Bad customer service... when I pulled up I was expecting to hear "Thank you for choosing Popeyes. How may I help you?" Instead I heard a shriek, someone said s**t and then they started laughing.... I tried to make a joke out of it and asked "Are you guys ok in there?" she DISREGARDED my question and dryly requested my order. She showed no enthusiasm as if this was the LAST thing she wanted to be doing with her day. Where was all the energy and enthusiasm you had to play around before you requested my order??? My suggestion would be to start an "I want a better life" program. Ask them what their dreams and goals are so that they can push forward to their next level in life if theyre not happy where they are now. Im also thinking that this behavior could be due to a lack of correction from management. Maybe? I dont know... What I do know is that it starts from the top and goes down from there.. Your employees may never know who they may be taking an order from or interacting with... It could be the CEO of a Fortune 500 company and they could have possibly destroyed a possible connection to step up the corporate ladder. (That is if moving up the corporate ladder is something that they want) If they dont care they dont need to be there, simply put.

We will ALWAYS remember this location and the staff that refused to allow us to use the Ladies room. The manager unlocked to door to tell us the Drive Thru was open but that since the door had been locked "they could get into big trouble to let us (three women) to use the bathroom. Since it was HER decision and NOT corporate to close the restaurant - why on earth couldnt she open it to allow us after driving 4 hours and going just 10 miles (I pleaded with her and told her all of that...). I hope she will remember my face and this description, it will be the last time she will ever see either one. I will cheerfully write this over-and-over again. To Popeyes Corporate and tell everyone and anyone who will stand still. In a time of extreme and horrifying conditions the people at this location were too small minded and hard-hearted to help anyone. Shame on you.

Worst fast food experience ever. I paid $30 for my meal & received nothing. The food was spoiled, it literally smelled rank! I called the establishment back & the manager assured me that she would refund my food. Once I got there they refused to refund my money & I understood why the food smelled rank,... the entire building smelled that way! So after repeatedly asking them to call manager after manager I called the police & their customer service line. Of course the police werent any help nor was the customer service line. End result is that I left the spoiled food there so I was out of $30 & they could careless. In fact I only gave the establishment 1 star because I couldnt rate them NO STARS! WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER!

Horrible. I walked right out. I asked for the 5$ box and I couldnt even get past the chicken! the lady was so rude I asked for a leg and a thy because i dont like the wings or the breast and she said "well thats all we offer, 3 strips, or either white meat or dark meat you cant mix" Umm.. whats a leg? Whats a thy? Guess not white meat?? I proceeded to tell her Ive never had a problem in choosing out chicken at a Popeyes until today, when I was jst at one over the weekend and my visit was fine! And she actually laughed and said well idk where youve been. Couldnt take anymore nonsense I walked out and will never be returning. Ohh btw.. the commercials have a leg and a thy right next to each other lol

After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru- when we were the only people in line at the time- we were told that they were out of spicy tenders and that wed have to choose which of the 2 of our orders we wanted to have the spicy, because otherwise we were going to have to wait even longer. Another 10 min later, finally got our food, missing one of the sauces wed requested and with the spicy chicken in the wrong box. On top of the fact one of our drinks was also wrong. 2.7 stars is generous for this location. Incompetent drive thru service at its finest. I legitimately dont know how this chain is still in existence. I havent received decent service at a single location in years.

Sorry team. I used to eat here everyday for lunch, but the increasingly rude staff coupled with ridiculous wait times (15 -20 minutes for a chicken wrap) are getting out of hand. Today was the last straw as I waited for the cashier to finish her conversation in the corner while I stood at the register without a greeting or a simple "Ill be there in a second." Hopefully in a couple months when I decide to give Popeyes a second try, your process will be fixed and your staff will speak politely to the guest. No more "whatcha want" or eye rolling when I place my order.

The bad reviews seem to be people with no patience and no experience in the customer service world. If you have any food allergies you should be an adult ask before hand. Anyway, I just moved to this area and they have gonr above and beyond way more than expected. Ive felt like I had to give them something back. Im sad their reviews on here are so low. This Popeyes is always respectful and they work with me when certain items on their menu are sold out. The food is fresh and I couldnt ask for a more positive and friendly crew. (Night crew, at least.) Thanks guys!

Worst experience I could imagine at a fast restaurant. Waited 30 min for food that was supposed to be ready in 6 min according to the girl at the window. Then when the food finally came out she took the trash out at the time. They didnt bring any sauce and forgot to put forks in the bag!! How do u do that?! Ugh the these folks are trash. Was it not for the one being closed on Cobb parkway I wouldnt even be at this one. They suck. Theyre terrible. Never again.

Pro: Never gets my order wrong, other Popeyes up on Cobb Parkway has about 50% error rate (not complex orders, just wrong drink/wrong side/simple stuff). Con: Always super busy, drive in line often backed up onto Windy Hill. Best of the chicken chains, IMO, if you like your food with a bit of kick. Even the onion rings have a nice spice to them. Good location, good service.

My fiance and I ordered 2 combos, which both were cold and the wrong thing. Also the customer service was awful, rude and I felt as if I was being rushed. I asked for spicy chicken for both orders and both orders were regular, my sandwich was more lettuce then anything and her beans and rice was literally a spoon full. Awful place will NEVER eat at a Popeyes again.

They are all horribly slow! Once I had to pull around to wait on food. I waited for 12 min!! I decided to go in and asked about my food. They acted as if they didnt know what I was talking about! One guy said itll be ready in 5 min...I just got my money back and left. I then decided not to go to drive thru anymore. Its no better inside either!!
