Sadly many of the positive reviews have been posted in error for The $3 Cafe, which is a great eatery. THIS IS NOT!!! Eggrolls that taste like sauerkraut, rice with uncooked bits and dry as though it sat in a warmer for hours. Chicken and french fries fried in what could only be old oil, crab rangoons with souring cream cheese and iced tea and lemonade with enough sugar to guarantee a diabetic coma. This is what greets you should you decide to dine at the Dollar Cafe 3 also known as $3 Dollar Cafe. Located behind Southlake Mall at 1189 Southlake Cir Morrow, GA. Sadly when making the displeasure of our meal known to the stores manager we were met with nonchalance, disbelief at our inability to consume the meal and denial that anything was wrong with the food or its preparation. I was offered a refund equal to 15% of what I paid when not even 10% of the food was devoured. Myself, as well as others in my party, were talked down upon and dismissed as if we were nothing more than common imbeciles. I would love it if this review of Dollar Cafe 3 / $3 Dollar Cafe could reach as many eyes as possible to show the owner that we are not easily silenced. Photographs of the complete meals of our party left behind to show that we were not simply "trying to get our money back" as the rude store owner implied.

Horrible Customer Experience - New Jonesboro location for Three Dollar Cafe that the hubby and I finally had an opportunity to visit. We arrived at 7:36 on a Saturday night and advised of a 30 min wait. 45 mins into our wait we asked for status and was advised we were next. 55 mins into our wait, I decided to use the ladies room and walked into a near empty dining area. When I asked the hostess why we were still waiting when they had empty tables and was advised the kitchen staff was backed up. We left. Problems occur. It is the handling of an issue that matters. The client should have been told of a problem and given the option to wait or leave. Mismanagement. We will not give a 2nd chance to an establishment that placed no value on our time.

I wrote a review about this $3 Cafe a couple of months ago. I thought things would get better as far as service and costumer service, BOY WAS I WRONG. 1 word, GHETTO. Take your business to the Three Dollar Cafe in Mcdonough, GA where they take pride in how they conduct business. This place is a smelly dungeon. The bartender had an argument with 3 people over white women dating black men, and it was heated. My friend and I left. I was purely disgusted. Wont be back.

Very good food. But, the customer service need to improve better. The employees need to go to a "Customer Training" class.. I came in one day at the location in Morrow. I was not acknowledge ar all until 10 minutes. My ranch dressing was left out of my chicken wings order. I did not feel welcom there (NO SMILES) at ALL. But, I will be back with other people after the "Customer Service" have IMPROVED to the better. From a Human Resources Management personnel.

Came in after class tired and hungry! My server was at the door and had a nice personality, so I sat with her, Jordon was dope, she was even patient with me as I was on my phone the whole time! My food was quick, and I was very pleased with the fact that I had a salad, wings, and dessert and my tab was only $22! Ill be back one day, maybe do some karaoke or something!

Waited over an hour on food to find out the kitchen didnt have our order. Waitress had no idea we had not received food because she didnt come back to our table. They say it is because game day and truck day was the same day serious problems today. Hope every day is not all like today
