had a horrible experience at this location! Called because they take forever to make the pizza therefore i called to place an order. spoke to a girl and once i get there like 25 mins to pick up and pay. she tells me that the order was never placed. i called back the number i called to place the order her voice was the exact same. i was so pissed off at the fact that i had to place my order again and wait another 15 minutes!! i go in and pay she is already giving me attitude i ask for her and the other 2 employees names she says her name is ally , brenda and another girls name that i dont remember. Ally automatically asks me why do i need there names and that what was i gonna talk to their manager that there is no proof that the order was placed!!she insinuated that i was lying. i told her then who did i speak too and why do i have a screenshot of the call.! why would i drive 20 minutes to get there and pick up my order that was never placed!!?. instead of her being apologetic she gave me attitude.!! i called the location in lilburn because she told me there was no manager or supervisor at the one in lawrenceville. spoke to a young gentle man in lilburn named Darian who helped me out and tried his hardest to help out the situation and apologized even though it wasnt his fault or his location. No one at the lawrenceville location apologized for the inconvenience!! what is the point of asking for my name and number and no call me to let me know that the order didnt go through. Now that we are home we found a piece of hair in one our pizzas!! So disgusted!! I believe customer service should be your priority in which you lack on. Also very unprofessional that there was no manager or supervisor on duty. Contact me for my personal information.

Im from NY, and since moving to Georgia, one of the few things Ive been truly homesick for is excellent pizza. There are a few other local places with decent pizza setups, but they tend to be very expensive... when my husband and I order 2 medium pizzas at other local joints, its usually upwards of $25 for the two of us, not counting drinks, tax or gratuity. Italian Pie has, far and away, the tastiest, most authentic pizza in the Lawrenceville area. The crust is chewy on the inside, crunchy on the outside and flavorful, hand tossed to order and yet all the same thickness. The cheese is high-quality fresh mozzarella, not a coating of neutral-tasting plastic. The meat is straight-from-Italy, and not greasy. The vegetable toppings are large pieces... not tiny bits of nothing, not enormous hunks you have to cut apart to fit in your mouth. Their homemade sauce is thick and not watery at all, perfect for pizza. The staff is very nice, the establishment is always clean and the chef asks us whether we liked his work. Best of all, for 2 pizzas for the two of us its under $15! We havent tried their pasta dishes yet, but weve been going back once a week since our first well, we may as well TRY it... excursion. My husband recommends the stromboli. I like the regular old pizza.

If youre looking for ambiance, this isnt the place for you. But if inexpensive posters and sterile-type tables dont put you off, you should definitely stay. The food is really, really good. Their pizzas are freshly made, the crust is so Brooklyn-like that its scary (and I mean that in a good way). They dont scrimp when it comes to toppings, but be prepared for a slight upcharge for the more exotic offerings like brisket or shrimp. Their strombolis and calzones are awesomely huge monsters that will be stuffed with whatever you choose and, like all their food, come out mouth-burningly HOT. Definitely try this place...and if youd rather not deal with the furnsihings, just get it to go. But just get it!

My Girl Friend and I live in the Lawrenceville area, and we always try to find something new to eat. Something fresh, and we found a place so good and tasty I had to write a review about are visit. The first visit of the week we got a med meat lovers pizza. It was so good that two days later I came back. This time by myself and ordered the philly cheesesteak... I knew the pizza was to die for, but could they make a good sub as well? Well they blew me away with the Philly as well... folks im telling you,, if you are around the area try The Italian Pie you will not be disappointed,, I sure wasnt.... Thank you Italian Pie... I will be back weekly...

I would say that I love this place but I cant. The service sucked, the ac wasnt working, so it was hot as hell. The black chick was rachet and on her phone and wouldnt help take orders n the line was long. She looked like she dont like her job. Then I ordered the margherita pizza, it was soggy as hell n it didnt have fresh tomatoes on it like the menu said. And when I asked about it, I was told that, thats not how we make it. Well in thats the case you need to update your menus. I dont know if Ill ever come back. I hope things improve because you had a few people walk out pissed!!!!!

I had been searching for a place to get a great Sicilian pizza since Ive moved to Georgia, tried a couple of places and I wasnt satisfied, to say the least. I gave Italian Pie a chance and as soon as I walked in I got that NY Pizzeria feel, and one bite of the Sicilian and I was in love. The regular slices are just as amazing. The staff is phenomenal, very friendly and everything Ive tried on the menu is great. I definitely recommend this Pizzeria to anyone who wants great food and great service. Especially if youre a New Yorker who loves Sicilian pizza like I do!

Great pizza and really fresh ingredients. Me and my wife live in lawrenceville and love to find a good new place to eat that is locally owned. I am originally from chicago and love chicago pizza, but this had a totally different taste and feel to it. The staff was extremely nice and got to love the free garlic bread while you wait. PS they use pizza ovens and not a conveyor belt. Thatmeans they care about. what there food taste like. Its not just leave it and forget about it till its done.

Best calzone Ive EVER EATEN!! Took a minute or two longer than expected, but it was worth every second salivating in my seat, overwhelmed by the unbelievably delicious aroma that filled the air. The Peruvian girl that delivered the orders to our seats was extremely kind and pleasent, even when I interupted her while she was cleaning tables to ask about her nationality lol. I travel the country for work and this place has set a new bar for my expectations. A++++

I visit often. Great value on weekday lunch specials. I grew up near Philly and this is the closest thing to a transplanted pizza shop here in Lawrenceville. Pizza is always good. Tacos also are a delicious option if you dont want pizza. Tacos and pizza are always freshly made. I once had a chicken parmesan sandwich which I do not recommend. Staff is friendly and helpful.
