HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I visited this location on Sunday May 22, 2016 at 2:53 pm. I order two 3 pc tenders meal. I was told it would be a 5 minute wait on my order. I was ok with waiting because I knew my food with be hot and fresh. I was told to pull up and my order would be brought out to me. At 3:15 my order was never brought to me. I went inside to see what the problem was only to see all the employees where standing around laughing and joking because there was not any customers in the hobby so basically I was the only customer. I ask about my order and was inform my order was never cook and I would have to wait another 3 to 5 mins. I ask for a refund and it was granted but how in the world I am the only customer and my food is not cook. I would never come back and recommended to family and friends not to waste their money here. The manager and employee would rather have a party instead of serving their customers.

I went to this Popeyes tonight to get dinner. After reading all the negative reviews, I was kinda hesitant. The young man who took my order, whose name is Nigel, was very professional, polite, well spoken, well dressed, and well groomed. Not only was he the only one taking orders, he also would run back and get his orders so the customers wouldnt have to wait. This was as the only female employee just stood around doing nothing! Give Nigel a raise and hire more people like him. I was in and out in no time and didnt have to wait at all. Oh, the food was good too!

Its very easy to see the low amount of concern that goes into hiring an intelligent and efficient staff at this establishment. I cant remember the last time Ive had to wait as long as I do at this restaurant. it doesnt seem to matter how thorough or how slow you speak your order, something will come up missing or wrong. Once you finally get your food, it is most of the time quite delicious. And also the cleanliness of the restaurant is usually up to par. It really just seems like the hiring isnt as important as other aspects of this restaurants image.

The worst popeyes in the atlanta area! Nasty, lazy staff that are always fighting and bickering. It takes about 45 minutes to get your food, but you have to ask the manager for napkins. Why? The staff only speaks Ebonics, so good luck. They dont look you in the eye, and if you ask them to repeat themselves after they mumble a question to you....They Yell! Charming. The dining room is gross. The chairs, tables and floor are covered in grease, food and garbage. The garbage cans are full. Just avoid it!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I came to the store at 7:45PM and guess what?! Nooooo Chicken! Decided to be patient and wait "15 mins for fresh chicken because my last experience they just decided to give me what was left instead of asking for white or dark meat! Its 8:30 and still waiting on my order! Just give me my time and money back. This Popeyes is full of incompetent and ill-prepared staff. How do you run out of chicken during a prime dinner time?! Its almost laughable! Smh

Usually when I go to a restaurant to get chicken tenders, I expect there to be chicken in them. When I got my meal (about 20 minutes after ordering), I noticed there was no chicken in them! It was all just fried breading! Then when I took it back, the lady told me she would have new ones out in a bit. Cue another ten minutes later and I got chicken tenders that had almost no chicken in them. The chicken in them was smaller than my finger. Bad first impression of Popeyes.

Super slow drive through. I waited 30 min in line. I asked for a fish and shrimp meal. They gave me one piece of fish that was about 4 inches long. And some popcorn shrimp in a box. They were also out of almost all sides, and it was only a little after 8 PM. The window server forgot my drink, which I had already paid for. I had to ask him for it. Although he had a nice demeanor, I was not very happy about my experience here.

Staff has gotten much better in the last year. They remain friendly and accommodating. I usually go for dinner and getting your food usually takes forever. I went for lunch one afternoon and expected the same, NOPE! Food come out quick, hot and fresh! One star off because they REALLY need to update their sound system. The music was overly loud coming out of what sounded like busted speakers.

I was at work while a coworker picked up my order....he called saying that at 8pm all they had was chkn breast???? So I said get me the garlic shrimp meal...oh boy....it tasted like the shrimp had been refried thrice...the fries were hard and inedible...but the biscuit wasnt wrong....Im trying to call Now to complain but I guarantee theyll be hard pressed to get my Business ever again

Terrible service, drive through is ridiculously slow. Takes forever to just place an order. Waited over 40 mins and it was only 6 cars in front. This is below subpar..will never go here again. Management needs to be fixed. I love Popeyes but I never been to one this terrible. DONT EVER GO HERE unless you expecting to wait ages to even get some decent chicken...

Service is horrible, not sure why I came back. Just waited at drive thru for 10 minutes and they wont even answer the intercom. Had major problems with a turkey I ordered for Thanksgiving as well. Go somewhere else where the employees dont act like they are doing you a favor or that you are an inconvenience to them when you order food.

Horrible experience. The cashier was yelling at us saying stuff like, "Wait." "Hold On." We ended up waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru till we got to put our order in. There was nothing pleasant about the service given to us. This place needs a reevaluation. I would have put negative 999 stars if I could.

Consistently slow service. The drive through is always backed up and we were asked to wait as cars lined up behind for the attendant to even take our order. Once at the window, the attendant who served us was polite and courteous, but Id rather have my "fast" food in less than 30 minutes.

Ordered a 2 piece and recieved one chicken with mainly fat on it and and leg that was smaller for a child to eat... horrible and i paid 7 dollars for a decent meal and recieved a portion of what I paid... popeyes need to upgrade on their chicken if every meal starts at 7 dollars

Totally disorganized. Stood in line for over 10 minutes with only one person in front of me and never got served. The staff is rude, never acknowledged anyone. Horrible service run by high school teenagers. They need to do something about it...will never be back, super disappointed.
