Went to this location on V-Day with my family where my husband met us later...he brought a card & candy...by chance we walked out & recalled we left it on the table not a minute later. The waitress gave my daughter the card but made up a lie that the candy was thrown away. I went inside & asked that they retrieve it since it wasnt opened. She waited & then finally came back to tell the truth, she ate it. 1 of the 2 managers finally came over while she explained that if a purse or something of value was left it would be different the mgr offered to go purchase another box of candy instead of dealing with the server that has sticky fingers & a integrity character issue. Its principal, went spent over $100 & left a tip well over 20% not that the server deserved it but yet this is the trash that are waiting on customers waiting for you to leave something for her to lie & take it.

Ive been going to this frontera since I moved in the area in 09. However, this was the last time i went due to really bad food. My boyfriend and I went here for dinner because hes never been. The food as i remember it was actually not that bad. I dont know if the cook has changed since we went there a year ago lr what but it was nothing like what i remeber it. My boyfriend was served their Frontera burger pink. I ordered the combo special with a chicken enchilada, rice and a chicken taco and mine was fine. Other reviews have said they have had problems with the beef and this defiantly says that this place does. The chicken on my food was dry and blande

Came into this place on a whim while driving from the VA hospital. Ordered the Tacos Carne, which is a soft steak taco, which came with a side of rice. It was ok, nothing special. Had a Texas margarita which was $20 for a medium (!), I thought for $20 it was going to be either huge or sensational, it was neither huge nor sensational, it was about 16 ounces of average. Service was pleasant but also standard. Only "Mexican" restaurant within miles so its your only choice for the area. Food was at least fresh from what I could gather, so i give it 3 stars, otherwise I would give 2 stars.

Went to get something to eat, sat on the patio... theres a restaurant cat that hangs outside. A couple eating put food in the corner for the cat. When they left, the cat climbed in the chair and started to lick in the bowl that was on their table. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO A RESTAURANT THAT ALLOWS ANIMALS TO HANG AROUND. No matter how much humans love cats and dogs, it is completely UNSANITARY!!! So if the dishwasher for the night gets pissed off and decides not to wash at his or her best, YOU STAND THE CHANCE OF EATING FROM A BOWL THAT A CAT HAS BEEN LICKING IN!!! #NeverAgain

Unfortunately, my meal was bearly touched. I ordered the Crazy Taco Salad, and either the lettuce was not well drained, or the chicken was not allowed to drain prior to its being placed on the salad. My salad was swimming in liquid, the shell terribly soggy. Ive ordered this salad many times over the years, and if I dont request the fajita chicken, this situation can be a problem. My husband ordered the #4 combo, and chowed down. The waitress apologized for the liquid, but nothing more. I do hope that the cooling staff can work to overcome this problem.

This location needs to work on being more attentive to customers. ALL customers; those who place to go orders and wait in the lobby are just as important as patrons who dine in. The staff spends a lot of time standing around talking. My food was brought to the front counter where it sat for nearly 10 minutes before it was given to me. I sat there and waited to see how long it would take an employee to notice it was there and acknowledge I was waiting on it. I doubt very seriously Ill ever go back.

This is a convenient restaurant for us because of its location. Easy to get to and grab a meal. The food is basic and is your average Mexican cooking. The service is friendly and well paced. The only problem is the drink prices. Make sure you ask for what sizes the drinks come in and what the prices are. We found the prices unclear and when the bill came, we were left with a question mark on what the prices really should be. Great live music!

I have enjoyed many meals at this Frontera at Stone Mountain. However my dear friend has a service dog. Karen was not allowed to dine at this location. Karen is losing her eye sight. Was told her dog was a pet and Frontera did not allow Karen and service dog Bubbles to have lunch at Frontera. No excuse. Shame on Frontera management, I will keep this in mind and pass the good word around.

After near weekly visits for many years this restaurant suffered with a complete staff change. Several bad experiences with staff, food and the manager later and we avoided this specific location for well over a year. The good news is, we gave it another try. Two visits in, and the staff seem to know what theyre doing, and the food is back to its former high grade.

Been going to Frontera since it opened and were truly grossed out on Saturday April 9th 2016 when we killed 2 ants on our table and saw another inside the salt shaker. The manager was hard to get hold of and did not seem very concerned. Needless to say we cancelled our order and left. Sent details to the contact us page. Thinking about contacting health department.
