I live in Peachtree corners so this is my first time for dining this restaurant I order chick fil a sandwich I didnt carry cash so I used my debit card. I set on table waiting on my food with a number, food arrived I look the sandwich so it was a naked chicken fried breast no tomatoes or luttace on it wich i usually love to have tomatoes on my sanchichI called the delivery guy and asked if I can have a piece of tomato so responded let me ask my manager. Manager that day Im assuming was young white guy I believe he was early 20s so little guy come back to me and said is 15 cents I didnt have any cash or 15 cents on me . Now the whole point is I never told if I need extra topping my sandwich and since I dont have 15 cents on me and card dont need to charge for that amount I wonder if the manager understand how to accommodate situation like this , think about is a piece of tomato so in that reason no more chick fil a for me and they have a one star for me.

I decided this morning to stop in at Chick-fil-A down the street from my office to get a tasty Egg and Cheese biscuit and a coke. Very friendly service as I went through the drive-thru. I decided to go ahead and park and eat my tasty egg and cheese biscuit there in a parking spot. as I am finishing I realized I needed just a little more coke to wash down the last of the biscuit. So I walked back in and asked for a splash and was greeted by the manager Andres Ozuna who said no sir we only give refills for dine in Customers. So I said thank you and left. Upon driving back to my office I realized that a splash of coke in my over filled iced cup was only a penny or two and I am sure the Cathy family would have never said this to a customer. But if Mr. Ozuna was correct in his statement then I will never go back to a Chick-fil-A. Sad because I think the beliefs of the owners of this company are of great moral values.

I honestly dont know how this location has good rating. Its the first chick fil a that I have experienced consistently bad service. The younger employees are always hanging out and joking instead of helping the customers. Drive through doesnt double check orders. It seems like the manager is afraid to tell employees to get to work. Ive watched about 7 of them joke around behind the line while a couple of people waited in line to be helped. My review isnt based on one experience, its been a few times and its always been in the evenings. Maybe the morning staff is different or different manager.Anyhow, its the first time Ive had any issues with any chick fil a so thats saying a lot. i will purposely avoid going to this one from now on.

very poor today.. The market salad was completely empty . when i got home to eat my salad i realized there was no grilled chicken only green leaves and tiny pieces berries like 3 pieces, small cut apples, i felt so bad, i wished i opened my box before leaving the place. please step up with services and mistakes. This is my second time of bad experience at rivermont station chick fil a. The other time they forgot to add my fries and today there was no chicken in my salad. it was empty... you guys know how it feels when you hurriedly got home happily to eat chick fi a salad and got dissapionted after paying $7.09 + tax.

After blaming a coworker for not separating the checks , I was reprimanded by "Andre" for not announcing at the intercom that I wanted to pay with 2 different credit cards (bringing back lunch for a coworker)! Went to eat my salad back at the office and realized the chicken was still pink. I will be driving the extra 5 minutes from my office to the location on Ptree Industrial from now on. For the record, I heart Chickfila

Ive always liked Chic Fil A, from Georgia to Texas and back to Georgia, but please beware of this particular location when using the drive-thru. They keep your credit/debit card if you dont ask for it. If it happens once, no big deal, but twice in a week is quite ridiculous!! Whats even more concerning is that when I realized Id not gotten my card back and called, he had sooo many to look through...RIDICULOUS!!!

I have been to this location multiple times with very few good experiences. I have passed off many things I could have complained about, considering this is a fast food establishment. The chicken in my chicken biscuit is not properly cooked or thawed ... whatever they do.... I will not be returning. There are way to many chick-fil-a locations to put up with this one...

Bomb food!! The lady at the I approached, I wanted to upgrade to XL fries with my #1. She said SWOOP TURNAROUND GRAB THERE FRIES. I said how much. She was so happy to give them away. She realized my loyalty was in question (since the med fries were lilbitty) There was no guilt trip and she was amazing to me.

Ive been happy with my experiences here. It gets *BUSY* during lunch hours, but the staff does a good job keeping up with everything and continuing to provide the excellent service that one expects from Chick-Fil-A. The parking lot is a madhouse during lunch, so bring your patience with you.

Superior Chick-fil-A! First time I saw this family restaurant having a vase of rose in each table in December. Food is as expected and regularly refilled fork and spoons. Even the mint candy is well filled. For chick-fil-a lovers, its better to eat inside than drive through.

I eat here for breakfast occasionally sit to my shift and then being the best choice taste wise. This location is a franchise and it shows because the customer service lacks. The food can be cold sometimes too. Truett is probably turning in his grave lol.

The public area is clean, staff is prompt and during the lunch rush there are plenty of employees available to take your order. My order was waiting before I could finish paying, darn c.c. was taking to long to process. ;)

Staff is very nice and kind. Good service. They forgot to give me a cookie that I paid for one day. The next day I got 2 cookies at no charge for it. Those cookies are delicious by the way. Sandwiches too.

Their Drive-Through is a mess in the morning and at lunch but so are pretty much all other Chick-Fil-As in the Metro area. This particular location is clean and well managed. No complaints.
