What do I love about El Real? Where do I begin? For starters, their tomatillo sauce is off the charts good. They make a fresh guacamole at your table with diced avocado, diced mango, diced seranno peppers, diced red onion, and lime juice. The servers wheel up a tiki looking lemonade stand and start scooping the avocado and start dicing. My other favorite to get, the enchiladas verde. This has their creamy devine tomatillo sauce all over it with a little drizzle of sour cream too. The refried beans are spectacular. Another to get is the enchiladas tri colores. This is a solid dish, too. The shining star of the establishment has to be hands-down the Molcajete Real. It is this huge volcanic stone pot filled with tomatillo sauce and cheese, onions, chicken, cactus, and flank steak draped over the sides. And they throw in four or five shrimp into the bumbling tomatillo sauce. You get a side of tortillas, chorizo, rice and beans. This essentially is fajitas in a huge volcanic stone pot. It is delicious. The hardest part about El Real is trying to make up your mind. Everything I have had is top notch...and Im a bit of a Mexican food snob. If you are looking to get away from the carbon copied Fronteras of the world, then do yourself a favor and go eat at El Real. It is the real deal.

My friends and I went here for lunch a few days ago. I thought "eh, Ill get a quesidilla" because I always get a quesidilla. But we had just sat down, the manager came over to greet us and asked if wed ever been there before. He then made suggestions on what to order based on what each of us liked. The way he described the food was so passionate and detailed that I could tell he really cares about and knows the food his restaurant serves. I decided to go with his suggestion and I loved it! I cant remember exactly what the dish was called but it was fantastic. I highly suggest going and ordering something other than the "normal" Mexican food.

Very fresh and tasty vegetarian taco salad,with zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, bell-pepper and onions...nested with beans, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomato and topped it with their fresh made salsa, which was delicious. The price was reasonable and the serving size generous. The only challenge I had was waiting on them to refill the salsa bowl a little faster for this "salsa drinker" when I was scooping it up waiting on my salad. Free speedy Wifi! The owner Pepe is very friendly and offered to let me join his customer appreciation email service. Highly recommended!

Not your typical Mexican Grill. The food quality is MUCH higher than you would expect You should try a special as they are so far beyond what your currently thinking Mexican food is. The owner took time to suggest some food for us and WOW the absolute best meal I have had in awhile. For the love of your taste buds you need to go here. also save room for the Flan, I hate Flan.. its usualy runny and the texture is slimy .. THIS one however was more like a cheesecake.. AWESOME..

When in first time ordered a meal and when I went to eat the black beans they were slimy smelt bad and when the manager came over she had an attitude what you want me to do is what she said . Sorry first says it all for me Will not go back Yep this place lacks supervision The mgm didnt know how to handle a simple situation

Great food, absolutely delicious! But service is a hit or miss, just call to pre-order and the girl was really not helping, and a smart ass, my wife spoke Spanish to her and the answer we got was "excuse me!" as much I like the food, today Im ordering from the other Mexican restaurant thats actually 10 times close to us.

Delicioso. La comida es tan sabrosa quiero comer mi propia mano. price is reasonable. service is friendly. its cozy. decent range of stuff on the menu, always well made. fresh nachos and salsa are yummy. this is the nearest thing in this area i have found to real mexican fare.

The staff was friendly & welcoming. They serve two volumes of salsa with the chips. Both were delicious! The prices were good, & the food tasted amazing! We had the Fajitas for two and even had leftovers! This will defiantly be our choice for Mexican food in the future!

I have been to countless Mexican restaurants all over Georgia, and El Real is by far the best. Their salsa is to die for, the meat is always well seasoned and flavorful and their veggies are fresh and cooked perfectly. Plus, the prices are really great!

Girl did not take name or phone number when order was called in. Very confusing when she starts rambling off every minute detail of what is in the 4 takeout orders waiting to be picked up. Their salsa is great. My kids love their food.

Ive been on a Mexican food kick the last year or so and this is the only place I keep coming back too. I usually order to go but the place is usually packed in the evenings. Food never disappoints. Go here. Try a three way burrito.

Cant say how the food is but clearly the service sucks. I sat at the bar for fifteen minutes at five oclock on a Friday and never saw a bartender so I left. Probably could have just gone behind the bar poured my own.

Update your hours or stay open until your listed hours. 11pm on Saturdays? Walked in at 9:50, was told they are closing at 10:30 and the kitchen and bar were shutting down at 10:15. GTFO.

HORRIBLE!!!!Im pretty sure Thier steak isnt even STEAK. Steak, chicken, shrimp, tortilla, you name it. Bad. Literally all I liked was the rice. And Im pretty sure its hard to mess up RICE!
