Dissatisfied Loyal Customer My husband and I order from Hooters at least every other Friday. We love their lemon pepper wings and curly fries! We placed an order recently over the phone at the Conyers, Georgia location. Understanding that the background can be extremely noisy, it is a bar for heaven’s sake. I placed the order on line and the person that took the order repeated the order back to me before hanging up the phone. When my husband arrived to the Conyers location the whole order was incorrect! The Manager debated with my husband for over10 minutes insisting that we ordered parmesan garlic wings, my husband explained to the manager that he was sitting in front of me when the order was placed and that I never said parmesan garlic wings. I have worked in sales for over 10 years and I have always been trained that customers are always, always, always right! Even if the customer is incorrect, manager of all staff members should never debate with the customer, especially in front of their staff members. It sets a bad example for the business and staff members. It’s also Impertinent and humiliating on the owner’s behalf. I would love to pay my upper management team members to disagree/argue with my most valued customers, I’m almost positive that this will increase my sales through-out my region. A business trusts that they are hiring competent employees to do their jobs and oversee the day-to-day business operations, especially the manager’s that are paid an astronomical amount to run their business. We have visited this location on several occasions and there seems to always be an issue with management, it appears that the turnover rates are extremely high when it comes to management, the service is slow, and items that are listed on the menu are never in stock. It appears that whoever is over the hiring for this region continues to hire incompetent staff members. Long story short my husband had to wait 30 minutes for our order (which defeats the whole purpose of placing an order over the phone). I do not plan to continue patronizing a business that is uncivil to their customers. Sincerely, Dissatisfied Loyal Customer

**See update below**...Real simple, the place wasnt busy for a Saturday happy hour. I sat down at a table, waiting on 2 buds from work near the front entrance, waited 25 minutes and hadnt even been greeted nor offered a beverage...so started watching the clock, got up and left after 10 more min. This Hooters was far better 3-4 years ago, when they understood that you need satisfied, paying customers to keep a business afloat. Beer & simple chow isnt difficult, unless u find ways to make it so. (**Above review was 2-stars in Spring 2014**) 2015 Update: since Fall 2014 / Winter 2015 the place has made a 180-degree turn for the better...why/how do u ask? Military discount (double it on Tuesdays, thank u!) and better booze & chow selections on the menu help, but the real difference: The H-girls & management have made many efforts to go the extra mile the past 6-9 months and make it a fun & enjoyable place for quick lunch or post-work happy hour. Keep it up, cheers!!!

My experience at the Hooters of Conyers was horrible and disgusting. I came in, sat down, was NOT welcomed by the staff, and waited thirty minutes for my waitress (Kayla) to serve me. My party and I were CLEARLY waiting on her, and she walked past us multiple times. The drinks and food took forever. Kayla also gave me attitude when I requested a refund, and was rude for the rest of my time there. I had waited so long, I saw people come in, eat, and leave, while im still waiting. When I voiced my complaints to the manager, he just rolled his eyes, and left without saying anything except "okay". When I asked to speak to him again and told him I wish he would have at least gave me an apology, he was very disrespectful and made it seem like my complaints didnt matter. An overall horrible experience. Will never eat there again. The staff here are incredibly rude and disgusting.

The service was friendly when we could get her to the table. The manager had to come over to figure out the tv remote and how to change the channel. That lasted about 5 min when it was changed to a telanovela while attempting to change another tvs channel. The really bad part was when after about 5 1/2 hrs my stomach started turning sour I called, spoke with the manager who told me it would take over 24 hours for shrimp to turn my stomach if they were bad which is incorrect. Then he got a serious attitude with me and then told me he didnt care if I ever ate at a Hooters again - so I wont.

My kids, husband, and myself love Hooters! Familly night that evening was a party of seven plus one extra adult. We enjoyed ourselves and the waitress was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed even before we asked. There were five kids ages 3, 4, 6, 10, and 15. The waitress made family night an experience we can remember it in a positive was.

Never been to a Hooters where the wings and fried shrimp had been precooked and hanging in the basket over hot grease! Then dunked in grease a second time to heat up as needed. I do believe its a corporate rule that ALL wait staff must wear a name tag. Bathroom was nasty. Time for a upgrade on this store and some retraining for sure for the management team!!

I walked into this hooters thinking it would be a nice place to take my two grandchildren but it started to go downhill when I saw how low the waitresses skirts were and how revealing their clothing was it got to the point where one of my grandchildren pointed at one and said look at this boobies grandma, it was very awkward after that

Food was okay. The thing I didnt like is coming to a restaurant and hearing one waitress talk about another waitress to the hostess since we were right by the door. If you want to keep customers coming in, thats something that should be done behind closed doors or on your own time. Thats not professional.

I sat at the bar and had a great bartender and waitress named Shannon. The service was good and the food was great I would definitely recommend going there. Shannon even helped me with my wings when I didnt know what to order her recommendations were spot-on.

Food great, cocktails awful. Waitress look very unprepared for the football Sunday crowd. Bathroom sink was out of order, we were not offered anything to clean our hands. I went out to my car for hand sanitizer.

I explained to the waitress that my watch was broken, and that I love being told when its time to go. As usual the wings werent bad. I think the waitress would make a great McDonalds night shift sweeper. :)
