My fiance and i stopped by after a long day to enjoy some wings. First, we requested to dine in. It took 43mins to get our order but they already bagged our food to go. No big deal. The young lady called out everything that was in the bag. We just decided to go eat at the park. Upon arrival to the park, my fiance order was correct but my order wasnt in the bag. I immediately called the store to state my issue. It took them 10mins just to say come back to the store eventhough i was already enroute. Plus, the fries were cold. My fiance decided to go ahead and eat her order because it was long overdue. I get to the store with my fries only in the bag and they were like wheres the food? I expressed it was only my order that wasnt in the bag. First, they stated they needed to contact the owner. I waited another 5 mins then stated we need to check the camera. Come on now, why would i want to falsely state i didnt get my order. I have no issue paying for what i want. After another 10mins passed, they finally stated they were making my wings. Get this now, they put the wings in the same bag with cold fries that i brought back. The young lady had a attitude because I said Im not eating no cold fries. Instead of tossing them away, she refried them and placed them back in the bag. As Im leaving the counter, the two male cooks stated that my order was never made and was laughing. The moral of the story, check your bag before leaving because thats what they started doing after my incident. I do know if this was my business, i would train my staff on how to resolve issues with customers instead of arguing with them. Maybe the camera caught everything therefore changes can be made.

Not what Id call edible, parm/garlic boneless wings were too dry the first chance I gave them, 2nd chance they wouldnt take an order of 40 wings over the phone even if we provided our card, said they were too close to closing (1hr). They said itd take 10-15 min to make if we came in to place the order instead it took 30 min in an empty restaurant once we got there. We were picking up the wings while a group of restaurant work friends were coming over for a game night after we had all just gotten off. We couldnt be there to let anyone in the house, still a 10min drive from home so everyone ended up waiting 40min on us and after tasting and asking it was a consensus that no one really enjoyed the wings. The only reason we went was because they were the only wing place open.

I eat here at least once a week usually more.. my favorite location. I use the Wingstop app to order online and my lemon pepper wings are always perfect.. Very courteous staff too. Couple days ago I placed an order and on my way to pick it up my fuel pump went out on my truck and left me on side of the road. After calling a tow truck I called Wingstop.. told them about my misfortune and Jeff the manager actually brought my wings to me. Now thats 5 star service! Thanks again Jeff!

Im a frequent customer and the staff is amazing. If theres ever an issue with my order, they promptly fix it or take care of it on my next visit. I love patronizing a place where Im treated like a friend or family and they do that every time I walk in the door. Anytime I cant decide on what I have a taste for, I will default to this location just because I love the service and the food.

fries were excellent. lemon pepper wings were bland and had no taste.. needless to say i was very disappointed . I asked for extra crispy wings and they were soggy. I guessed they changed the cook because I visited this location prior to this awful experience and the wings were great. I will not be coming back. Can get better wings in the hood for half the cost!

I ordered Wings lemon pepper flavor, when they came they came without blue cheese dressing and I quickly find out that that will be extra if I like some ( who eats wings without blue cheese dressing), and then when I tasted the wings itself All I tasted was grease, and they were way over season, the lemon pepper seasoning is there just to give them the flavor!

This location is my personal preference versus the wingstop thats located in Atlanta because theres normally no wait. They food is good, customer service is good also. The people that work there are friendly. Id recommend this location versus the wingstop in Atlanta.

This place has really good wings as the name would suggest. Call your order in because they get really busy. I would recommended the hand cut fries and the garlic parmesan or Louisiana rub wings. They also have beer if you are eating there which is a nice feature.

The food and customer service are both great. My only problem with this restaurant is this is the only place I know that charges you for ranch dressing for your wings. Any place Ive ever been to give you at least one dressing for free.... but it could be worst.

Love my wingstop team. They are friendly, food is always great a drink make me feel at home whenever Im there. This is not your normal chain...the atmosphere is more like your neighborhood spot...where everyone knows your name, your oder and your preferences!

Incredibly friendly staff and very helpful. The wings werent as wet as I wouldve liked. Definitely dont order the garlic parm wings. They just dump the parmesan cheese on them, but the other flavors are pretty good.
