Rude never gets the order correct ,they let people order food pay for it and then have u wait for it then tells u they out of what u order its no type of communication with the employee bad manager he is the one did the oder last time the food was out and he made this man wait till he asked for his food . before he said oh we out of that .they have great staff I think its just the manager needs to be changed because he supposed to make sure that u have them cooking chicken when u see its get low ,he is the one who does the oder to always run out of things every week its crazy I go there because I love the chicken and too bell plus its really close to me its no reason every time I go in here they messing up some one food I have video to prove it

By far the absolutely slowest service I have ever received from an establishment under the label "fast food". After I ordered it was 10 minutes before they even said they were just then cooking it. It was not busy, and the few others that were here were also getting considerably sluggish service from a seemingly fully staffed restaurant. Im predominantly writing this review so I can remember should I ever be in this area again to never go back to this place.

SLOW AS F$/?:&!!! I sat behind ONE car in the drive thru for at least 20 mins that received ONE small bag. Thats not including the wait before I got to the window... Another 10 mins. The damn bottom bun was HARD and not like toasted, like old as hell. The KFC cup had DUST ON THE LID! And I mean a thick layer. Its crazy! Its like they are playing a game where they see how long how long it takes for people to say F it and get out of line....

Stay away, do NOT waste your money!! Every single time I come here (because they are right next to my house) they are extremely rude, no professionalism whatsoever!! I will never ever go back to this store!! Its not like a once in a while thing, its been 4 times in a row and been different people every time...its like they hire the most rudest people they can find!

Horrible service and over cooked chicken in old grease. Went in at 530 pm and they had no chicken! I was told "he hasnt dropped any more yet". Went back to get a 6 piece and chicken was inedible asked for manager told him my problem he made me a new order threw it on counter and said I only had crispy and no breast. I will not be returning

I personally think everyone here should be fired INCLUDING THE MANAGERS the attitudes are TERRIBLE... its as though the team members hide from the customers like really?? They will see someone attempting to order or get their attention and they will walk away

Some of the employees are rude. I had a bad experience every time Ive been...especially past 6 oclock. You will get hard/dry chicken and their drinks are horrible. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

This place is terrible, please save yourself some gas and time, and go to the one on lawrenceville Hwy. Staff is mentally and physically slow and lazy. Theyre always short on food.
