Called and ordered to go plate and once there had a friend call to say they would meet me there and if I would go ahead and order their food as well so I asked the server to add another plate to my order and she acted like it was an inconvenience to her for me adding to my order but she placed the order and I asked for a water and a lg coffee while I waited for my friend to arrive. Once there, they wanted a coffee as well and you would have thought we was killing her she was very disrespectful and was saying that we ordered food to go and then we wanted drinks and coffee and we should have just came in to order but then when confronted about her attitude she stated that it is what it is and she would be sure not to get us as customers again and I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she said there wasnt a manager there and the next manager would be.there at 7am but it wouldnt matter to her if we told the manager or not!! She was being very racist like we were in the wrong location because of skin color and that she didnt have time to be waiting on us so I asked to pay my check and told her to keep the change which was only like a dollar and some change and we had started eating our food out of the to go plates and my friend asked for their drinks that we previously ordered that she never brought. She was really hateful then and was rolling her eyes and was not very friendly at all at that point because of the small tip but had I paid her more we would have never got a drink or more of her bad.service period!! But had she been professional and not been racist and very rude she would have gotten a lot more of a tip when we left, but being a server myself for 25 years she got more than what she deserved and I started to ask for my change back!! Her attitude towards her customers was inappropriate, and she should be reprimanded and if she doesnt want to do her job and serve customers then she should find another job and definitely give someone else the job she doesnt want!!

Went here to enjoy a great breakfast. Sat at a table. Top wiped off, but underneath the table, wasnt sweeped. Food on floor, openedd jelly from previous customer. I told the waitress, and her response was "I dont know." Okay, are you going to do anything about it? So basically, she didnt care, and expected me to "accept" it. Im paying, but you just think its okay..

Use to be our favorite waffle house. As of late. Way to many problems and mistakes. Slow night a lot of problems with order and the waitress didnt even come back to check on refills for drinks. She was more focused on filling salt and pepper shakers. Time to either find a new waffle house or just stop going to waffle house

Called for a pick up order and they claimed they dont do those, so we went to eat in.Food was fast and fresh, however order came out wrong, but was corrected. We were charged for the incorrect order until we said something. I think they did not want to do a call in order because they were being slow and lazy.

I love this waffle house and the food was good until a roach crawled on my plate. What was funny was when the waitress said ooh whats that. Me in silence, she responds, we just had the place bombed. Sorry waffle house but I want be back. No tip and My food should have been free.

I love how they greet you as soon as you open the door. Our waitress paid attention to my semi complicated order and we didnt have to wait too long before our food came out hot and actually done. Compliments to the chef.

Places my order over the phone and showed with no order ready..They said they didnt make and had to place it again. I am severely dissapointed. I will most likely not go there again unless things change..
