The staff was awful today. I was overcharged in the drive thru and decided to go inside to get it fixed. I was nice and understanding about it as I spoke with the gentleman working the front counter, and he was polite and apologetic as he got a manager to help me. He walked towards the back and spoke with someone, and I guess they dont realize customers CAN hear you from the front because I could hear the drive thru worker play the blame game and made me look and feel awful. I dont care who or where you are working, you dont make your customers feel that way, whether they are right or wrong. I kept my head high, got my money back, said a polite THANK YOU, and bolted for the door before I lost my cool. Im actually in the process of searching for another location near me, and I decided to write this review while I was at it. If you cant handle customer relations, you shouldnt work in a customer service job.

No Monkey Business
Ordered a simple meal number one combo extra onion and unfortunately they could not get it right that little square Patty on that little square bun The meet was dried out the onions were undercooked and the bread was stale tasting the french fries had way too much salt on it and I had to wait almost 6 minutes for my meal. When I go to a fast food restaurant I generally dont expect much more than get my food fast in edible its sad to report that neither of those accomplishments happened this evening. Im not going to say I wont be back because I probably will because now my expectations are even lower than what they were before I went in this evening The best I can hope for is the management or someone from the corporate level wont read this review and try to correct what was wrong so maybe the next time someone goes in for a meal it will be better than mine.

This place is horrible! The staff is very unprofessional. We waited for our food for over 15 minutes and we were the only people in the drive thru. I would never come here again and would never recommend this place to anyone! DO NOT GO!!!

This location is the worst. Food is nasty , customer service sucks, service is super slow. Waste of space. Shut down this location so something worth my time and money can move in. Never going back!

Change your grease the fries have been pretty bad lately. BAD shakes.. nasty tasting krystal burgers.. Need an overhaul...too comfortable. No attention to details! Yikes.!
