I went to this location the other day, and I couldnt believe how awesome the service was. Going in I expected to receive college student quality service at this store, but to my surprise I experienced complete professionalism and hospitality from everyone on staff. Although I going in for just a smoothie, the girl who was taking my order was kind enough to tell me about their latest promotions and even went as far to giving me a sample of their tasty noodle bowl. With very little convincing I couldnt help but order the whole special, costing me only 9.99 for the entire combo. The smoothie was both speedy and delicious and the noodle bowl was fresh and almost too big to eat whole thing. Overall, I recommend this location to any one who wants to experience top quality and fast service while enjoying a healthy meal.

If you can go to another Tropical Smoothie, do it. This one may be open until midnight, but do not expect a full menu. The service is horrible - thanks, kid with the Faux Hawk. Tropical Smoothie is possibly the only place with decent short order food in town, but dont expect it after 10:30. Sure this might be late, but there is no indication - such as a sign or warning - that you are waiting in line for 15 minutes for naught, all the while the guy behind the counter talks on the phone and sends a few text messages. Thanks, Tropical Smoothie, for falling in line with most of the other restaurants in Tally - bad, bad service.

Awful service, Asked for bottled water, they gave me tap water and it had some odor to it Then they gave my food in plastic bag instead of putting it on tray and when I asked for it they kinda had an attitude about it, which it almost made me cancel my order Also noisy place which you cant relax Never going back there ever

I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie. I hate the fact that they dont have a location in Atlanta, so every time I go to Florida I make a point to visit tropical smoothie and order a Mango Moxie and a chicken wrap. Tropical Smoothie is by far my favorite smoothie place!

I have always had good smoothies, food, and service at this location. I recommend the chicken or steak bowl with an Island Green smoothie. :)
