My visit to waffle house this morning was unacceptable for several reasons. The main issue was that we waited at 45 minutes between the time we ordered and when we received our food, and while most if it was warm, the waffle was room temperature. And room temperature was uncomfortably cold. Besides these issues, we were able to observe the way the manager (we assumed, white woman wearing pink hat) treated her employees. The entire time we were in the restaurant all she did was stand in the middle of the kitchen and yell at her employees about what they needed to be doing. As our waitress was carrying hot coffee to a table, she screamed at her to come get her food out of the kitchen even though she was clearly busy. When the phone rang and was not immediately answered, she literally yelled "thank you for calling waffle house 1054, this is ___ how can I help you?" And would fill in the blank with an employees name, who may be cashing out a customer or filling drinks, instead of answering it herself. We saw several employees rolling their eyes or throwing up their hands at her, and it was quite clear that they are fed up with her barking orders at them and not actually being helpful. She may need some retraining in what it means to be a leader. This waffle house was also busy enough that there should be an employee who answers the phone, takes carry out orders and cashes out customers to avoid long lines.

This place has kind of pissed me off because EVERY once in a while Ill get good food and I get good service ONLY when Sharon is working. However, they always burn bacon even when you tell them you dont want it really crispy. The proportions are always weird. sometimes you get less than other times. Tonight I tried calling to make a TOGO order and the phone was constantly busy. Went in and no one was on the phones but they was still busy as if they had the phone off the hook. They left out my extra hash browns, tomato, grape jelly and burnt my bacon. Seriously frustrating. And they didnt give any condements in my to go order.

We visited this Waffle House at 12:07 AM, hoping to just get a late meal. None of the tables were cleaned and the 3 servers working had nasty attitudes as soon as we came in. We waited for them to clean off the tables but they didnt care to attend to us despite waiting for quite awhile. As soon as we left, one of the lady worker decided to yell something smart us. If you want a Waffle House that treats you well, this is not the place to be.

Be prepared to wait! This Waffle House is usually jam packed on the weekends however they do their best to keep up. Its enjoyable to watch the cooks and servers bustle behind the counter while you wait. When you get to order the servers are always friendly & usually get your order correct when calling in. Ive had my order wrong maybe twice going here but its never a problem to get it fixed. Best WH in Lilburn ;)

Went last night the waitress was rude and racist! I waited 20 minutes for my food. Plus the food was horrible flooding in oil, i didnt even touch the food I told the waitress and she rolled her eyes at me when I mention all that oil on my plate , got up and left and all they did was laugh. I dont recommend this place at all.

Wow, I cannot believe I wasted 15 minutes of my life when at the end all I got was the worst service instead of a plate of waffles. Luckily there was an ihop nearby. Unbelievable. Please do not waste your time like I did and find yourself a better, decent, respectful place where you still have an appetite to eat.

Would not pick up call and they screwed up order tremendously. Not sure why, but i went back last night and received the most disgusting texas bacon cheesesteak melt and hashbrowns in ten years of frequenting waffle houses. Waitress seemed pissed to not get tip on to go order.

I went to this location today and Bee was my server. She was AWESOME and the whole staff were fantastic. I was alone and they were extremely attentive and made me feel welcome! I felt like Bee went out of her way to make sure I had a fantastic experience.

Tables are not clean, very bad Serivce and when you there the waitest, waiter and even the cook and cook helper is not even in the biulding, the waitest dont even wait your table
