We went in for lunch on Black Friday on the spur of the moment. We were seated immediately. We told the server it was my 4 year old daughters birthday. She made sure it was special. She asked my daughter what her name was and how old she was going to be. Then she brought out a chefs hat with happy birthday and her name written on it. The complimentary breadsticks and olive oil dipping sauce with sundried tomatoes and herbs was a great start. Our order was taken in a timely manner. Then the server brought out a little piece of raw dough for my daughter to form that they would then bake. My daughter loved it. The food took a little longer in coming but it was worth the wait and we werent in a hurry. My sister got a half salad and half fettuccine Alfredo that was creamy deliciousness. I ordered spicy scallop marinara off the lighter side menu that was amazing with artichokes and scallops perfectly cooked and just the right amount of spice. My Mom had the lighter side Salmon with sweet potatoes that were exceptionally tender in contrast to the crisp crust on the grilled fish. My daughter ate over half of her ginormous kids size cheese pizza and all of her fruit cup teeming with strawberries, grapes and pineapple. The server then split two large bowls of gelato (usually four scoops) between the four of us (two scoops each) and comped both bowls for my daughters birthday. She filled my water glass at least six times without missing a beat (I drink a lot of water with my food). Overall, a five star experience!

Made a reservation for 6 people to celebrate a birthday. Dropped off a cake before hand so that it would be a surprise. To start, one soup was missing, food took more than average time to be served. Even though the server was reminded several times about the birthday cake, she still did not bring it. After I asked her where the cake was, she replied, she didnt know there was a cake. Even after asking her AGAIN, twenty minutes later, still no sign of cake. Finally we decided to take the cake back home and forget about celebrating the birthday. When this was brought to managers attention, he simply said they couldnt locate the cake and bla bla.... After asking for the check, another manager came to the table and his first comment was, "we are new and server is new and she is balling her eyes out and what seems to be the problem." That really shows how ready and professional they were to start open their new business. Never mind chicken dish that was way too sour and the roasted potatoes that were hard as a rock. When I asked why the potatoes were too hard to chew, she said because they are roasted. I wouldnt not recommend this place.

This was one of the worst food experiences Ive encountered. I started with Seafood bisque which was incredibly salty. Normally a little salt doesnt bother me but this was overpowering. In every bite. My entree of chicken parm was the worst chicken parm Ive ever had. My first bite of chicken tasted so oily like it was still in the fryer with everything else that was cooked tonight. I didnt mention a word to my server and she never asked how my food was at any point. Even when she brought the check and noticed I took one bite of my entree no mention of the meal. I worked in the service industry for 12 years and am not a fan of sending food back but I should have tonight. What was supposed to be an enjoyable dinner with my daughter left me feeling very bad about the $40 I spent for eating a cup of soup and two pieces of bread. I will never make the mistake of eating here ever again.

We had made reservations online but still had to wait 25 minutes upon getting there for a table. The wait for food was also long. Im sure it was busy just because it launched though. So the wait was the bit of the downside, but at the end of our meal, even though we didnt complain, the manager came up to us and apologized for the wait being so long and compd us a free desert and drink which I thought was great of them. Also I was pretty impressed with the food. The appetizer was the crostini which was quite good. I went with the traditional fettuccine alfredo (pasta woozie), and my significant other went with the penne mediterranean. Both were good. The bread and salad (insalta fresca) was also good, as was desert. You can expect the prices to be a few more dollars a plate than say olive garden but definitely recommend it over macaroni grill. Will be back.

Came here for Valentines day with my husband. We got in at high time, around 7:30pm or so and only waited about 20 minutes instead of the 30-45 minutes we were told. Our waitress was very pleasant and very knowledge about the menu and whats popular with the guests. As it was only our second time there, we had plenty questions about the menu. The food, was excellent and didnt take too long to make it to our table, we loved the artichoke dip with Flatbread as an appetizer! Also the tiramisu was AMAZING. In all, I do not have anything bad to say about our experience at Bravo! It is on the higher end (not the most expensive but definitely not cheap) as far as price but it was well worth it. Will be returning!

Good food but a bit pricey. We generally had a very good experience here except for our most recent visit, where a couple of the dishes we ordered were off. To their credit, they made everything right and took the stuff we didnt like off our check, even after providing replacements. Highlights so far: the crab and shrimp cakes are fantastic and the filet is very good. Lowlights: the lasagna on the kids menu is something to be avoided.

Set a reservation for my husband and I for his birthday and got there about 10mins before and were seated right away... They were not all that busy though. Had an app and a couple of drinks before ordering. Food came fast and was very good. I had the grilled salmon with Angel hair pasta and pesto. Hubby had beef ravioli that he demolished. Also got a free dessert for his bday. Great service. Will definitely return!

Been here a few times, every time I come I have to wait befeore someone moves to sit me usually about 1 to 5 minutes even if its dead. When you are seated thebwaiter or waitress itneithsr over whelmed or has no clue you are there... A lot like the hostess. The food is good the service need to be worked on I sense lazy management. They get a 3 because i like the food but even the menu is limited.

Went there for a casual lunch. My wife had the Carbonara and I had Medallion steak. The service is not bad, but the food was way too salty. Also, the Carbonara was a bit soggy and the steak was well-done instead of medium as I wanted. Im not a fan of sending bad food back to kitchen but I would absolutely ask them to re-fire my ticket if I were served food like this next time.
