaurant considers enough. When youve received excellent customer service settling for mediocre service is out the question. To go orders/ uber eats orders are just as important as the guest dining in!

Beautiful restaurant, inside and out. LOTS of space inside so its nearly impossible to bump in to other people while scooting your chairs etc. I hate paying more than a few dollars for tacos but this place is worth every penny. I was there for lunch, not sure about dinner prices. The menu is very unique and the food is of very high quality. My waiter was Matthew and he was very kind, attentive, and had great suggestions! The gentleman, who seemed to be the Restaurant Manager, cleared my table himself (you never see that anywhere else) and asked me how my meal was. GREAT place! I will make sure to visit the next time Im in the area. (I ordered the Camarones Tacos, jalapeno corn, and the charro beans)

This is the first time Ive ever been inclined to write a review on any restaurant. My husband and I visited HOLA for the first time tonight. We were literally blown away. We had the most amazing date night! Our server was outstanding: very present and helpful. We ordered the dip trio (queso, guac, salsa verde) and the portions were HUGE. very, very worth the money. House Marg was strong and delicious. We split the shrimp quesadilla and between that and the dip trio we were stuffed! And to top It all off, we received a complimentary dos XX beer for whatever reason. The atmosphere was chill, every staff member was helpful, the food came quickly, and we had a great time. Thank you so much!

The food was very tasty and arrived timely. Unfortunately the service was subpar. The hostess up front did not seem to know her job. If you dont have a reservation this seems to put them in a vapor lock. I had to suggest where to seat us. Once seated, the u shaped booth set for 8 people only sat 4 people, 5 very crowded with no elbow room or space for plates. The TVs and music were so loud we couldnt hear our soft spoken waitress. The price was higher than expected for the quantity of food and the choices are limited on the menu, yet the food did not disappoint. We wont return due to lack of professional behavior and atmosphere, but I would encourage to try the food.

Hands down, the kitchen staff is amazing. The food is always on point, and they have some of the best Mexican style food around. But for whatever reason, service is just bad! Always bad, always new faces who dont seem to know whats going on. To avoid the off putting service, we always sit at the bar since the bar was always on point. But lately the managers left and the new bartenders just dont cut it and the service is just as bad as the rest of the place. Unfortunately what used to be our weekly local place to relax and have dinner, has now become a takeout joint for us. Hands down some of the best food around, but the front end of the house just cant keep up.

Like others have said, dont let the chucky cheese HOLA sign fool you. Weve driven by many times with no interest to try it. Due to long wait times at other restaurants we reluctantly decided to give HOLA a try. Boy was I surprised. The interior is chic and upscale. The food was great (pork belly taco was out of control). The severs were attentive. The drinks were actually drinks and not pre-made lime juice cocktails you get at other run of the mill Mexican chains. 5 star experience. For the life of me I cant understand the sign. Its like they hired Ronald McDonald to design the outside and Kevin Rathbun to design the inside. Who knows but Ill definitely be back!
