So I go on here to place multiple orders and she tell me she got other customers like Im supposed to care. Each person Im ordering food for is a customer but thats okay because I will never bring my kids in here to get no food like I wanted to because they love chicken fingers and fries and thats all this place sales. My kids and I will never be a customer here. Because if she says something to this like this to me while Im with my kids Im not going to be quiet like I was today, Im going to flip out!!!

The chicken and fries are always fresh and delicious. The canes sauce is the highlight of the trip though. I almost think that the chicken is made the way it is to compliment the sauce and it does enhance the flavor. Its also much cheaper than youd think for how much you get. Only gripe here is how crowded it gets but with how good it is, do you really expect anything else?

Music was WAY too loud making people talk louder than necessary. Carried out because of the environment/atmosphere and chicken was barely warm. Dipping sauce was good and fries were average crinkle cut fries. I dont know if they have a spicy option it wasnt offered so I assumed not. Sweet tea was good, brewed and sweetened with cane augar.

Great college spot for some quick food. The canes sauce is heavenly, I usually make sure I get 2 of them. This is also one of the few places in the area that actually has decent sweet tea (for southerners like me). And the price is really good in my opinion.

Im a huge Canes fan, but this location has the worst service Ive ever seen. I recommend looking for other restaurants if youre in the area. Theres a Mac and Cheese place right around the corner where the employees act like they actually want your business.

The popularity of Raising Canes is surprising. The chicken is flavorless, the fries are flavorless, the only saving grace is the Canes special sauce. A nice place for lunch when youre in hurry, but there are better options in Clifton.

Great food. I went before the FCC vs Columbus game and even though it had lines 20 feet out the door, we were served within 10 minutes the restaurant was clean and the staff was attentive nice and even joking with the guests.

Always busy but they move very efficiently and quickly. Most people in the evenings get food to go. There is usually a free table or someone getting up if you wanted to sit. Quite noisy at most times.
