If the young dude is making, you will wait 30 minutes for a single meal. Expect employee friends to walk in, receive free drinks while other step behind the counter to get their own chips/twists and cups ahead of the line. Youll find half the staff outback smoking, while you get your tacos with a side of long black hair. Check your food when you get it everytime, because half of the time it wont be correct. Weekday lunch rush drivethru voice is highly disrespectful. Id have to say "Baylee" was the most kind, and on top of their game employee in site. Btw, fountain drink machine smells like a locker room.

Rude, rude, rude!! The lady at the drive thru, CHARLENE, should not be in ANY customer facing position. Put her in the back washing pots,& pans. Horrible service. Portions left much to be desired. Tacos barely had any meat. Mexican pizza was the worst Ive ever had at any Taco Bell. Avoid this location of at all possible. Luckily, we have a Del Taco in Woodstock. Ill gladly drive the distance for far better food and service.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a box meal. Paid extra to upgrade the tacos to supreme. I live about 30 minutes away and when I got home I saw that they were not upgraded! If I pay extra for something, I should get it! I checked that I had the correct # of items, but didnt think I needed to unwrap each item and make sure it had everything on it.

Order food. Didnt get it right. Person you get the order from was sweeting profusely could not even form a proper sentence. Still didnt get it right. Got home. Food all the was soggy. Tried to get a contact to say something. Cant find anyones number to speak. And they dont awnser. Phone.

Incredibly slow, especially in the evening...which makes no sense, as there are little to not customers. Orders are regularly incorrect. Perhaps the employees should learn that you work at work, and play when youre at home with friends.

They barely grill their food. You have to go home an microwave it to melt the cheese. This happens 8 times out of 10. If your driving through an want taco bell dont stop at one in Jasper

Retrain whoever prepares the food. No cheese on my taco, and no sauce on my quesadilla. It is agravating when you pay for something and get nothing.

Steak house nachos were not very good. 3 of the sodas were out of order. Music too loud & annoying . Think twice about coming back.
