Disgusting!!! Go anywhere but here. I stopped in recently at the Buttermilk location to order a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and I saw so many health violations in a matter of seconds. The workers were sweating profusely with nothing keeping it dripping on the food, no one had gloves on, and I witnessed one employee returning from his smoke break and continued making food without washing his hands. On top of the employee health violations, the restaurant itself is dirty, with a sticky floor and no clean tables to eat at. The food that I had ordered wasnt much better - old stale fries and the sandwich was a fraction of the size Ive received at other Penn Stations. Upon check out, it was obvious the employee I dealt with didnt know how to ring up my order...after 3 times he finally got it. I hate that I like their food, and this is the closest location to my home. Ill now have to drive further if I want to continue to eat from Penn Station, assuming another location will be better.

Worst customer service and food experience. That was my first and last time ever eating at this restaurant chain. Couldnt figure out how to order. Had a hard time trying to figure out where to walk or stand since there was already very little space in the restaurant and maybe 10 other people already standing around waiting. Service was extremely slow, and they forgot my fry. I stood at the counter to ask for the fry they forgot and couldnt get any of the staff to even look at me. Took about 15 minutes to finally get that fry that was missing. The sandwich was terrible and nearly impossible to even eat like an actual sandwhich. Overall, bad food and terrible customer service at this location.

Went into the Buttermilk location around 730pm last night for the Reuben special, since I received a coupon good for that day only. No one was in line. I stood under the, " Place orders here" sign for about 6 minutes. Not one of the 4 people behind the counter even acknowledged I had even walked in the store, I waited for someone to take my order, no one ever said a word. I left and went actoss the plaza and got Indian food instead. Its unfortunate that this store is now my neighborhood store because with service like that, they have shown me they dont want my business. We will never return, except maybe to go across the plaza for Indian...

Wanted to get the deal for the National Sandwich Day. Went in one time around 3 PM and was told there would be a 45 minute wait when there werent a whole lot of people in there. So I said I would come back in later. Come back later at 9:20 to see the open light off and their phone lines down (they close at 10). Me and my girlfriend could see people in their getting orders and ordering food. So we go to order and they just tell us they arent taking more orders half an hour before they close.

Worst customer service ever. I tried calling an order in at 9:00 pm and they had turned their phone lines off. So, I went up to order and they were very rude because they had already cleaned their grill. However, thats not the first time I have experienced horrible customer service. Its every time we go there. They are all young and dont want to do their job. They just want to talk and stand around. Also, they really need to wear gloves when preparing food.

I went there quite often when I lived in the area not long ago. For a long time, they made great sandwiches and were organized. The last two times I went there, they were mixing orders and putting way too much seasoning on the sandwiches I ordered. The fries are always good, but considering it costs almost $10 for a 10" sandwich and a medium fry, I didnt like it anymore.

Ive always loved the food at Penn Station. This time made a call in order since I have to be to work shortly and wanted to just stop in and pick it up. Made the phone call at 3:08pm and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. went to pick it up and still has not been made and it is now 4pm. Horrible service will never go to this Penn Station ever again.

Doesnt answer the phone. Will put you on hold and never answer. Then if you call back its just a busy signal all day. And if you show up, no one is on the phone. I called from inside the store. Still busy. Did that two different occasions. Today no one is answering the phone at all. Fine employees they have there.....lol never again

I always loved penn station until i ate at this one. My bread wasnt cooked all the way and it tasted horrible. I dont even think the same about penn station after eating at this one. I will never go to this one again and i highly encourage everybody else to at least drive down the road to another one. What a shame this place is.

I always have a great experience at this location. Hot, fast and delicious subs & fresh-cut fries. My favorites are the Philly, Pizza and Chicken Teriyaki subs. Great friendly staff too. Always a delicious and consistent meal there. The best location around this area for sure! Keep up the good work guys.

We love Penn Station. This happens to be the closest one to us. Having said that, we take bets everytime what theyre going to mess up. Couldnt tell you the last time we didnt have to go back or wait for something to be remade. But we love Penn Station.

Wow! Johnny was super friendly. He was obviously trained very well. I am so glad they changed managers and put him in charge. What a super guy! I hope the guy who trained him up to that point gets a raise!

Penn Station food is great, but not at this location. They dont know how to cook food at this location. The sandwich is supposed to be toasted; it shouldnt be doughy white and taste like preservatives

Good fresh cut fries and sub sandwiches. Lemonade fresh squeezed and also has good iced tea. Not the best location I have been to service is kinda depending on the day for this location.
