Where do I start? Pizza hut has always had a super special and near and dear place in my heart. when I was a youngin, my great great grandmother Marie, gave birth to her first born son at a pizza parlor, and he loved pizza more than anyone could ever imagine, so pizza is very special to not only myslef but my family too. I had this pizza hut with my chilten zion and ava and they also adored it, but it ended up making them both poop, A LOT. so we had to leave the restaraunt because I was nervous they would make the place smell and then we would be held responsible for them losing busniess. even tho, thats NONE OF MY BUSINESS. My neice also peed on the booth, but we sopped it up with some crust and went along on our merry way. anyways. I LOVE YOU PIZZA HUT.

We attempted to use the Pizza Hut website and placed our order using it. We got all the way through the process and the order was placed. We are truckers so we used the truck stop as the address because it came up as the closest one ONLY to receive a call 30 MINUTES LATER saying that they dont deliver here! Why would it even let us put in the address if they dont deliver here? Normally, there is a pop up that says that they dont have any stores that deliver in the area. Lady then asked if we wanted to pick it up! Ummm...no! Not unless you want me to pull up in a truck and 53 foot trailer and block the street off or get stuck! Guess thats what we get for coming yo these one horse towns, huh? Wont be even attempting to order from this location EVER AGAIN!

Our "Saturday night special" once a month! ;-) This is a review of the internet ordering and delivery service specifically. My orders are ALWAYS correct. I cant think of a single instance in 13+ years that Ive gotten an incorrect order. 99% of the drivers are super-super nice. Buddy is our favorite, of course! Hes been delivering to us forever. I bet he doesnt even have to think about which house is ours! LOL. The food is always good. Pizza Hut has done a lot lately to improve their value, too, which is greatly appreciated.

Tried to order pizza for delivery and manager told me that they do not deliver outside a mile after a certain time. I live three blocks from the establishment. So I placed a carryout order. Manager had an attitude when I tried to explain my living distance and hung up. Called me back and told me my order was cancelled. I buy pizza every weekend for kids and have never had this problem. I feel it needs to be addressed and I will not be spending anymore money with this establishment.
