I usually do not write reviews to any type of restaurants because I do not like to write bad stuff about restuarants. I like to give all restaurants mercy and the benefit of the doubt but this Particular Popeyes has gave me horrible experience since my last four visits. This is the only Popeyes close to me so it leaves me no choice to go to this location. First of all, the customer service here is horrid, they can not even understand a lick of English when I speak to them. When you tell them what you want they act rude to you. The other thing bad with this location is not receiving what you ordered. The past four visits prior to this one today on 3/02/15 has been horrible to me. I always ordered green beans and red beans and rice and I always received other side items than the green beans I ordered. Everyone knows Popeyes is famous for their chicken and the their red beans and rice, today when I ordered red beans and rice I received disgusting COLE SLAW! Im sorry for writing this review and I usually never do but this location deserves this review.

It took over 25 minutes for my food to arrive at the pick-up counter. After being patient wait too long and numerous questions in regards to my food, one of the employees said that my order was a specialty order. I did not consider the advertised meal as a specialty order. I did finally get my food. It was served hot. But I was so aggravated after watching multiple people get their food sit down finish and leave before I got mine. I also saw two people with the same order as mine get their food before me. I also had my 10 year old daughter with me. She did not get her food until I did mine. If my child was any younger I would have up and left. There would have been no way I could have expected her to sit still that long. We will not be returning to this location, however we do like Popeyes as a whole.

Wait is always long and always out of food whenever I come. No matter the time of day. Its always only like 2-3 people working no matter the time of day. At least the food be good and fully cooked most of the time. (There was one time the chicken was soggy and cold). Only come because its conviently closer to my new house than the other Popeyes that I am use to (that i love and that is Lilburn where i use to live) so we dont often come here but when we do its always something. I dont blame the workers so much of as they need more workers or better scheduling and then theyd be much better probably. They got a 97 score so yeah i dont really blame the workers just a lot of kinks need to worked out i suppose.

Slow and cant even get my order right. They made me wait more than 20 minutes for chicken tenders when it was supposedly a 5 minute wait. I had to park my car, because I was at the drive through. Then, when i finally get the food, I check the bag to see if they got my order right, and saw an extra side. I thought ok, i guess its to make up for the extra wait. So optimistic. I went on my way. I get home, open the box, and there are no fries. They didnt give me an extra small side to make up for the wait, they got my an order wrong and gave me mashed potatoes drenched in gravy. I love the fries, so i was pissed, and I absolutely hate gravy, so i got even more pissed. Completely incompetent enployees...

This place needs to be shut down. Went in to order food and saw the cooks outside smoking and hands down their pants. I was hoping that other cooks were inside but no. When they came in they went stright to cooking. Did not wash hands or anything. I asked for my money back and manager did not seem to want to even after i told her what i saw. Did not even say anything to the cook while dealing with me. Last time i checked you are to wash your hands before preparing food. This place is nasty and should be looked at very closely. Yall are going to get people sick and or dead.

I have been trying to call them for over an hour. Still busy??!! For real! Not a surprise since last time I went there the employees and manager on duty acted like they were special needs. Actually this gives special needs a bad name. Horrible service. Waited almost 15 minutes for chicken strips. For real. 15 minutes!! At 2 pm. Slow time. No food! Who owns or runs this thing. I have been to many and this is one of the worst locations. I now will be driving 12 minutes out of my way. They can answer their phone and give information. Maybe they will have chicken!!

The food tasted great going down but horrible coming back up!!! I ate the 2 piece dark meal I ordered around 2:00 pm for lunch and around 3:30 I started to feel sick. I went home and the night went down from there, I had upset stomach, vomiting and stomach cramps. I couldnt keep anything down not even gatorade and saltines. I did not eat anything and just let the sickness take its course. I am fine now the next morning but one thing I do know, I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, eat there again.

Came an hour before closing and was hastily told the very few items I could order, none of which is what I had gone for. Very bad customer service by the way!! Still chose to order 3 pcs of chicken and red beans&rice. Few hours later woke up with non-stop diarrhea and vomiting that lasted the entire next day. Thank God I fed my baby something different that night. Will never eat here again!

The good was good. I got the $5 shrimp basket and 3 wings. I loved all of the food. I was disappointed because I didnt realize until I got home that they didnt automatically include cocktail sauce. I feel like if you arent going to automatically include cocktail sauce then you should at least ask the customer if they want it. I deducted one star because of this. Everything else was good

I arrived here at 9pm and left at 10pm. It was the last day on the $5 big box so it was busy. The wait was ridiculously long and all the staff except one were rude. Mornasia i believe is her name made my 1hr wait as pleasant as it could possibly be. She was the only one smiling and attending to customers in the lobby area. I wouldve rated this Popeyes a 1 star but she makes it 3

Popeyes is pretty busy everywhere you go. This one seems to have been made in that perfect area. However; the food was very good and I for one am glad I dont have to ride down Scenic Hwy to Snellville just to get Popeyes. It came just in time too. I was getting a lil tired of Churchs. They still get "some" business from me as well, but Popeyes is the first choice...

Placed my order and waited 10 minutes only to find out it would be another minutes before my order would be ready. I only found out because another customer complained about receiving the wrong food. 20 minutes for fast food tell me as Im ordering and let me decide if I want to wait.
