The pizza is pretty good. But however the service was horrible my second time ordering from bellas pizza. First when I called in my order the guy didnt answer the phone in a professional manner and then started being rude to me because I didnt know my gate code for the delivery driver and basically told me to order elsewhere. When I told him he was very rude he told me I was rude and hung up on me. So I called back several times to speak with someone else and finally they answered the phone and apolagized. Well when the delivery driver finally showed up and let us know he was at the gate my husband walked over to the gate but the driver had already left and told the company he waited for 15 minutes he did not wait for 15 min it doesnt take that long to walk to the gate. They said he would turn around and return but after waiting so long as it is pizza we told him to just turn around and go back because it was no longer worth our time as paying customers. I wish I knew these peoples names as none of them should be in the food industry I must say the most horrible service I have experienced in atlanta. Never will we order from bellas pizza again. Under New management is say they need to reevaluate this manager and her employees.

My 11th grade girls basketball team ordered 3 16.99 specials from Bellas pizza on July 2, 2016. When the order was delivered to the Comfort inn and suites hotel, the delivery person charged the team $70 for 2 specials. When asked about the 3rd special, he became very belligerent and refused to produce the 3rd order, even though it had been paid for. We called Bellas to inquire about the mix-up, however, the person who answered the phone was rude and hung up on us. We called back and spoke with the manager and the manager was rude and hung up the phone. Leadership reflects the overall perception of the organization. Needless to say, the issue was not resolved. We had to end up ordering and paying for more pizza in order for all of the girls to eat dinner. I will not order anything from these rude and obnoxious people again.

I ordered one of their specials, 1 large 2 topping pizza, 10 wings, 2 cans of soda. On the pizza I asked for not a lot of cheese. (light cheese) I asked for ranch for the wings and coke as the drink. Cheese was normal, they forgot the coke and the ranch. Sucked as much as you could because it was 1am Saturday night so at that point what is there to do other than complain about it. The delivery guy actually told me I could buy coke from a machine. They deserve less than 1 star.

From Baltimore visiting and the pizza is good. Pick up is definitely good on pricing. Would have gotten 5 stars if the manager would allow you to get Feta or gyro meat as a added topping. Instead you have to buy a specialty pizza to enjoy them. Also they didnt have the red pepper/cheese packets and no Garlic sauce. petty? yes, but you like what you like. So I would give it a 3 1/2 Rating if I could. If the packet thing dont bother you then give it a 4 star rating.

DO NOT EAT HERE, TRUST ME, THERE ARE FLIES EVERYWHERE IN THE BACK WHERE THEY COOK, THOSE FLIES LAND ON ALL THE FOOD THAT"S BEING PREPARED, IF YOUR STOMACH HURTS AFTER EATING HERE , THAT"S WHY. THE SAME SINK THAT THEY PUT THE WINGS IN (HOT WING,ETC.) IS THE SAME SINK THAT THEY WASH THERE FEET IN BEFORE THEY PRAY AT PRAYER TIME. HAD TO PUT ONE STAR TO POST THIS, BUT THIS PLACE GETS NO STARS.

Terrible service Ive been waiting Since 10:56pm called 3 times for 3 hoagies the lady we keep speaking with keeps telling us our order is out for delivery never showed hung up on us once and wont give us a discount or anything its now 12:32am not here yet worst place ever!!! Update 12:44am still not here they close at 1am Update 1:02am tried to call my number is blocked

The Location Is horrible , the service is very unprofessional, and the delivery is long. But besides all the downfalls the food is the main attraction. The restaurant is clean but bland. The pizza is amazing and their wings are great but sort of small. The food is probably the only reason this business is still open.

The customer service is ok. Its only 1 guy it seems running the place. My expectations was very low, but the food was better than I thought. Noticed The health score was not posted with the permits thou. Im asking for it next time I go. Over all its alright.

I SPECIFICALLY told this Best Pizza that i did NOT want lemon pepper wings (I ordered medium) because i have allergies to vinegar. As soon as i get home i find a 20 PIECE LEMON PEPPER!!!! NEVER GOING BACK!

This one is waaayy better than the one on washington rd, yes service is slow but they are way friendlier here. Wings are better at this location also, but the philly is pretty good.

Waited for fresh but the order was incorrect. .. salami ham and cheese with mustard but received mayo. had to be the driver come to the hotel with the new sandwich
