Bunch of for nothings first off ordered over 20 bucks worth of WINGS TOP ASKED FOR A CUP OF WATER OK this is when it gets real gets I had sack of wings a large coke and a cup of water my order was to go so I asked for a lid for the cup of water the counter queen said there was no lids for the water cups so I grabbed my items and started to leave spilling water all over the floor now as I leave there are two individuals sitting at the first table one was a so called manager I realize that this cup of water was not going to work and went back in for a cup with a lid and was willing to pay for it until it was 2 bucks for a cup of water so I expressed my feelings on this 2 dollar cup of water now the whole time Im dealing with this issue the so called manager was sitting at the table chatting with buddy not doing anything but sitting ignoring the situation now my wife is outside waiting and now has come inside long story short after she came in words where exchanged and we now want a refund the clown sitting at the table finally exposes himself as the manager as my wife asked to speak to a manager he asks what is the problem and stated its policy that a cup of water WITH A LID IS 2 DOLLARS more words were exchanged then another clown pops up talking to me like I was his child telling me what I can a cannot say smh over 2 dollars whatever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE well leave it up to the WINGS TOP on Chastain to mess up a perfectly good day over a 2 dollar cup of water

This place is a joke. The employees have absolutely no idea what is going on. We ordered online and went into to pick up our food 5 minutes after the time scheduled for pickup. When we got there a young lady greeted us. She was very nice, but she didnt really seem to know what was happening. She couldnt find our order, so she told us that it was still being worked on. We waited another 20 minutes. During this time people kept coming in and trying to place an order, but couldnt because the system was down and nothing could be done until a manager came in. They seemed very backed up with orders, but that young lady just seemed to be standing around with the biggest grin on her face. Maybe she was high? Whenever anyone came in to pick up an order, she couldnt seem to locate it anywhere. Once the manager came in and the system was fixed, I spoke to her (the manager) and asked about my order. The manager was the one able to locate my order. It had just been sitting there on the counter with the other orders. ...makes me wonder how long my order had been ready. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the food was decent.

I usually dont write reviews. However, my experience was beyond ridiculous. I called 15 minutes before arrival only to get to the store and be informed that my order was never complete. Apparently the young lady I spoke with didnt document down my flavor. Upon my arrival I was told that this was because I was "jumping around the question" when it came to picking a sauce. LIES! I found this funny being that I asked the lady if she needed my number before continuing with the order. She said no. I place my order when I got there and sat for an additional 30 minutes. The ONLY reason why I even gave this location 3 stars is because it was a Monday night and football season just started, the lady was new, and the gentleman at the back was cute, nice and the only one that was attentative to my needs as a customer. If this is your only near location, please insist that the host takes your number in the event something happens.

Been loving this places 50 cent boneless wing nights for a while now. But tonight their "boneless wings" were nothing more than chicken nuggets doused in sauce. Heres a hint Wingstop, when every piece of chicken looks the same, and is ground up on the inside, people will notice. Going to have to take a break from you guys due to a manager being cheap apparently. ***EDIT: Its been a few weeks now, and I must give Wingstop the proper credit. I think that maybe the nugget incident was due running out of boneless wings which has happened to them before. But regardless their boneless wings are consistently delicious and I encourage anybody whos considering this place to try it.

I used the online ordering to order my food today. I pre-paid as well. The confirmation gave me a certain time to pick-up my order. When I get there, they didnt have my order ready. After finding it on the system, I was told, "we havent dropped the chicken yet, it will be another 14 minutes". Really???? Whats the purpose of ordering online if theyre not going to check it. I couldve waited until I got there if thats the case or called in the order. Why use technology if your employees are not going to use it to process a pre-paid order.

first time trying the place worst experience ever. placed the order for my food there left for 20 mins came back still wasnt ready and the same 5 people that placed their orders ahead of mine their food still wasnt ready. the cashier was nasty sticking her hands in her pants as well as the rest of the staff. Another employee finally showed up to work because it was only 2 people working and he came in didnt wash hands and started touching food. And on top of that got my order wrong. will never eat there again

I went on a Tuesday night, and there was one frikin dude in there managing everything. Poor guy said that this had happened to him several times, and he mentioned that it is illegal, which is correct. Wings were fine, but this place is horrifically mismanaged. I tried to call corporate, but after the hold music started, I got hung up on. I tried again. Same thing. Go to Taco Mac or Buffalos or something. They actually have staff.

Wings are pretty good, but the fries suck. Actually none of their side items are good. They claim to deliver but only on three conditions 1. 5 mile radius 2. Minimum order of $30 3. IF they have a driver. Its stupid. If you work nearby dont bother. Order a nice sandwich from jimmy johns or if you want wings, get wing connection. They each are cheaper and the service is much better.

Do not online order , they dont check it! I ordered online and even prepaid for the food and drove 20 mins to get there and when I got there , the food wasnt even ready. They hadnt even started preparing it yet. He said they dont check the online orders. So I had to sit and wait another 30 minutes. Whats the point in offering online ordering if you dont even check it???? Ridiculous!

When you have Wings in your restaurant name you better do them right....and they do. Just like another location I went to outside of Indianapolis it is definitely my go-to wings location. Plus there are no loud TVs. I wish it was closer but I will be stopping by when I visit Atlanta again.
