The first time I ordered from these guys they were absolutely fantastic. Pizza was amazing and I picked up the order and found the guys in the kitchen friendly. Fast forward to my second order with them. First I was told the order would be here in 55 min, an hour and 40 minutes later we called. We ordered a Chicago style where the crust wasnt cooked through, ordered the kids a beast Jr.. pizza that was folded in half basically in the box obviously they were cold. We asked for a credit and they said they would mail it. Never showed. Done with em, called them twice to inquire and just decided if as a customer it wasnt important to them of me ordering from them any further isnt important to me either. Well off to LarRosas.

Today a snappy tomato pizza driver in a red pontiac grand ampassed me on 128 about ran me off the road and held his middle finger to me while he did it whoever he is i think he is very unprofessional and should not be driving at all i think if this restaurant is having unprofessional people work there they definitely should have a low rating im sure the person is the same way working inside i think i wont order from there any more and for sure let everyone know about this person and the store if they allow him to work any longer

If they let me give zero stars, I would. Im done with them. Orders routinely arrive late, luke warm, and wrong. By late, I mean 15-20 minutes later than the latest they commit to, and that leads to them being luke warm. Until them, I never had to microwave a delivered pizza. Add on the top the order not being right...and I am done. Pitiful

Order at 8:53 had order confirmation in email pizza never arrived I gave it a hour and tried to call store at 9:55 they didnt answer I guess already closed My kids are extremely upset that they arent getting the pizza they waited a hour for

Ordered at 0909, arrived at 1137. Called twice they said its on the way they are busy. Driver said he got it a half hour before we did. It was cold, be honest about wait time even when you are behind so I can make other arrangements.

I order from the Dent location all the time. I was at a friends and thought all Snappys are the same, but I was so wrong. The food was dry burnet and tasteless. The staff was cool and disrespectful.

Great place for pizza. They have a fast and speedy delivery. If you get the beast pizza you can easily share with a very large group of people.
