Last week when out with friends for dinner, we noticed the place was being renovated, only having half of the restaurant open to the public for seating. That definitely shouldve been a red flag there to try somewhere else for dinner, or maybe when watching the game that night and seeing a cockroach run across the ceiling above our heads and meals shouldve been another red flag. Well, not shortly after, another roach did fall on my shoulder making it impossible to stay there any longer. A server of another table had been watching the entire time, pointing and watching how I had no idea until a couple seconds later. After having a nervous breakdown and realizing it fell from the ceiling onto me, no manager had made their way to our table to apologize. After hearing the screams, our server finally approached the table automatically giving us our meals for free, as if this was the norm and no surprise to them- yikes. I do understand the property being under renovation,but that is no reason for management service to be poor and customers having to deal with roaches possibly landing on them during their visit!!! Will not be visiting Taco Mac in Stockbridge again. Oh, and after running out, the police officer who was also outside after their dinner that night, stated he too had a roach fall on him in the middle of dinner, when they were sitting on the patio. Wow!!

Came to this place to watch the game, I asked for a top shelf patron margarita, when I sipped on it, all I tasted was sour mix, so I thought it just wasnt mixed well, then I tried it again and it was so sour that it made my stomach turn, I asked my husband to try it, he also thought it was horrible. I learned from the waitress that it was made with lime juice, Ive had margaritas with lime juice but they have never tasted like this one. The manager on duty refused to refund me my money, when I asked her to try it her response was "I really dont like margaritas like that." Ive worked at plenty bars/restaurants to know what a managers, and bartenders duties are. Very disappointed, will never spend my money here again. Ps dont try the top shelf margaritas here, the waitress said she was told by many customers that it was too sour and because its "top shelf" they wont change it out or refund u your money.

Took my in-laws here based on our experiences at other Taco Macs. This one gives the others a bad name and made me feel embarrassed to suggest this place. Its in sore need of a refresh the last time I was there (admittedly about a year ago). Im usually the least picky out of my cadre, and this place had me upset. The restaurant itself was disgusting. Our food came out all at different, super late times and half was on the high side of cold. If youre in the area and are looking to get your Taco Mac fix, avoid this place, especially if youre used to the others. Spoke to a friend who just went here and he said nothing has changed, spurring me to write this. At least its hard to mess up beer. I hope it improves.

Food is sub par- drink prices outrageous. They want $17 for top shelf. And by top shelf Im talking crown, not pappy. The restaurant itself is filthy and sticky. Dont touch anything. Your response that no drink on the menu is 17 bucks... might want to tell the bartender that then. I asked for Woodford and ginger which you were out of and he recommended something else... maybe 1792? Definitely told me it was 17.50 along with the Crown XO that you had. (Great selection by the way) so basically I was being lied to and he must be a thief. I ended up drinking water and begging my friends to leave since I didnt want to buy drinks at bottle prices. Havent returned and that wont change anytime soon.

Unsafe establishment. As a member of the Taco Mac Brewniversity (their loyalty program) with over 280 credits, I used to frequent this location for food and drinks. I had to stop, unfortunately, when the owner decided that she no longer cared about the safety of her customers and employees. Upon a recent visit, I noticed that the owner (who rarely visits) put up a sign indicating that any criminals who wish to do harm to this establishment’s customers or employees may do so unchallenged. As such, until such time as the owner rescinds this new policy of putting her customers’ and employees’ lives at risk, this is an unsafe place to patronize, and I will certainly never return there.

My experience - my wife and I and two other friends had dinner tonight and it seemed to have the lack of paying attention. the waitress was nice but she just was not at Taco Mac physically yes mentally no and Im sure you know what I mean. Could not get the order straight order bottle beer I got a glass of beer order imported beer I got no beer had to remind her several times, it just seems to me as though they just couldnt get it right I guess it was just one of those time in the meantime a bit frustrating, is it the worst thing in the world maybe not, but it was not a good experience.

Food was okay, service was horrible. Requested side salsa for quesadilla, the waitress walked past the table 4 times, each time saying oops, I forgot your salsa. She finally brought it after Id almost finished my meal. Never refilled my drink. The last straw was when my guy friend ordered a drink and asked for his lemon/lime on the side, she brings the drink with the lemon/lime IN HER HAND...no glove, no side cup, HER UNGLOVED hand and hands it to him...sticks her hand out for him to take it out of her hand! Who does that??? Taco Mac apparently

Too many kids, I had to actually go get a server to Ace our order and go to the bar to get the remote control and I had to go get our to go boxs myself and ask for the check at the bar then had to get up and go take them the money. Couldve walked out but Im too d to go to jail plus its stealing. And check they had at least 9-10 servers. Not to mention it took at least 30 minutes to get wings and cheese dip. REALLY NOT WHAT I THINK OF When YOU USE TO SAY LETS GO TO TACO MAC, SHOULDVE WENT TO FRONTERA

I would not recommend eating here.. The service was ok my food came out wrong. No big deal. They brought the correct order out after about 10 minutes... No big deal.. The food was bland, tasted like rinsed off steak... We stayed for a few cocktails because it really is just a bar...The next morning OH NOOOOOO!!!!!!!! The person with me ordered something different and he got sick also......Do yourself a favor DONT EAT HERE>>>>>>>>>>>Sorry Taco Mac the name should be Taco crap................

I only gave this location 2 stars because the food was good, but other than that the service was bad.. The employees are walking around like zombies and they are unfriendly. I normally go to the two locations in the Suwanee area, and its a big difference - so next time I have a craving for Taco Mac I will just continue to drive a long distance to Suwanee because Id rather spend gas money to have good service, then to feel uncomfortable...
