Took forever for our food to come out. Then when it did half of it was wrong and/or missing. Then when it came time for our check she got all flustered about having to split our check(party of 6) and made us go back around and list all that we ate(isnt it on the ticket?!). Then when we got our checks she had put the kids meals on there when the sign walking in said kids eat free. I asked her and she just smirked and laughed like she was hoping we didnt catch that and annoyed she had to take it off. She rolled her eyes and walked off... I guess I shouldnt expect much from someone working at ihop anyways..

Overall it was exactly what you would expect of any IHOP when considering the food quality. Pancakes came out great, ham was a bit too salty as usual, and bacon was half fat. Mainly I believe their pancakes are the best option, everything else is ok at best. My issue here was the service, mainly from the people preparing the food. A large party must have been there when we went as the waitress kept apologizing and telling us they would bring food soon. The waitress did discount our check, but waiting over 40minutes for food was ridiculous considering we would have gone elsewhere had we known.

Brought my grandmother here for her birthday to celebrate and have a decent breakfast! We waited on our food for 30 minutes. The waitress was horrible, had an attitude and didnt even check on us during the time of us waiting on our food... My grandma ate her food cold because she didnt want to wait. I had my food remade, and complained with the manager. The manager only took care of my grandmothers meal and not mine because my food was remade ! Poor ass excuse for a manager and I will never come here again !

very poor, had a very soggy tasteless bacon, when they replaced I was long finish with breakfast, so I explain I was not in need of the bacon, they took a $1.80 from my bill for four strips of bacon, call head quarters and latter the owner call me to explain me that I was credit $1.80 for the bad bacon and sometimes the food was not the same, really so why should I got to a well name restaurant, head quarters said that was not really anything can do due to restaurant privately own

The time Google has for this IHOP location is wrong. It is 6-11 Sun-Thur and 6-midnight fri-sat. Get with it Google. This IHOP is great as well, we came in really late thinking it was 24 hours, but they closed in 5 minutes. The manger on duty(Jennifer)greeted us so nicely, even after we felt bad for arriving so late and sat us no problem. The food came out great and the server(Sarah) was one of the best servers Ive had anywhere. I definitely recommend this IHOP to everyone.

I went with my mother Saturday(Nov 19) morning after arriving in GA. Everything was burnt. Hashbrowns, bacon, sirloin tips, mushrooms.. Even the PANCAKES were burnt and hard. The only reason i didnt raise hell with the manager is because my mom said they are usually decent and the cook may have been having a bad day. In my opinion, the waitress was just as wrong for bringing that burnt food out in the first place. Although, She did replace it without trouble.

Not a good IHOP location. This is the third time Ive been here and everytime its something different. The first time they took 50 min for a to go order. Literally 5 ppl got their order before us and they offered no kind of discount or anything. The second time they had absolutely no juice. No orange, no apple, nothing at all. And this which is my last and final time they have no heat and its less than 30° outside

The food is good, the regular staff are good. They used to have a discount system that made dining here for pancakes etc worthwhile as a low cost option. Without the discount a two person meal plus tip is price comparable to other nearby restaurants.. But for pancakes this isnt comparable value anymore. We visit less as a result.

We took the kids on a weekday around 6p and it was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the crispy chicken salad minus the bacon and it was great. A little pricey for a salad, though..almost $9.00 but good. The kids ate free and our waitress kept filling the drinks. Everything was perfect :)

What a great experience. DENEESHA was very accommodating. At the bottom of the Omelette page they say"Omelette s made with a splash of pancake batter" also usually made with "carton" liquid, eggs. We knew this and asked for "cracked" eggs. All requests were honored with no problems or complications.

Bathrooms out of order and dirty, took a long time to be seated, it took forever for the food to come, the orders were wrong and items were missing, they were out of a number of salad dressings, but service was friendly and tried to accommodate. Ended up eating for free due to manager intervention.

We were the only people in the place, but that didnt stop the service from being slow. Our waitress left to give us a "minute" and went to sit with the wait staff for many minutes. It took 15 min to get three waffles from the kitchen. Odd since they were the only meals being cooked.

Signed in. We were told we were next. Took multiple parties before us that arrived after we did. Asked a few times when our table would be ready. They kept telling us we were next, then said no one has cleaned off our table. After waiting 40 minutes we left. Poor service.

Took forever to get food... (Four tables...less than 10 people total) it was HORRIBLE. The food AND service. Paying the bill the waitress had the nerve to say.."we got slammed".. "Well at least it was hot." Really? This will be one of the many locations to close!!

My experience was fine. Fast and courteous. Another elderly customer ordered from the kids menu because of the portion size. The waitress told her adults are "upcharged" when ordering from the kids menu. Definitely not a way to satisfy customers.

Has always been good until now. The fryers were down and they kept promising 15 more minutes....could hear the cooks and staff yelling and cussing from the kitchen. Finally got up and left. No wonder they are closing so many!

Currently here and Ive been waiting for almost 30 mins for my food. My waiter is really nice. But doesnt make up for this long wait. Especially when the couple behind me came after and have had their food for almost 10 mins.

The hours on Google are incorrect...we have emailed several times to please change! Correct hours: Sunday through Thursday we are open from 6 Am to 11 Pm Friday and Saturday we are open from 6 Am to 12 Am !!!!

The first time ever!! That Ive had such good service, my food arrived on time and was delicious. My server was the best big up( Adrianna) she never bothered us and knew what we wanted. #lovingihoprightnow❤❤

Ive been to this IHOP a couple of times, and I always receive the best service. The waitress "KELLI" is very nice and helpful. She is the best waitress I have ever had.The food is always good and fast.
