While the food was standard fare for BWW, the service was god awful. 3 servers didnt even know what one of the appetizers was, took forever to get anything with a general sense of lackadaisical-ness from most all the servers & no urgency to be seen. Didnt know how to charge out tickets, didnt know what food was & made no effort to show effort for lacking in the other areas. Seriously hope they get their management on the ball with training & customer service because I like the food & venue but doubt Ill be back for quite awhile. One shining point was a server named Ronnie G. that evidently could see the frustration & exasperation after our 2 hr experience & stopped by to apologize & ask to not banish the store on account of one ordeal, so well see what the future holds

Food the was good, but we did receive our appetizers within seconds of our main course. My main complaint and reason for two stars is the noise level. The volume of the speakers needs to be adjusted. As soon as you walk in the door, the volume hits you in the face. Once at the table, we asked the host if the volume could be turned down. He said that he would ask but made it clear that it may not make a difference because the manager likes it loud. I can understand making sure everyone hears the game, but when you cant hear the person seating next to you something is wrong. I took my six year old to the restroom, and the speaker was so loud I had to literally hold my ears. It was ear piercing!

The food is really good and so is the service but the waitresses wanna stand there and talk your heads off while your trying to eat like theyve got nothing better to do dont get me wrong im glad theyre polite but damn i dont want to hear there life story while im sitting there trying to eat with my family just serve the food and drinks and leave the table . especially the worst is that fat waitress with the big boobs she is so annoying i dont remember her name but if you go to the ft.oglethorpe location youll know who im talking about cause she never shuts up .

I normally love Buffalo wild wings but today my experience was terrible. A waitress got our drinks and said Drew was our waiter. After waiting a while he finally come to the table and I proceeded to tell him that I was waiting for a tea, it was brewing, he said hed go get it and he took off. We watched him fix drinks, take orders, and ring up orders. I guess he forgot my tea and us so after a while longer we left. Update:we have been there many times since and everything has been fabulous.

was served raw chicken only to have to wait again for a redo of my meal. And to be charged for the screw up. After being told it would be taken care of, Management was a poor excuse, they just stopped by the table said sorry and walked away. Lack of customer service. I have visited many locations and have never experienced a bad time. Except this time. Will not be visiting this location again.

The manager both stop by table Cecelia was check on guess concern person with me first time in bdub wanted him fit in. My server and follow Dakota where great, Im not really fun of guy server. He knew how to Carrie on great talking points. And what I could Gaither the staff helps each other pre bussing get more drinks. Ya one of these best. Thank gang

I love going here - and after the experience I had the Market Street location in Chattanooga, I will be sticking with this one from now on! The staff is amazing, the food is amazing, Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a table or more than 20 minutes for my food. And Ive probably eaten there 30 times or more since they opened this location.

AWESOME PLACE! We are from out of town, and we travel with our little service dog, and they were very kind to us. The food was awesome..we had wings, and the selection of beer was awesome! Our waitress knew her stuff and even carded us...age 52! Had to go and get my ID! LOL We would go back if we are ever there again!

Food was good, not quick, according to waitress had an unusual crowd in place, only bad for this visit was tried to watch a football game, asked waitress to put it closer so I could see it, then I guess somebody else wanted to see soccer and the monitor was changed again.

Not the best value. Its great to have choices In town but the 100 screens are overload unless I want to watch a game. Seem to have a lot of staff turn over. Plentiful employees but service is less than expected. I keep going to support local business but not as often.

I love our waitress! Ellie is a great person really personal and made me and my husband feel comfortable the moment we sat down! I will be coming back and asking for her every time! The good is great and I let her add her own twist to the food with the sauces!

Better service than most BWW locations, but its quite small and quite loud. My decibel meter app showed a consistent 83 decibels and spikes to 87. Thats as loud as a car running full throttle, for your entire meal. It wasnt even a game night; its just loud.

Kirsten, Cody, and Kyle were good servers. They worked together as team and checked on all their tables on the patio. When I come back I will personally ask for one of those three. The food was great also the drinks was made the way I like them.

The General Manager Brandon is amazing to stop by & make sure we were being taken care of. Our server Holland was super sweet & on the spot with everything we needed. Food was wonderful & front house staff very courteous!

Lately I feel like I am getting robbed on my Ultimate Nachos. Get tons of nachos but hardly any of the good stuff. Definitely not worth 9 bucks. This was the 3rd time in a row that they have lacked. "Ultimate Not! Chos"

The speed of service was not there...however they were really friendly and laughed along with my kids. The food is from a chain, so theres not really much to say there...if youve been to B-Dubs, youve had their food.

Everything was great till I got my food. Boneless was hard. Later on that evening I got sick to my stomach and got very ill. Food wasnt good. I was sick for multiply days.
