Pros: The food tastes good. Cons: The place is hot and dirty. Two stars is being generous. The service was ok, the girl talking orders had zero personality and started our lunch with "Do you know what you want?". We ordered and the food came out in about 15 minutes. The burgers were ridiculously greasy and soaked the buns to mush, but they tasted good. The price is slightly above average for the amount of food you receive. The restaurant leaves much to be desired. The whole place needs a facelift at best but truly needs to be gutted and remodeled. The floors are warped and scratched. The ceiling tiles are water damaged and sagging. The air conditioner must be broken because they had the door open and a floor stand fan blowing for the staff but left the rest of the people to sweat. Most of the patrons during our visit sat outside to avoid the heat. The cleanliness makes me question the food safety. All 3 of us stuck to the booth we sat in. The napkin dispenser was covered in dirt, dust, and crumbs. The walls were dirty with grease and grime. The beverage counter was sticky. The drain of the fountain machine appeared to be coated with white mold which makes me question what the actual soda nozzles are filled with. Long story short we wont be back.

Till I stopped in today.. was craving a PP&J. HOLY COW.. bread super super dry. Little to no jelly on it. Good thing i asked for extra Peanut butter might not of gotten any on it if I didnt. They brought my sandwich out ASAP. While the other person with me had to wait for there food. Heres an idea if two people are eating together. Bring it out together. Then I ordered milk had to ask for it twice. ... last night I stopped in for a chef salad to-go. I got 2 things of ranch each only 1/2 full . If youve ever had that salad youd know its not near enough. Thats two visits that went badly. Next time better be much much better or I wont be back Its definitely a dive... But the food is great price is good staff friendly... they even had a guy outside playing a guitar. Definitely be added near the top of the list for places to eat in oak ridge...

My first time here. And want be my last! ☺ The menu is displayed on the wall where you can easily see while you decide to oreder. MANY, MANY, types of burgers, sandwiches, gyros, salads, breakfast, milkshakes, and desserts as well. Viewing a menu prior to coming will help your visit move along quicker. The food was 5STARS AWESOME! Fire Cracker Fries were AMAZING and the Burgers were too. Ill be bragging to everybody at work. About how good the experience was coming to eat Here! Very friendly staff. Service is ok. But could be improved a little more. Then I would rate it 5 STARS without a doubt!!! If you read this review, JUST COME TRY THE FOOD HERE!!!!

The food was AMAZING! However, while we were eating, the owner came in and proceeded to ream the employees up one side and down the other; demeaning them as if they were nothing. She was yelling at them; you could tell she wasnt satisfied until they were completely mortified. I havent seen people treated so poorly publicly; much less employees! It was incredibly disruptive to my meal, my dining ambience and my mood! Ive managed million dollar companies, am currently managing a modest company; I never have I seen such hideous management "skills" from an OWNER no less!!!! I will NEVER AGAIN compliment the owner by dining in her restaurant again!!!!!!

The food was alright, but dont go here if you dont like shady restaurants. I left my wallet here; they lied to me twice, on the phone and in person that they had not seen my wallet. I know for a fact I left it at their restaurant. When I picked it up from the post office after an "anyonmous" person dropped it off, all my money, Mastercard & American Express cards, and various other giftcards were missing. This has nothing to do with the food, but I would consider going to a more trustworthy restaurant with your family if given two options. The foods not worth losing money over. Im sorry one employees bad actions had to lose you multiple costumers.

Tonight we decided to try The Other One and we were very disappointed. When we got there they were very busy because apparently they were using the dining area for a reunion. I understand they were busy, but we waited almost 40 minutes for a burger, a sandwich, and two orders of fries. The food we got was nothing special. They gave my boyfriend a completely different burger than what he ordered and my sandwich was missing mayo and the bread was soggy. I guess the plus side is that the garlic parm fries were great. It will be a while before we go back, if we ever do.

Went here today, asked for a simple piece of grilled chicken for my daughter, who has food allergies by the way, and they refused to cook the chicken the way it needed to be for her because "it would take way too long." This place should be ashamed of themselves. The management and ownership really needs to evaluate what excellent customer service is. I myself am a business owner, and this place would have a several employees fired if I ran it. #terriblecustomerservice #nonallergyfriendly

I absolutely love this restaurant. I go there all the time. The service is great and the food is even better. All the burgers at The Other One (especially the "Vol Burger") are delicious. Some of my other favorites amongst their dishes are the club sandwich and curly fries, but their gyros are delicious as well. The Other One also has the best peanut butter milkshake in a hundred miles, at least in my opinion! I would recommend it for anyone.

Excellent food and variety... when they keep things in stock. On numerous visits theyve been out of anything from shrimp to zucchini fries, gyro meat, even chicken! They can have fast service, but if theres more than three people ordering ahead of you, expect to wait and wait and wait some more. The food, when you can get it, is very good, and the servers are very friendly, but this place definitely has some stuff to work on.

GROSS!! The girl who took our order cussed the entire time my family and I were in there. Our small child was able to hear her and the table next to us had a small child also. The food was nasty. The place was disgusting. The ceiling tiles are brown and sagging. The staff was NOT professional. Loud and very inappropriate. Will NEVER come back, EVER. Its a waste of money. $32 for 2 burgers and a PB&J. Do not go here!!!!

The variety here of different burgers, sandwiches, and salads is amazing! When you walk in, take a moment and step back to read the entire menu, youre bound to find something youre interested in trying, and most likely youll love it. I havent had a single bad thing here yet. The rosemary garlic fries have a LOT of garlic on them, which I loved, but just be forewarned. This is easily one of my favorite lunch places :)

Usually The Other One is usually pretty good. Not sure if they are under new management or what. But the staff are totally lackadaisical and rude. To the point of being completely unprofessional. Had an issue with a Groupon and refused to even consider making the issue right due to being worried about loosing money. You lost money and customers in the future. Good job Other One.
