Worst experience ever. Wish there was a way that I could not give a star at all. If I can quickly sum it up. On Saturday April 15, 2014, my husband, 3 month old son and myself drove up to Chattanooga from Atlanta with 2 other couples and their small children. Wed had a long day touring the city and were really looking forward to a really good meal. After looking around Market Street someone mentioned that there was a Buffalo Wild Wings, which most were really excited about going to. The women and kids go inside to get a seat and we were seated by the hostess. (Our husbands had walked back to the cars which were parked near the Southern Belle Riverboat to put money in our meter. So, it took them approximately 15 minutes to do this.) We sat at our table that whole time without being greeted by anybody. We decided when our husbands returned that we were not going to stay. Before we left, I felt it necessary to speak with a manager and let him know about our unpleasant experience. He asked the hostess what the problem was and she said that she didnt know where our server was. Wed previously told her that we hadnt been served and she said that she was going to look for the server. The server just so happen to walk up and told the manager that shed just gotten in to work. (So, we were pretty much put at a table of someone who had not gotten in yet). The manager stated that things were kind of hectic because they were in a shift change and would like for us to stay. He said that hed treat us to a few appetizers, so we decided to give it another shot. We sat back down, and our server took our appetizer and drink order. When she brought those out, she took our entree order. (Side Note: when we arrived it was NOT, let me repeat, NOT packed. We actually said, "surprisingly, theyre not that busy"). Time is going by and more people are coming in. Groups and groups of prom kids were coming in and they were starting to receive their orders before we did. After a few minutes our server brought out 1 couples order and food for a child. The 2 other couples received nothing. We sat munching on our appetizers and drinks for atleast an hour. We finally decided after a while that enough was enough. Wed already let the hostess (or food runner) know that we were still looking for our food. Just as we were getting ready to get our tab and leave, our food finally came out we stated that we didnt want it. The runner with major attitude stated "your food is free". I kid you not, my husband and I were so tired and exhausted from the long day, that we decided to not even stop anywhere else because it was already late, and drove back to Atlanta without eating. All of us had seem so many great commercials about BWWs and the few that had been were really excited about returning. But we were HIGHLY disappointed. We were not loud. Not drunk. Were not difficult. Unfortunately, we were black. All professional, educated and poised. Not that it should matter, but we were not acting ignorant is my point. We will NOT be returning. I will be posting this review to every relevant website and encourage as many people as possible not to return. I am also a top contributor and a blogger of almost 11,000 followers. I am also in the process of starting a restaurant review blog and this will definitely be the first major negative. I do hope that this is not how the normally run business, but based on the reviews, it seems to be a pattern. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. TERRIBLE SERVICE. POOR LEADERSHIP.

A warning for you.... Careful where you park at Buffalo Wild Wings in DT Chattanooga!! We had a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was was good, the service was good, we enjoyed my wifes company Christmas party and had a great time with friends. But when we went outside our vehicle had been towed. Apparently the parking lot right beside Buffalo Wild Wings is NOT for their customers. When we were pulling in we never saw the signs about not parking here. The tow company (Carter Towing) and the owner of this lot are certainly running a racket with Cheeburger Cheeburger. It cost us $200 to get our vehicle back and we found scratches on the driver door from Carter Towing and our tires and wheels were covered in oil and grease (I have pictures while still in their lot). Buffalo Wild Wings - You need to do something to save your guests from this terrible experience. You need to get in touch with this lot owner and provide better parking for your guests. At least have the servers warn the customers. Ive never even had a parking ticket. To have a vehicle towed and fined 200 bucks is ridiculous.

I was staying at a nearby hotel in DT Chattanooga for work and I went into BW3 tonight on a fairly slow Monday night for dinner. I thought Ill get some wings and watch some football. I sat at the bar and ordered a water and 15 wings (8 Caribbean Jerk & 7 BBQ) a little after 7:15 PM. Being hungry I looked down at my phone to see what time it was and I saw that it was 7:40 PM and I had been waiting 25 minutes on my wings. So I said to myself, 5 more minutes and Im saying something to the bartender. Meanwhile, these other guys who had come in well after me were getting their food and I was still waiting. Right at 30 minutes I received my 15 wings and they were luke warm. Its like they had been sitting in the kitchen food window and got cold. As I started eating the bartender asked if everything was good and I said I was starting to wonder if I was going to get my wings because it had been 30 minutes! She gave a half-hearted sorry apology and went back to bartending. Im in Chattanooga quite a bit for work and will not go back to this B Dub location. Slow and terrible service.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was great, the service was great, we got to watch football and had a great time. But when we went outside, both of our vehicles had been towed. Apparently the parking behind BWW is not for their customers. When we were pulling in, we never saw the signs about not parking there because they were blocked by other vehicles and people walking in and out of the alley. The tow companies and the owner of this lot are running a racket. It cost us $200 each to get our vehicles back, and mine had been scratched up at the bottom by Carter towing. Buffalo Wild Wings, I love you, but you need to put up large signs that stand out to save your guests (especially tourists) from this terrible experience. Or better yet, provide parking for your guests.

My last 2 online orders have been made completely wrong. Ordered the Ultimate Nachos with Grilled Chicken and there was no grilled chicken. Just received chilli, lettuce, queso, some jalapenos and a side of salsa but no CHICKEN. And to top it off when I got to the location to pick up my order which was placed online, it wasnt anywhere to be found, I had to wait over 10 to 15 minutes for it to be made over and there wasnt type of courtesy discount, cup of drink or an apology for my meal not being ready for me once I arrived. This is the closet BWW to my home as well as job but after this 2nd incorrect meal, I may have to look elsewhere for lunch and/or bar services.
