I have ordered here for years, but NO MORE! They messed up our order by forgoting to take off the onions, no biggie, I call them and they asked me to come back, I advised I was already home and was not leaving again. They asked if they could remake it and have delivered, I agreed. THE GUY CAME EMPTY HANDED! Says he has to take back the dish remove the onions and will re deliver it. ??!? Talk about unsanitary! I said thats crazy so I called the restaurant again, told them I have never heard of such a bad practice, they advised they cannot make a new dish nor will they give my money back. Said all they can do is come get it and take the onions off, says they are NOT ALLOWED to make a FRESH dish. So we are supposed to wait through all this nonsense just to eat together, plus while I was holding you could hear the guy screaming at the poor girl who took my order, she didnt even mess it up, the cook did. They wanted us to wait for an hour old cooked chicken to be re delivered after they rummage through it to remove the onions. UNSANITARY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT EAT HERE

Went in to order chicken low mein and asked her to if it came in white or dark meat. She responds dark meat and so I asked them if I could switch it out for white meat. She says 1 dollar extra. So then I come at her and ask why would you charge me extra when all the other options with white meat are the same price. Then she tells me all restaurants are like that. I told her not all restaurants with good customer service are like that. She was rude and walked away from me. I get my order backed up and she gave it to me without silver wear it napkins. Clearly she didnt like the fact that I said not all restaurants are like that..i and up leaving and when i get to eat the food. It is the nastiest most bland Chinese food I have ever tried. The wonton soup is literally clear like water with no flavor at all and low mein noodles feel fake. Will not be going there again to get rude service and horrible food.

Used to be regular customers, over the years, the food has gotten worse and worse! We still ordered from time to time due to inconvience but today was the last straw! We ordered $45 worth of food and it was terrible, everything lacked flavor and looked like poor cafeteria food. Also, ordered with no peanuts due to allergy and they still put them on it, making it useless. I called them, hoping that maybe we could get a replacement meal, as I would expect any restaurant to do if they are in the wrong. But NOPE! they would NOT do anything to correct this! Unreasonable, CHEAP, greedy and non-caring about their customers. I will NEVER order from them again and would strongly recommend avoiding at ALL COST! worst dining experience in QUITE some time! DO NOT ORDER, IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I often ordered from this restaurant until todays incident. I called to order a vegetarian tofu dish which they know I always order. I was brought a different tofu dishh that had chicken included. I proceed to call and ask for an exchange because this was not what I ordered. All the blame was put on me and they refused to return or exchange my dinner. I told them this was not ok, the "chicken" smelled like fish and I was told it was imitation meat. Please dont try and fool me this was absolutely disgusting and made me sick. There is absolutely no customer service with this family owned business. One bad experience can change everything! I will never order from here again. Thanks for nothing!!!

I would rate it zero stars if i had to. We ordered tonight Fried chicken and lemon pepper wings and beef and broccoli . And it was our first time every ordering there Let me start by saying this was the most nastiest Chinese food Ive ever had. Then we decided to call them just to see what they would do, and they started to argue with us. I simply do not argue. so i told them they would never get my business again. Point blank period.

Spent 20 just literally just to flush my toliet if u know what i mean. I order crab ragoon nasty looked like had diced the fake crab meat to stretch it brought 5 egg rolls the lettuce taste bad inside shrimp didnt smell well brought pork also disgusting the egg drop was bad too my feeling are truly hurt because my friend ms ordered just behind them place by kroger it was bad too ugghh im so distorted from it

Will never order from this place again. Order was wrong and food was disgusting. Called after delivered and told them i was bringing it back. Get there he was very rude. We didnt even touch the food and he wouldnt even give us a refund. But nowhere did it say no refunds! Be aware of them!!!

My wife absolutely love Chinese food,I tried the chicken fried rice with lemon lemon pepper wings it was amazing,fast delivery service,if you want Chinese thats not overwhelmed with seasoning Amazing Wok is the place to eat ....Two thumbs up!!!

Good egg drop soup, good lemon pepper wings, and about to taste the shrimp fried rice now. So far I give it a 3 star rating, because I havent tasted the shrimp fried rice. Next time, Ill order it without the onions in it. But so far, so good.

I have been going there for over 10 years. Owners have changed a couple of times. The buffalo wings are some of the best I have ever had. They have a variety of wings but the buffalo are the absolute best. The fried rice is awesome also.

The eating area is always dirty all the time. Newspapers and stains on the tables. Floors need to be mopped. Kids at the register. The prices are too high and the chicken does not taste the same. Need I say more?

No customer service here. Put ord e to go. Get home Order incomplete. NOTHING offered for inconvenience to come back to correct order. No manager on site! Horrible! Rice was over cooked. Do Not Go Here!

I ordered 8 wings and fries. The wings were refried maybe twice hard and burnt on the edges of three. She took my money then walked straight in the back. No customer skills at all. Very last visit.
