RUN! RRUUNNN!! We have tried them twice, carryout both ti.es, and both times we play a guessing game of what vital ingredient they leave out. Want cheese on your pizza? Sauce? Its a gamble on whether youll get it. Confusingly terrible pizza. Are people just having a better experience in store? We ordered a veggie and breadsticks last night and we were left utterly baffled. Pizza shouldnt be so bad that it baffles you. "Breadsticks" were literally just 1/2 a mini pizza slathered in thick cheese and no sauce. I went with it. Ill just dip it in sauce and pretend its a breadstick and not an obvious shortcut. The sauce it came with for dipping was watery and thin, just like salsa but without jalapeno. Again, confusing. BAFFLING. THE VEGGIE PIZZA LITERALLY HAD NO CHEESE. Or sauce. I asked if we somehow got a dairy free pizza? Nope. I tried. I really tried. I want to support local. Our papa johns is terrible and I want to love the small biz spot. But the people in the kitchen are either lazy or crazy. Take your pick. Goodbye Grant Central. We tried. And now we are warning others. RUUUNNNN!

I moved to Grant Park from Chicago about 6 months ago. Considering myself a "pizza lover" I decided to venture in to this neighborhood pizzeria. I would have to say that the pizza is average at best. The service was good and the atmosphere was that of a nice family eatery. However, the most disturbing thing about Grant Central Pizza was that they did not offer delivery. When I asked a fellow patron of how long they had been around, I was even more bewildered as to why a neighborhood pizza joint didnt offer delivery to it very own "neighborhood". Anyways, overall I would give them 2.5/5 stars (mainly because the service wasnt bad and I liked the saturday evening atmosphere). The pizza would probably score lower. They should probably also consider some type of web site so people could see the menu before making the trek to pick up their pizza. The wait can be pretty annoying if your trying to get back to watch the playoff game.

The food is beyond what you think you would get out of a small restaurant. Ive never eaten in but this visit I got the chance to experience not only great food but awesome customer service. The portions are big me and my sisyer could have shared a salad but our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. The menu had so many tasty dishes. Our waiter was so impreshable, I enjoy eating where you feel so welcome. The dining experience made me think of family and friends just hanging out. The staff was respectful and friendly and other customers coming in and just smiling and greating not even locals make me and any of my family want to come again for our next visit to ATL. The only thing is the inside dinning area could use a upgrade as far as chairs and tables but the decorations are cute. I have to say this little restaurant is a 5 star in the making and could go big scale if they wanted to.

I live in the neighborhood and it always come to my mind that Grant Central is a place I can go without leaving my home to go far. I have never had any problems while dining here, and I have really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The food makes for a great quick bite and the setting is quite laid back. Whatever Grant Central on Cherokee is doing, they are doing an outstanding jobs. Kudos to the restaurant and and everyone that makes it my favorite neighborhood restaurant.

First time customer. I picked up 4 large pies for takeout for a customer about 5 mins away. Stephanie double checked the pies, supplied me with utensils and condiments, and thanked me for the order. She was a pleasure. We dove into the pizza and they were gone in a matter of minutes. Delicious!!! My customer was shocked to learn that pizza this good is right around the corner. I/they will be calling again.

At its core pizza consists of dough, sauce, and cheese. Its a simple recipe but at grant central theyve managed to f#%k it up. If pizza was their child, they would be Billy Ray Cyrus; youre not sure if they raped what your consuming but it doesnt taste right. Getting back to the review, theyre weak on sauce. If you like cheezy dough with toppings this is your place, if you want pizza: go somewhere else.

After an awful hotel breakfast buffet and not wanting to overpay for lousy fast food at the zoo, finding this place on google was a great blessing. Its a nice neighborhood pizza spot. The pizza was quite tasty with quality ingredients, and well-priced for the quality. Next time my wife and I are in the area for a braves game we will happily take a stroll over to enjoy another lunch here!

Full disclosure: I havent had their pizza, only their pasta. Ive been there four times, and the pasta has always been underwhelming: watery Alfredo thats not very flavorful, plain vegetables, unremarkable pasta. Chicken served with the pasta had a light coating of spices, but was otherwise bland and rubbery. I really wanted to like it because I live nearby, but it just never measured up.

Food was amazing. Service was horrible. Our waitress never told us her name so when we needed something we didnt know what to call her. We had to flag her down twice for a refill after her forgetting and we only one of 4 couples there. We also felt rushed by her. She kept asking if we needed to-go boxes and put the check on our table while we were still eating (which is very rude).

One of the best neighborhood pizza places in any part of the city. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Weve been several times to catch a football or baseball game at the bar. Desserts are always delicious. It can definitely get busy, but weve never had a problem getting a table or a seat at the bar.

Amazing calazone, and even more awesome people that work there. Jessy and Julie were really cool and so were some of the regulars, we sat at the bar. Love the vibe! We were on town on vacation and staying in Grant Park. We ended up going there for the first night after a long day, we are going to definitely try to go again during our stay.

Ive been to Grant Central Pizza a few times and found it to offer typical pizza. I will say that the prices are reasonable and the location is great. The beer selection is also pretty good for for a pizza place. Not great, not bad. Its still a solid place to get a pizza and beer with friends but dont expect anything exceptional.

Little neighborhood pizza place with fresh fares. I had a build your own calzone. The ingredients were good and included pepperoni, grilled chicken, basil, roasted garlic, and spinach. Combined with the standard ricotta and mozzarella cheese, I liked my combination. Both the hostess and waitress were attentive, quick, and smiled.

As visitors to Atlanta we stumbled on this place after the Peach Bowl. The food was excellent and you could tell they had a lot of regular customers dining there, which says a lot about the place. Good variety of Italian choices and also beer choices as well. It was only 7 minutes from our hotel and easy to find.

I go here for lunch quite a bit because it is good. They heap on the fresh toppings and there is a hefty assortment of toppings to chose from to add to your slice or pie. I recently tried the blackened chicken salad and was quite pleased. The sliced, warm chicken was well seasoned and the veggies were fresh.
