Money Smarts With THE REAL MCCOY
Went there at 11:15pm Wednesday. after leaving the Popeyes on Candler. They had no chicken wings. Tells me it will be 30 mins. I pull around and manager has mouth full of food while preparing orders in the back. Wonder where the wings went? I ask for strips and a two piece. Im asked to pull up where Im left to wait about 20 min. Heard the cashier asking the manager why he made me pull up when he didnt make the other customer pull up? Finally after honking my horn while watching cars receive their food and drive off, my food is brought out by an off duty employee who is clueless when I asked him why was I told to wait. I get home and I have NO coleslaw, NO BISCUITS, just red beans and chicken in a box. NO apology or anything. Will be calling corporate tomorrow.

it was horrible I ordered my meal spend 70 bucks was supposed to get 16 biscuit instead I got a bag of Honey jelly and all the condiments to go with biscuits and no biscuits. Came back to the store to tell the manager 2 days prior would was told there is nothing she could do about it with the attitude the cashier apologize I told her theres nothing to apologize for it was not her negligence. I give this zero star

After sitting in the drive thru for what seemed like 30 minutes. I arrived home to find the smallest portions of chicken ever!!!! EVER!!! Im fresh off of work so going back is not an option!!! Been craving "Popeyes" all day!!! I love Popeyes!!! But this was the an insult!! My breast looked like a thigh and my thigh was all skin& batter.. These franchises are out of control!!!!

Cold fries. Who wants cold fries??? Order was wrong and the girl tried to tell me what I ordered. Like I dont know the words that came out of my own mouth. The fact that she tried to debate me and didnt even care to try to fix it . Clearly they had been getting orders wrong all day because I watched the customer before me hand them back their whole orders. Will not return.

Very poor customer service at this establishment. One time bad service and you think, ok bad day and landed on the wrong person however everytime myself or my family goes we receive bad customer service. Would like for tge establishmemt tp stay in the community but under better leadership and workers.

Every time I go to this location, I end up having something left out from my order. I know it doesnt take skilled workers to work here but can the people read at least. Im spending between 15-20 bucks every visit. This location needs an overhaul of the work staff.

Super clean and great customer service. Theres a Muslim girl who is always nice the others should learn from her about great customer service. They slow as hell but its worth the wait. People do forget they are frying chicken, which can take a bit of time.

The cashier Tatiana was so pleasant I cant remember the last time I went into this location and received such great customer service, she asked how my day was going. She made sure that my food was hot and fresh. Keep up the good work.

I have never been here and not had a problem. They let you sit in line for 20+ minutes, take your order, then when its time to get what you ordered, they dont have it. Offered me a wing instead of the breast I ordered....REALLY

Old management was better the people who are there now are very rude and not customer service oriented.... especially the managers... I use to eat there at least 3 times a week now I dont even go there 3 times in 2 months

Ghetto and an hour wait on 4 piece tenders , they ran out of ice tea and lemonade . Inside wasnt busy and it took so long in drive thu so many cars left the line and still sucks never again

I use to frequent this location at 3 times a month. However the last time I was there the breast was very fatty and gross which leads me to believe that the chicken was not properly cleaned.

Ive had chicken from other Popeyes locations and this location just didnt measure up chicken strips were not seasoned well and the meat was rubbery didnt takes like chicken at all.

Love to do the surveys and get free food with the Purchase of a soda. Less than $2 and the restaurant and their restrooms are clean. Customer service is great.
