I was looking for a good Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood. I thought I found one outside looking in but I didnt. The customer service sucks. They are all watching the soccer game. Nobody greeted me. I was sitting at the bar for 3minutes with someone cleaning behind the bar still No one said anything. Everyone is huddled at the tv. Finally get a server & he said the reason the other guy didnt speak was because he didnt speak English. I replied I speak Spanish. I was going to leave starving but I thought I may faint because I had just left the pool. I order the special, 2 enchiladas & rice & before I could get my food the runner stopped at the tv to see what was going on. When he noticed me watching he brought my plate which was just ok but how can you mess up enchiladas? I decided to order a drink cause Im heated. My server asked sugar or salt for my margarita. I said sugar but you know what I got because hes watching the soccer game...salt. He made it over but Im over it & wont be back. I did tell him again that I wasnt pleased & he understood why & apologized. He said they waited all year for the game & their team loss. I explained to him that I left him 20 percent because Im in the industry not for the service.

Do NOT eat here! I shouldve known the food was trash by the looks of the condition of the menus; theyre extremely old, dirty and look like theyve barely survived water damage. The food is absolutely horrible. We found hair in our chips, soda was flat and the chicken fajitas I ordered were disgusting. The food came out fast, a little TOO fast! The the veggies on the sizzling hot plate was barely cooked, the chicken had little to no fajita seasoning on it & DRY!! The rice had to be about a week old and looked like it has been reheated in a microwave about 2 different times! I wish I could give this restaurant a 0 because this place really has no business serving food. The food services was ok. The restaurant was pretty much empty around 5pm on a Saturday (I wonder why!!!). If youre looking for some Mexican food and your near this area, youre better grabbing Taco Bell!

Delicious food Id rate a 7 (1-10) scale. Cleanliness, smells good but they couldve wiped the booth. Dirty bathroom with icky odor, UCK!! Waitress went above and beyond to please my MAN, Rather embarrassing. She didnt even acknowledge that I was there. I went to the bathroom after the meal & washed my hands kind of a test to check if she was going to slip him her # or something. We left and had a good laugh about the over accommodation she poured to him. It was not busy nor closing time but she bused the table as if to say ~ You came, You ate so now leave. We still laugh about this one so waitresses to increase your tip it really pays to be extra nice to the ladies (pursue strings)...

I would just warn people to review there account if using a debit/credit card. I had the waiter add himself a tip on my card after I gave him a cash tip. All the waitresses named the waiter to me and the manager. Yes it was only 2 dollars but it was the honesty and integrity of it. The Manager acted if it was okay that the waiter did that and asked if I would like my 2 dollars back. I told the manager he just lost a family of customers because we would generally eat at Padres. Not anymore. So I just warn people to look at there bank statements if they decide to eat there

PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. The food is fine, and the wait staff is great, but the management engages in bad practices like not paying them on time and sometimes sending the women home if they dont come in wearing makeup or otherwise looking "pretty enough." A good friend of ours worked here, and we stopped going when we heard what they were doing to the staff.

Will never go back and will tell all my friends! After waiting an hour for our food, my order came out wrong and when I addressed our waitress she laughed and said " I dont know whats wrong with the kitchen tonight" and walked off. I was left with an unwanted menu item. I have never experienced such service or should I say lack of. Horrible experience! Never again.

Just left here...was told our take out order would take 10 minutes. It took 40. We were expecting to grab something quick, being as we have our 1 year old son with us and it is nearing his bedtime. He was fussy and we were irritable. Had we not already paid and been continuously told it was "up next" or "being bagged", we would have left 30 minutes ago.

They forgot to give me my cheese dip I called the location back and the server remember she didnt give it to me and told me to come the next day. So for a week Ive been getting the run around about something Ive paid for. The manager keeps telling me to call the next day. At this point its not about the food its the principal

I have been here multiple times and ordered the same plate every time. On my last visit, the portion of pork was almost a quarter of what I normally received. The cooks are not providing the same portion sizes... If there is not enough food for a portion then do not offer the item.
