The food was very good, however, we phoned to inquire when the kitchen closed and was told that it was open until Midnight. When we got to the establishment at 10:45 pm, we asked the hostess if there was a limited menu, she said no and handed us a full menu and told us she would get our drinks while we decided. Then a different server arrives at our table to take our order and when we give our order, she informs us that we cannot have any meat on our salad because the grill is shut down; also, we can only have pizza because the kitchen was closed. I informed the server of all the incorrect information that we received, and she shrugged and walked away. I wish I had the chance to speak to the manager/owner, but we vacated the restaurant immediately. I hate to judge the restaurant entirely on this experience; Im sure its very good. More training is needed, clearly.

While staying in the area we tried this place. The food was not bad, but nothing to write home about. The service was poor at best. The waitress we had forgot refills for drinks multiple times and by the end we just stopped asking. The two calzones we ordered came out way after the rest of the table was done eating as well. Some of our party actually left the table to go for a walk to give us time to eat. By the time we actually got them they were over cooked and way burnt. Server did not offer an apology or anything. End of the story on this place is the food is about average and the service was even worse.

I am a regular visitor at Sauce. "Chianti Dave" they call me because I love their chianti wine. In fact, I love everything about Sauce--the food & drink, the atmosphere, but especially the great staff, like Desi, Weese, and Kyle. Eddie in the kitchen is the greatest. Kim and Dave, the owners really make their restaurant a "destination place" in downtown Adrian, Michigan. The steaks are exceptional and I dearly love Grandma Merles Lasagna! There is alot of nostalgia at Sauce for me also. Back in my college days Sauce was Mr. Eds, the place I had my first "legal" glass of wine. Visit Sauce today!

This was the most ridicules place I ever experienced. I came her from Ann Arbor so im from out of town. I don’t know how they do it there but you shouldn’t have to ask for a drink 3 or 4 times and have other drinks served before you when you ordered first. Seems like they were very short on help. I know times are though but come on now you just lost my business for an extra buck seems cheep to me. Sorry

PRIOR MILITARY SERVICE MEMBER MISTREATED .The Bartender/Manager didnt get to me until 15 mins after i sat down. Finally after she arrived from gossiping at a table hind sight, she then REFUSED TO SERVE ME, the bartender/"manager" claimed i was underage even after i made clear i am 22 yrs of age. I was in shock, she then threatened to call the police on me. Terrible service , 2 thumbs DOWN

Convenient parking, greeted happily . we chose the patio to eat at, clean well maitained and very inviting. Waitress very attentive to us ,answered all our menu questions, and the food was very good, large portions of the chicken parmesan make it my favorite, we drove from Toledo and its our 5th visit, Ive never been disappointed. Keep up the good work!

Terrific food, I highly suggest the lasagna, it was very tasty. As for the atmosphere, its comfortable, but being a popular place it gets a little bit loud in the back room seating area because of all the people. So if you have an exceptionally loud group near you, it may be hard to hear each other.

Absolutely amazing. The steak I had was perfectly cooked, and the wine paired with it was great! For desert I got the tearimisu, and it was one of the richest tearimisus I have had. And presentation on both dishes, were on point. Would hoghly recommend this place to anyone who wants delicious food.

Nice place, atmosphere was very good and the staff were nice. The lasagne and bread were delicious, but Im always peeved when a salad isnt included with the price of dinner. Thats my only complaint. Sauce is definitely still worth eating at though!

Wow. Excellent homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup. Nice classic Chicken Parmesean and Spaghetti with Pomodoro Sa uce. Fun special of Zucchini Noodles with Pomodoro Sauce and Grilled Shrimp. Very Tasty special! Will be back!!!

Sauce hosted my aunts wedding and it was wonderful. Staff were kind (and stayed out of the way... Not easy with as many people as we had) food was great, atmosphere was very enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone.
