I have attempted to eat here 4 times over the past 6 months, each time has resulted in some sort of issue. The first time I arrived 20mins before close, I am immediately told they are out of chicken, which is fine I understand its near closing time. A couple of months pass and I decide to give it another shot, I arrived 50mins before close, this time Im told they only have a few things left. They name the list and it consisted of nothing I wanted, so again I went else where. After another 3 months or so, in hopes that maybe management has improved and I would be arriving earlier, I visit an hour and 20 mins before close, The employee tells me that the only chicken they have left is unfit to be sold, and theyve already shut down the fryer. Its ridiculous to think that a restaurant with well over an hour of business left would have absolutely nothing fit to sell. Today, I decided to try visiting for lunch, since all my previous experiences have been negative because of an approaching closing time. I arrived today at 2pm and am immediately told "Sir we cant take orders before our computer shut down". This is ridiculous, this has to be the most poorly managed restaurant in the area. Its obvious that its not profitable if employees are instructed to shut down the fryer early to ensure that there is no remaining inventory at close. I typically dont waste my time on writing reviews, but hopefully this will find its way to the franchise owner and correct these issues.

The absolute worst service ever and it goes for the entire staff as each time I have gotten food from this place my experience was deplorable. I have been served by someone different every time and the service was equally horrible. There is no greeting. The staff is short and rude and free of any customer service skills. This last and final time I went the person actually argued with me about how he needed to place my order in the computer to get me what I wanted. I had to tell him I dont work there. I place the order you execute. I was given the smallest dryest pieces of chicken after all the attitude. If it was for me and not my boyfriend I would have taken it back. I am so disgusted with this place and its staff. I will never return and spend another dime at this location.

I have tried to get food here over and over and all times of day and night. They never have any chicken they say. I went again tonight at 6:00 pm all the lights were out on the outside and no lights in the drive thru. I asked to get the smallest family meal bucket deal and they just kept saying we only have 6 piece chicken strips. I just said forget it. There were only employees cars in the lot. No customers inside. I think they are selling drugs in there or something stupid cause they sure aint selling any chicken!!!!

i go through the drive through and get the mash potato bowl the same way everytime. i drive back to work and this time the order was messed up and i only had 30mins left and wasnt going to drive back. i tryed to call but NO ONE ANSWERED!!!! i called another kfc to ask if they had the number for that store (the one i went to didnt even give me a receipt) and the onther didnt even have any numbers!!! still sitting on the phone for 10-15 mins with no answer. shall not be going there ever again!!!!!

Asked for fresh hot wings and literally got YELLED at through the speaker that everything just came up and he did not like my question of how long it had been up. At this location "just came up" usually means its been up for an hour. The gay black manager should be fired because this is no the first time I have been disrespected by him and I have witnessed him do it to others as well. WORST location by far.

Do NOT go here. The service here is terrible. The girl who answered the call box was rude and short and did not speak clearly. Quintasha (sp) was our window cashier and person who took our order and was rude and just terrible. She never made eye contact, nor thanked us. Where is the customer service? We will never return there. The prices are outragous.

Me and my co-workers go there very often. Food is typical KFC, but have waited 20min for a zinger sandwich meal on a slow afternoon which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Really needs to work on their speed and service. If isnt one of my co-worker loves fried chicken for lunch, I would never go to this KFC again.

Terrible service at this location and the store manager (a Hispanic guy who wasnt wearing his name tag) was very rude and needs some training when it comes to customer service. While multiple locations (including this location) will add cheese to the to the sliders this manager refused to add cheese without reason.

Came in at 11:45, sat in the drive thru with no help. After 5 minutes I went inside. The coke machine had no nozzles so you couldnt get a drink. I had to have them fill it behind the counter. As I write this review I am still waiting for my food. Will jot be coming back to this kfc.

Literally couldnt even order. The Drive through was completly unprofessional, constant laughing after i spoke, after i finally got them to answer me, 3 minutes later. If the Colonel wouldve been there; hed killed her himself.

Worst KFC ever. Lackluster customer service, never enough employees working (surprisingly there were 3 employees; usually only two are there) and always a long ass wait. Not a place to go and grab something in 15 minutes.

Its always hot as if the AC doesnt work or the people think we are in Mumbai. The tables are always dirty and they always skimp on my third piece of chicken. They are also always out of either spoons or forks.
