Brooklinn in the drivethru is absolutely thee worse, Ive complained about her to corporate twice...I love their food but her customer service amongst the others is deplorable. The asst manager,Roderick was also useless when we told him of brooklinns rude disposition...like all he kept saying was " i gotit"...& im still awaiting lacrecia rays (manager)callback ...Im sure that they didnt act like this when they interviewed for their jobs at popeyes..Brooklinn and Roderick has TO GO....

Drive-through here whenever I need to grab something quick for lunch. 9 out of 10 times they forget something from my order. Most of the times theyll forget something like sauces or napkin but it is not uncommon that they leave out portions of the order like extra biscuit or even the actual chicken! Make sure to check the whole order before moving your car. And trust me, ask the drink with no ice, otherwise is 90% ice - 10% drink. Food is good though.

Horrible experience first the young man repeatedly messed up order after order I was in this store 20 minutes waiting on my food the when the chicken came up the same young man that just took the order proceeded to fix orders and pick the chicken up with his hand I will never in life visit this establishment again.

There werent any cup lids in the lobby. Ice overflowed the drink machine. I wasnt asked if I was dining in or not. The wait time for my food was 15 minutes even though people that ordered before and after me received their food quickly. I received my food without utensils or napkins. Tables were not clean.

On my visit here they actually had chicken. However, I requested all legs and thighs, instead I was given breast and wings. I also requested large sides and it wasnt explained that I would be getting three small sides instead. As a drive thru customer it was frustrating to get home to discover this.

Just spent 30 minutes in the car to get all the way home and realize Im missing one of our meals. :/ Guess whos it was mine. Not even going to think about spending another 30 minutes in traffic to go back. Extremely disappointed. First and last time I eat at this location.

Every time I come the attitude is on a all time high!! I dont understand whats with the attitude. Food be luke warm and wrong sometimes. When I ask for condiments its a problem. I only go here cause its the closest to my house. They need to do better!

I love Popeyes, but MAN are these guys SLOW. I swear it took a good 35 -40 minutes just to move 2 spots up in line and place an order for a 3 piece and get my food. Bottom line, if you want to eat here you better set some time aside.

My experience was terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food. The employees forgot my biscuits. Worst of all the chicken was very hard and dry and not very fresh. I was very disappointed in the quality of food.

They rushed us taking our order. Then we had to pull foward to wait. I specifically asked for two sauces to be put in the bag, yet we pull off and there are zero condiments in the bag. Sigh.
