This location is NEW! We went through their drive thru. The staff was very courteous and patient as I ordered. They answered my questions and that gave me the confidence to order something different. My meal was missing an item but they quickly fixed that issue and subbed an item on my order for something I actually liked. It was busy today because its Senior Discount Day on Wed which I love even though I cant use it! I appreciate companies that reach out to a community in that manner and obviously this meal is better than MOST fast food restaurants. My shrimp was well flavored, fries and fish were hot and the broccoli wasnt over steamed. The young woman at the register, K**** was pleasant, personable, and professional. I plan to return again whenever were in the mood for Captain Ds

Worst possible service I have had here in Mcdonough. Ordered fish with fries and corn. Waited in the drive thru for ten minutes before I get to the window. They say they are out of corn and so just say give me another order of fries. Then I have to ask for my upcharge back because she didnt mention it. Im guessing she was the manager. She asked if I needed sauce I says yes tarter sauce please. I get home no Tatar sauce fries take like they been sitting for and hour they are luke warm and stale and fish is greasy as heck. Wont be going back here.

Ive been several times since they opened this location and it is quickly going down hill. My broccoli looked like it was cooked a week ago. A serving of French fries was 8 to 1p not very fresh fries. They were out of butterfly shrimp and replaced with some sad looking Cajun shrimp. All the booths were dirty. The people working there are nice but management needs to a better job at keeping the dining area cleaner as this is where their customers sit and see all of this.

The waitress had a hard time ringing up our order. We had a coupon and she had to call one manager (?) and then the overall manager. Still she didnt get it right. Also being disabled we could not get to the disabled parking because road was blocked with cones. I did see one old couple drive the wrong way to get a disabled parking. You need to rethink parking. The dining area was cold. But the food was hot and delicious.

Very unorganized. Workers and manager seemed as if it were their first time working fast food. Took awhile to get our food but when we did, it was hot and really good. I would go back but only after giving them a few weeks to get themselves together. On another note, the dining area was absolutely FREEZING! Ive never eaten in a restaurant that cold before.

The place was clean and apparently well managed, BUT: The food was cold, tasteless and skimpy. Most of the meal portions were filled with cold, limp, old French fries that were inedible. The coleslaw was loaded with sugar! It was a waste of money spent on four dinners that ended up in the trash. Will not ever do business with Captain Ds again!

Captain Ds is so amazing. The food is PERFECT as well as the employees, they provide Great services!! I Love the fact that inside is cold especially since its extremely hot outside. Ill recommend this Captain Ds to everyone, youll leave happy and satisfied.

This was my first time at Captain Ds and the employees made sure I was satisfied especially the cashier Tamia. She was very friendly and helped me find something to order. The food came out fast and it was good and hot! I will definitely be returning!
