I visit this establishment every couple weeks. I love the food and the service is great, usually. But on my last trip, about a week ago, I have my scooter plugged in, as it has a small battery and I could not make it home and I cannot walk, I am sitting at my table, alone when an older waitress suddenly points to my scooter and says, "This is not going to work!" I look up and she says to the waiter standing there, I HAVE a party of five, clear this table! I then asked her, Where she was intending to put them? She ignored me. I got up and sat myself on my ride and dropped my phone in the hurried process, it fell apart and as I was putting it back together a couple of people slid into my table from where I was trying to leave, but had not as yet. It was bizarre and they have lost my business. Sure I will miss the food, but if the waitresses there do not like older handicapped people, I know where I am not welcomed:(

Update: Last couple of visits, the experience has been good. Ill second the other recent review and say that Jermaine was a great server. Fast, friendly, and efficient service, good food. Seems to be improving and Ill keep going back. Previous: I always have to wait at least 10 min before anyone gets my drink order. Lots of servers, but they wont make eye contact and provide bad service all around. Frequently youll just see a bunch of them standing around the hostess table socializing, completely ignoring their customers. The final straw was when one server dropped the parmesan grater. The cheese rolled out onto the floor and he just picked it and the grater up, reassembled the thing, and started dolling out cheese like nothing happened. EW. The food isnt horrible, its just standard American fare which basically means lots of empty calories (iceberg lettuce and white flour pasta).

I will start off and say that i gave a three star rating because its still Olive Garden. Great salads, bread sticks and entrees. But last year the entire place was remodeled. It is now ugly and cramped. I want the old floor plan back. It felt much nicer and had a homey feel to it. Now . . . an hour wait, an ENORMOUS line, NO PARKING ( I have to park at the mall), and the always present feeling of claustrophobia. The old design had literally 6 times as much waiting area. Now there are 10-20 people in a space 10 feet by 13 feet. ONLY go if you have a party of two, or more than six. F.Y.I., This is the ONLY Olive Garden in Northern Kentucky.

I came here when I stayed in Florence for 3 months. Went 3 times hoping the service would be improved every time. First time for lunch. The waiter forgot about me and had to wait for 15 minutes before he got my order. My cup had to be filled by another waiter who was busy with her tables. Second and third time. The waiters didnt have full attention to my ordering. They were looking at the table next to us and talking to them. The food dont taste fresh as it should be. We were the only brown colored there, Maybe that had to do something with it. ha Over all: Service wasnt good. Food was ok.

I know Olive Garden is just a chain restaurant and that expectations for the quality of food and service should not be high. However, I spent 3 hours of my Saturday night at this Olive Garden, and it was a complete disappointment. I understand that the business may become busy, however, being seated after 30 minutes of wait and then waiting another 20 minutes at the table for the waiter can get to you is unacceptable. On top of that, we had to wait another 40 minutes for our pasta. All in all, horrible service and horrible food.

Our waiter did not know how to smile. She was busy with a larger party and payed little attention to us. The waitress did not say "youre welcome" when we thanked her; she simply walked away. It was loud, but one could only expect that for a standard, franchised Olive Garden. The food portions were also much smaller...I would find more pleasure spending my money elsewhere. But with a gift card, it was worth it! Probably wont go back...but the time was worth the spaghetti.

Its olive garden... I wouldnt be writing this if I didnt need the points in the review system lol. This location is clean & service is good and they filter people though pretty quick so waits are never long. Olive garden does a good job of regularly updating the menu. This location recently added ziosk units so you can order appetizers and drinks from a tablet on your table as well as pay your bill. I dont know if all locations have.

Visited this OG for lunch and was promptly seated and serviced. My order was incorrect and missing items ordered. The manager stopped by each table in my section to check in and asked about the service except !one. He passed !y table 3 times without acknowledgement. When I received my bill I had to go to the counter and ask for a pin to complete the transaction due to my server failed again to complete his job.

I was hosting an event, coming from out of town I choose to pick up Olive Garden for the party. I called the day before to get some more information on the different dishes and how much I should order. I talked with Amberly in the catering department. She was FABULOUS. She took her time with me and explained everything perfectly. The food was packed securely and was hot and delicious! Perfect for our party.

Used to be my favorite restaurant until they remodeled it. Ever since then I havent gone due to there being at LEAST an hour long wait. They dont take reservations so if you wanna eat, you gotta wait. Ive had a gift card there for about a year now that I havent used because Im not going to wait over an hour to even get a seat. If you do get in however, the food is excellent!

Ive been to plenty of Olive Gardens through out my lifetime and I have to say that this store has got the be the worst for food quality. My alfredo was lumpy and my zuppa tuscana was very oily. I waited a long time for my food and it seemed that the employees just didnt care and spend the whole time chatting. I really dont think Ill ever go back to this location again.

The best phrase I can use to describe our recent dinner is that over the course of the year they have really "cheapened" the quality of their food. It was horrible. My spaghetti was mush, and the sausage tasted heavily of cereal. Wont be back unless we are coerced... AND the bill was $74 with tip. Service was excellent.

My wife and her family love the place, me not so much. While the food isnt bad, its just not my thing. Only a few things on the menu I like. Now, the salads are yummy, when the bread sticks are hot are delicious. The service was great as well. We had a large party and the 2 ladies did a wonderful job.
