Went there for lunch on Thursday after shopping at Ashleys. My husband got pasta alaglio e olio and I asked for a Tricolore salad (arugula, endives, radishio). It took a while to get the food, which I didnt really mind. However, when we got the plates, the pasta was inedible: it was still soaking in about 2-3cm of water at the bottom (!!!) of the plate, had some peppers in it which were boiled and not grilled and most of all, came piled up with a lot of boiled sausage slices..... The pasta alaglio e olio is a very traditional italian dish - it is supposed to be simple pasta cooked al dente, with oil and garlic. Its beauty is in pasta being cooked and seasoned perfectly and simply. What we got here was an insult - they should call it something else - "sausage pasta soaking in water" would be appropriate. My husband couldnt eat it. When the waiters came to clean the table, both of them asked if we wanted a box (which we didnt), however they did not ask us if there was a problem with a dish which was obviously untouched. I think they understood that it was not good, but didnt want to be told so. On my end, I took the Tricolore salad because I love endives. I had to actually toss the salad several times to make sure they didnt get my order wrong - I found exactly 3 tiny slivers of endives in it - the rest was arugula, with some radishio and cheese. The salad was ok, but I would not dare say there were endives in it. The waiters were nice, but obviously not interested in knowing if the food was good. Maybe their pizzas are better, but I will never know since we are never going to go back to this place.

Ive been to Il Bacio a couple of times this summer starting in June. Its always been a Sunday so service has always been pretty good maybe because its busy despite what the other reviewers say. I miss the authentic Italian from Little Italy and other places in nyc. Il Bacio is authentic, from the owners to the food. All the food tastes fresh and is made in house. Two dishes I really like is the Gnocchi Bolognese and the Spaghetti Aglio Olio E Pepperoncini. The Gnocchi was handmade and literally melted in my mouth. And the meat sauce was nicely balanced w/plenty of seasoned meat. The spaghetti was a little too oily but the sauce was delicious, the pasta al dente and a good portion of sliced sausage. The dish was perfectly seasoned and had a kick of spicy. Its definitely in my Top 5 for Italian in Atlanta.

I had dinner here with two friends for my birthday. Service was bad: I asked for a different salad than my entree usually had, my request was denied. A flat "No", not even a "let me see what I can do." My friend who actually works at a Red Lobster was appalled... but he would be even more appalled after his discovered a cockroach the size of a quarter in his spaghetti! I was seeing red at this point and simply wanted to just go up to the counter tell them a piece of my mind loudly and walk out. But it was my birthday and my friends calmed me down. The servers ONLY offered to replace my friends cockroach pasta... but yes my friends ended up having to pay for the all food. Most restaurants would not charge you and let you have free food to keep the nasty incident discrete... not Il Baccio. Caveat Emptor.

From the moment I walked in the door, it became clear to me from the freshly baked itlaian breads and kind waitstaff that the staff of Il Bacio Pizzeria & Trattoria truly cared about their product. I took my very charismatic servers suggestion to try a certain pizza, something that I would not typically order, and loved it so much that I was compelled to order seconds.. (Something that I would typically never do ;) ). The staff and food was exceptional; I will most certainly be back.

We were in ATL from out of town and in a hurry trying to find a quick place to grab lunch. We came across this place and holy cow this pizza is incredible. We got so lucky here. The fried mozzarella we got for an app was also absolutely amazing! And the service was outstanding. Multiple people were checking on us the entire time and we never had to ask for a thing. Overall an excellent place to relax and have some delicious pizza. We will be back when were in town again!

I tried to give it a second chance...this review is strictly on the Chicken Parm sub for takeout. Clearly precooked and reheated chicken (only took 5 minutes for my order to cook) , barely any meat, barely any sauce. They wrap the fries in tinfoil leaving them soggy and stale even after a short 5 minute drive home. wanted to charge me for some more marinara sauce. a good chicken parmesan sandwhich in Atlanta is apparently impossible to find.

As a northern transplant Ive struggled to find good pizza/Italian food - in the style of NY/Philly -- until I stumbled upon this place. Turns out owners are from NY - excellent pizza, manicotti, and their gelato is to die for. Restaurant inside looks more like a chain -- not quite date night stuff - but the food is date night good. We get meals to go and enjoy at home.

Pizza was very, very good and hearty (prosciutto recommended!). Staff were quick and kind, prices were very reasonable. Nice interior. Definitely coming back. Edit: The staff seem very willing to make discussion customizations, too - someone just asked if they could do thin crust, and the chef said he could go as thin as hed like, down to saltine-cracker-thin. :)

Ive had food from here 3 separate times, once a sandwich, second a pizza and third the chicken Marsala. This place fails me each time. It is incredibly distasteful. I had hope each time and tried diff items but their prices dont match the quality. The food sucks, the service is good. I do not recommend. The food also made me sick last time. #GROSS

This is my FAVORITE pizza spot in Atlanta. I love their pizza pies, and the prices are great. I got a 12 inch cheese with bacon for $10. Before 4pm, you can get pizza by the slice. This spot is so cute and comfy. It is not like a big restaurant or anything. Great for a date spot, or small family lunch. Service is really good too!

This is our favorite Italian restaurant in Atlanta. The spaghetti bolognese is delicious. Pizza is great New York style, and the stuffed pizza incredible. No matter the dish, youre sure to be pleased. Local owners are friendly and care about their customers. Highly recommended!

Amazing food! BBQ Pizza is delicious. They have home made gelato that is always amazing. It is a small business owned and operated by two locals, love that you can tell it isnt a corporate feel. Their pasta is also really great-- lots of options to choose from.

My partner and I absolutely love this place. Amazing pizza and salads (try the Greek with chicken)! Reasonable prices and a great staff. Very clean and there is usually always a place to sit right away. Try the gelato, as a nice after dinner treat.

I take all my friends to Il Bacio. Best pizzas in Atlanta and you can get in by the slice until 4pm. My kids love the avocado pizza the best but me, the New Yorker, is hooked on the plain cheese. They have the best gelato in Atlanta as well. mho
