This was the worst experience ever we had a reservation for 12 people to be seated at 8:30 we arrived 15 minutes early we were having a post wedding dinner. They werent ready..... 15 minutes later the manager announced that she was still trying to get our table ready. Finally almost 45 minutes later we were seated. Our waiter proceeded to take our drink and appetizer order this was the last time we had any meaningful conversation with him. Never once did he check on us to see if we needed additional drinks or see if everything was ok with our meal. I asked him to explain some ingredients listed in the meal his response was he didnt know but we would Google it Google it ????? What is that???? when you are there with your manager other co workers and the chefs that prepare the meal??? I was appalled to say the least. My meal a lobster tail came out cold and half cooked the truffle Mac and cheese was extremely dry and inedible never once did our waiter attempt to make a replacement or send over a manger. The busboy Jabari did his very best to smooth things over by getting drink refills, removing used plates delivering food and presenting desserts. By far he was the only bright spot in the restaurant. But this didnt end the meal from hell the waiter dropped several dishes and glasses from a nearby table then to add insult to injury 2 people in our party was charged twice for a bill that was not theirs. Again no manager appeared to help resolve the issue. This is unacceptable the manager on duty definitely needs retraining the waiter needs to be also. To all the diners in the metro Atlanta area please be aware that this could happen to you

Great food, Great Service. I really appreciate a place that caters to different dietary needs and Seasons 52 does that exceptionally well. I went to lunch with vegetarians and they have a special menu for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free. Our server Jesse, was awesome and very knowledgeable and what he didnt know he went and found out. Often dishes that are veggie dishes are still cooked in beef/chicken broth and he was able to provide that info to the vegetarians. I wanted the Mahi-mahi tacos but requested them in lettuce wraps and that was done without a problem. We ordered some alcoholic drink and they were all delicious, freshly made. One we did send back because it was too sweet and the bartender fixed it right up. The food was excellent. They change their menus for the seasons which is a nice touch. Everything was well flavored and cooked to order. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We called over the manager because we wanted to tell him what excellent service and food we had and they were having a weekly drawing but since it was 5 of us at the table he did the drawing amongst us! I thought that was a very nice touch and its things like that that will keep me coming back. I appreciate a place that wants to know what I want and tries to get that right. And if they dont then they try to fix it or take it off the bill. Seasons 52 is that with great food to match. They validate parking for 2 hours but if you go over its not too expensive. Its a large place with a nice bar good for groups or an intimate dinner.

Real score is 3.5 We went here for Mothers day 2017. I called and made a reservation for 5. They called back several times to confirm for 4 oclock. So when we arrive there is a wait, now even with a reservation I knew it would still be a wait but I thought it would be no more than 15-20 min but it was 40 min. There was a shift change at the hostess, so now the lady that had seen me several times and knows my face is gone and the new girl came out to look for me but said nothing. Food was good but not great talked to Manager she sent a gift card and asked us to come back and we will this month stay tuned. Ok went back July 2017 this time sever wasnt as good but was nice and helpful. I ordered the lamb chops but it doesnt come with mint jelly so sent that back for shrimp and grits which were delicious.

I dont know why this place has 4 Stars, maybe those people had to wait an additional minute to be seated, or they parked 5 yards farther away than I did. Whatever their excuse is, they made a mistake. I ate here on a Monday night and this place was packed. Definitely make a reservation for dinner. This restaurant is 5 Stars to me. The food was seasoned properly, tasted great, nice portions, and the right price. I had salmon with roasted vegetables and a flatbread with figs, goat cheese, and arugula as an appetizer. I highly recommend both. My server was Tiffany Kiphanie and she was pleasant and attentive. She made the dining experience very nice. The young ladies who greeted us at the door make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the restaurant. EAT HERE, thats an order. Two thumbs up.

I went here with some friends today. I had unbelievably bad service. The hostesses were fine but our server was rude from the moment we were sat down. He never smiled, and barely acknowledged us. When he came to take our money he went right to the table grabbed it and walked off without asking how the payments were going to be settled. He went to split the bill and basically threw the money back at us and the card before he left. I was so upset about the service here seeing how it had such good reviews. The food was alright, my sister and I got the steak for lunch and we didnt favor it. The others got the curry and salmon which they liked. Despite that, Im never coming back. First impressions are important in my book and this one wasnt what I was expecting.

Awesome! My 2nd dine with Seasons 52 first at this location. Met here for a professional dinner meeting. Although the menu changes, you can always find great dishes. Flatbread was truly perfect. As a "woman of color" - I disagree with Andres post. I saw diversity in diners and staff. My dining party itself was diverse, we were severed by a person of color and the Manager came to check on us - who by the way was a person of color - and thanked us for bringing our dinner meeting to their location - provided us each with $25 gift cards for the new year - AWESOME!! My hubbie and I will be back soon to take advantage of our gift card. Overall great dinning experience.

Went there for Easter sunday with my 2 young children to sit at a big table for 12. This place does not have high chairs or booster seats. They dont have a kids menu or cups that are suitable for children. They gave my 3 year old son milk (surprised they had it) in a cocktail glass! Nice. Most nice restaurants at least have a booster seat or something to keep kids occupied. They seemed appalled that we would even bring kids in there. I am telling ALL of my friends to never go there if they think that its good for families. And in my book if you arent good for families, youre not accomodating to adults either. Bad decision S52! You lost my business forever.
