Moved to the area six months ago , Ive visited this location many of times . I honestly can say that Ive never been there and went through the drive thru and revived the correct order !! The service sucks , so you can guess its a reflection of the management . I made the mistake of not checking my order many of times trusting that it would be correct , and got home only to have to return with my food !! I cant seem to understand why nobody is smart enough to get the orders right !! Tonight was the final straw , I went through the drive thru ordered some spicy chicken strips and got told to pull up because they need to make fries . I got home , and once again they didnt let me down !! I received a mix of spicy along with mild chicken strips !!! If they didnt have enough spicy when not just ask me if I would mind if they mixed the food up ?? They were more concerned about closing , not caring if a customers food was correct !!! I have given up !!!! Never Again !!!

Great Food, Poor Service rings true at this "fast" food restaurant. I ordered the 5 pc. tenders and a shrimp po boy for me and a co-worker. I arrived at 1:03 and was checked out at 1:09. I got the food at 1:27. The drive-thru had not moved either, the woman who cut me off to get her Popeyes Chicken at a Louisiana "too-Fast" pace had not received her food before me although two dine-in customers behind me had received their order. Its seafood I guess I could understand, but the biggest mistake was not checking the order since i figured close to half an hour would ensure my orders accuracy. When I arrived at my workplace I had only received the 3 piece meal. Unable to return since we are only afforded a hour break. Too bad the po boy smelled great and the few tenders I had received were quite tasty. Hopefully a more experienced crew can be found if not at this location, somewhere nearby.

The food was good but it wasnt what I asked for and the service was slow. I went there with a craving for their red beans and rice. I waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes and ordered two meals, One meal was completely not what I asked for. Not only did I not get my red beans and rice, but I didnt get the sweet tea that I asked for and I got spicy chicken instead of mild. All of which was correct on the receipt. They just got it all wrong. I guess it was my mistake for not checking it before I left, but after such a long wait I was ready to get out of there.

Honestly, how is this place still operating? I love Popeyes, but this location needs a serious overhaul of management. The staff truly is rude and the wait times are incredibly long. It is just sad because it is the closest location to my house and I hate myself every time I want to have Popeyes for dinner because I know what I have to put up with just so I dont have to drive an extra 6 miles to the next Popeyes in Mableton. Can someone please fire everyone there and renew their management team? I hope corporate will do something soon, because I really do enjoy Popeyes.

We got good service. They were quite busy when we got there. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our order but it was a special order and because we had to wait we got free drinks. The only problems we encountered were the drink machine needed to be switched over to a new CO2 canister and they were out of corn on the cob but like I said they were quite busy so that was understandable. All in all our meals very good as usual.

Only giving them a 3 starts because the manager this time around was professional and quick. We have only been here twice and the first time we had to return to correct our order that we paid for.....I work in the industry but the excuse cant be that they are busy because they have not been. I will give one more try but PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Thanks you to the MANAGER Jada for your help.

Had a wonderful experience today!! I have problems with my voice off and on and the girl at the counter made me feel so good. Her name tag said YAYA I believe. Thank you so much for making my ordering experience less hected please keep that attitude and you will go far. Great customer service skills honey!!! Every place needs a front end employee like you. This is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant Ive ever been to. I have never once been to this location without them messing something up. Whether its giving me regular tenders instead of spicy, or forgetting to give me sauce or dressing, they ALWAYS mess something up. Its pretty ridiculous.

Took 10 minutes until we were acknowledged by the cashier then even though she confirmed the order when we got home it was wrong. Paid for a 12 piece meal and got an 8 piece that was the wrong half and half chicken. Well never go there again.

The worse Popeyes ever and Ive been to many. Whoever manages this location needs to be fired. The female taking my order sounds like she was drugged and being forced to work there against her will. Someone please check on her well being.

They are usually out of chicken. The rare times youre not waiting 20 minutes for fresh chicken its old and cold.. not fresh.. no in-between. Plus they are always messing up orders. Be sure to check everything before leaving.

Theyre nice but we got two partially filled containers of beans and rice. We waited for 12 minutes for chicken and it was mild not spicy. This is the second time we had come and had to wait for chicken.

Great food, poor service. Every time I order tenders I have to pull around and wait 10 minutes, and they "always" forget to bring the dipping sauce. Tasty food so I put up with it.
